Risposta dalla struttura: 尊敬的賓客：您好！我們對此次入住未能給您帶來舒適的入住體驗深表歉意。首先很感謝您對我們酒店地理位置優勢和客房服務的認可，同時很抱歉廁所出現蟑螂和馬桶蓄水慢的問題。最近天氣暖洋洋的很適合小強出行，酒店針對小強亂走亂逛的現象也一直在做樓層和房間定期消殺工作，是葯三分毒，消殺需要控制用量，所以免不了被幾衹如小草般生命力頑強的小強哥姐逃出毒圈，針對該現象我們也會引起萬分重視，根據小強數量變化改變消殺策略，誓與敵對勢力抗爭到底。對於馬桶蓄水的問題我們會告知工程部加強檢修。最後，我們再次為給您帶來的不便，表示深深的歉意，祝您工作順利，身體健康~^-^~
