La posizione è ottima, ma è anche l'unica cosa buona dell'hotel. Le stanze sono abbastanza vecchie, il condizionatore non funzionava in tutte le camere, e una delle due camere che abbiamo prenotato era semplicemente sporchissima, capelli ovunque, asciugamani marroni ecc. Abbiamo scritto al proprietario per risolvere e sono venuti a pulire un po', ma nulla di sconvolgente. C'è da dire che è molto economico, quindi se avete un budget molto basso e volete godervi Nanchino è la scelta giusta, ma tutto qui.

Non ho visto il proprietario, chiamalo, non è venuto a prenderlo. Ho la password per bloccare la porta, non so come fare il check-in. Una persona è venuta a chiedere il deposito. Non dovresti prenotare qui

La stanza è confortevole, igienica e pulita, nessun odore, l'ambiente è buono e tranquillo e il trasporto è conveniente

La posizione è davvero buona, proprio all'ingresso della metropolitana di Yunnan Road, ma è in una zona residenziale, ma la piccola casa unifamiliare nella Repubblica Cinese ha molta concezione artistica. La stanza non è molto pulita e igienica, ma il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni è buono e ci sono i ghiaccioli gratis, ahahah

I really like the calm environment and the place it’s very close to the downtown and the metro station and the place is very calm at night, they have online check in which I find very good, and it has a western vibes

the room itself was great, the outside noise was poorly insulated but still worth 5* for the price but there is NO reception, just a locked front door and you're supposed to get the code and your room number in advance unlike what it says on the first picture, the second picture is from a booking for another place and correctly shows that self check-in is required

It was quite difficult to find (we only found it because of the surf board at the door). We were able to leave our luggage before check in time and the owner carried our bags up to our room for us. However, it was very cold when we came into the room as we visited in December and the heating took very long to get started (and even then it was still pretty cold)

The health and safety conditions were absolutely unacceptable. There was hair on the towels, and the entire room had a terrible smell. It was clear the room hadn’t been cleaned properly, making it uninhabitable. We decided not to stay even for a single night due to these issues. To make things worse, we did not receive any refund, despite not using the room at all. Extremely disappointed with the service and lack of accountability

The environment quite special and clean. The host is also friendly and helpful.

Очень хороший и удобный номер с отличным расположением возле станции метро, что позволяет быстро добраться до любой достопримечательности. Очень отзывчивые и добрые хозяева. Номер большой, просторный, чистый

房間很大，價格又比較優惠，兩個房間相互之間不影響，一家人住的非常好，旁邊就是南京打卡地，距離地鐵衹有5分鐘就到了，下次來還住這裏。

設施：特別爛，浴室臟亂差，鄉下的都比這個乾淨 衞生：特別垃圾，馬桶臟的要命 環境：剛進門就有蟲，特別陰森，女生晚上根本就不敢出去。周圍烏漆嘛黑。安全感極差，噪音就別説了。晚上醉酒大哥在門口，生怕他翻窗進來。早上更是有大媽在門口閑聊，你就別想睡了。 剛進門，地上就有很臟的紙，並且！！礦泉水瓶是喝過的！真的很噁心啊！那個窗簾特別特別臟！連着床！蚊蟲也特別多！ 我和我朋友一邊打視頻一邊哭，想出去重新找酒店，但是不敢出去，因為外面真的都是烏漆嘛黑的。誰懂一個女孩子的無助感。女孩子真的很勸退！！！千萬別來！會影響你很久的心情！男的就當我沒説。 我是來考試的，因為圖住的地方近，想省點時間，但是一夜都沒睡好，根本就不敢睡。很嚇人。 後來我去小紅薯搜了一下這個酒店看到有姐妹很久前就避雷過，恨自己沒有做好攻略。

這家民宿位置唯一優點就是離地鐵站近，在居民區裏面，晚上非常難找，門口連一盞燈都沒有。最可恨還是無人值守，全自助入住。我提前兩週在攜程預訂，民宿老闆也不發路線圖和入住規則。民宿的衞生條件非常差，入住第一天進屋就是滿地頭髮和腳印👣。隨手一摸都是厚厚的灰塵。公共區域的衞生也是非常骯臟。我們存放在民宿冰箱的三個抹茶糰子被人拿走，老闆也不願調監控查。整個入住體驗非常糟糕👎

衞生一般，在床單上還有發現的頭髮。這是一家自助辦理入住的民宿，在小區最裡麪，我是晚上十一點去辦理入住的，晚上小區裏面沒有燈也沒有路牌指引找了好久，建議加指引牌。裏面設施挺全，也很新，這個價格在地鐵口附近還能接受。
