We booked the hotel using their own online reservation system and received email confirmation. When we arrived at the hotel it was closed. Like not operating. Closed, dead, not open. The security at the gate told us and we called the hotel number and they confirmed it. This was me d June they said they would reopen in July. Thankfully found another hotel. One week later I received an email thanking us for stay at the hotel and asking us to review it. We did not stay there are they know that as they are closed. So here it is. This Chads at Nakhon is terrible. The reservation service is bad and their communication is bad. You cannot trust them to provide the room that you booked on the dates you booked it. And you only find out when you arrive for your stay.
