Nairobi: i migliori hotel a 5 stelle

Booked 3 club rooms for 3 separate nights during a multi-stop tour through Kenya. The Stanley and the 1902 lounge were one of the highlights of our trip and we would definitely stay here again and specifically book the club rooms. First of all, the staff were incredible - Emilie, Collins, Benson (1902 lounge butlers), Steve (concierge) and Susan (management) deserve special recognition. They all went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. The 1902 lounge is well worth the upgrade. Soft drinks and snacks during the day, and an incredible happy hour daily from 6-8 with hard drinks and hors d'oeuvres. And if your flight is later the day of checkout, you can use the lounge throughout the day. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. We tried all 3 restaurants during our stay - The Thorn Tree cafe provides an excellent breakfast and is good for lunch. Both the Thai Chi and Pool Deck restaurants were excellent dinner choices. If you are heading on Safari or to Mombasa you can leave the luggage you don't need with the concierge, taking only the things you need for that part of the trip. This makes traveling so much easier. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious and well-appointed. As we returned to the Stanley from one of the legs of our trip, we all remarked that it felt like we were ”coming home”. Would highly recommend.

Abbiamo fatto un check-in dopo l'arrivo a Nairobi. Il personale dell'hotel era molto gentile, soprattutto al di fuori del desk. Possiamo scambiare soldi che erano grandi e ci hanno salvato la difficoltà di cercare un altro posto. Volevamo andare al mercato Masai e chiedere al concierge quanto costasse organizzare una macchina. Era estremamente costoso a $40 per un viaggio di ritorno. Abbiamo finito di scaricare l'applicazione Uber e pagato circa $8 per un viaggio di ritorno! Certamente utile per scaricare Uber! La stanza era abbastanza pulita e abbiamo dormito una bella notte quando siamo stati distrutti dal viaggio.

Una bella e memorabile opportunità di mangiare, cenare e bere con la mia famiglia. L'ospitalità di classe mondiale, che ha iniziato con un caloroso benvenuto dal capo esecutivo Andreas, resterà per sempre una traccia permanente nel nostro spettacolo di Kempisky a Lucca. Il lavoro di squadra e l’attenzione costante dei cuochi Rachel, Janet e Brenda hanno reso il nostro pomeriggio ancora più carino. Il direttore di prenotazione Grace Wanyonyi accanto a Nancy N prende il credito per la loro grande ospite. Abbiamo sempre aspettato di visitare un'altra volta ogni volta che vogliamo un trattamento. Mantenete il buon lavoro.

Molto buon hotel d'affari.Solo le ore di check-in e check-out devono essere poco rilassate se hanno camere disponibili al momento dell'iscrizione

Breve notte di soggiorno prima di prendere un volo all alba. La struttura 5 stelle si trova all interno dell' area aeroportuale, in pratica si entra in questa città chiusa passando perfino dei controlli di sicurezza. Hotel di catena, ottimo livello,ottima accoglienza. Camere moderne e pulite con tutto quello che si richiede ad un 5 stelle. Ristoranti vari e molto buoni, di cui uno a buffet e uno aperto 24h. Prezzi da struttura di categoria alta come logico. Personale di sicurezza e alla reception gentile e disponibile. All ultimo piano presente zona palestra e solarium con piscina, non utilizzata perché non grandissima e già full di turisti americani . Navetta gratuita per l aeroporto Jomo Kenyatta che parte ad ogni ora, altrimenti a pagamento (10 dollari) su richiesta. Mi è stato consigliato come migliore hotel vicino all aeroporto e devo dire che sono soddisfatto. consigliato

La struttura è moderna, la pulizia impeccabile ed il personale è attenti e cordiale. Fin dall’arrivo ci si sente come a casa. Le camere sono belle, estremamente pulite e ben insonorizzate. La varietà di cibo è molto buona ed il buffet della colazione è eccezionale. È la seconda volta che vi soggiorno per lavoro e per me è diventato il punto di riferimento a Nairobi. Ottimo lavoro ragazzi, continuate così!!

Nell’albergo a Nairobi città. Vi abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte, purtroppo il caldo era soffocante, mancava di aria condizionata e le lenzuola erano sintetiche, cosa che ha contribuito ad aumentare il calore insopportabile, non ho dormito neanche un’ora. Non so come si faccia a proporre lenzuola non di cotone in un’area a temperatura elevata come in Africa. La mattina l’acqua della doccia era gelata, quindi ho dovuto lavarmi a pezzi. Colazione okay, personale gentile e affabile.

This is a real treasure of a place! The atmosphere is old world charm, the food is fabulous at TATU. The bar is excellent with service and attentiveness to you needs. The gift shop is stellar for some nice jewelry. The facilities are clean as a whistle as they say...breakfast was outstanding with so many choices. The work out facilities are just super great, and the pool is heated. Ok, lastly the ambiance of colonial Africa just fills the air, from the art, to the breezes flowing freely through this wonderful hotel!

The staff in this beautiful hotel is friendly, welcoming and helpful. The ambience is very tropical- relaxed and casual. The walls are adorned with African textiles, traditional implements, weapons etc. Rooms are luxurious and all the public areas are comfortable and tastefully presented. There is a large pool, excellent gym (I’m told), and the massages are well worth it. A jewel in a large busy city

I booked bedrooms, one board room, and one larger meeting room for a film launch. It was such a pleasure working with Beatrice to realise our needs for our company. This included arrangement of prosecco for the event, ensuring our logo was displayed in the lobby and in front of meeting rooms, and ensuring invitees checked in to their bedrooms seamlessly. There were a couple of mistakes but we caught them ahead of time and the team worked promptly to address them. I will organise more events at the Radisson Blu in Upper Hill. The lamb chops from the restaurant were also delicious.
