Food was patches was Allrite . Breakfast was great so was the early evening sandwich but dinner was terrible

Hotel is located at remote place, out from the town area. The hotel room is big, spacious and clean. The staffs are helpful, but slow in respond. After several times of reminders, then, we managed to get our packed breakfast.

Good hotel experience. Especially compared to other hotels in the city. The food however was not the best feature about the hotel.

Had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. Room were clean, staff was polite and both breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious. Thanks for the hospitality.

I stayed here for a night on my way to Pench from Nagpur. We had reached in the evening and we were promptly allotted our room. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was pretty clean and it appeared to be a pretty standard Marriott business property. We had spa therapies booked at the hotel spa and we promptly went for our therapies. The couples therapy room at the spa happened to be outside the spa, and in the salon instead. Further, the couples therapy room did not have any attached shower. My therapy itself was pretty nice and we chose to return to our rooms for a shower, before heading down to the restaurant for dinner. Before going down for dinner, I had called and requested the front desk to get a turn down service done for my room, and to replace the bath towels. Dinner at the restaurant was pretty average. The staff at the restaurant did not appear well trained, and they barely paid any attention to our table. I also found a lot of food items in the buffet to be stale and tasteless. The spread was pretty large though. When I went up to my room after about 1.5-2 hours, I found that the room was exactly how I had left it, and that no one had bothered to even come and replace the towels. I tried to dial the reception/at your service, however, no one picked up my call for 15 minutes. I had to personally head down to the reception to ask for a few bottles of water and towels to be delivered to my room. In spite of my heading down to the reception, nobody bothered to come to our room with our requested items for 30 minutes. I tried calling the ‘at your service’ team again and finally got hold of them, upon which I had to request them again. After another 15 minutes, someone finally came to our door with the requested items. The service standards of this property are not at par with that of a Marriott property. The staff are oblivious to their guest’s needs. That being said, the property itself is nice and the rooms comfortable. The property is also quite a bit away from the Nagpur city, which was convenient for me. This property is only doable for a short stay.

We had our kitty party of 18 ladies and all our arrangements were superbly handled.. The staff was very curtious and thorough professionals.. The quality and quantity of food was also very good. Had an absolutely wonderful time and made unforgettable memories… Thanks to everyone especially Mr Devesh.
