We extended our 3-night stay due to the hotel's excellent location. Receptionist Ms. Kivi (黄红娟) demonstrated exceptional customer service skills, showcasing her professionalism. As the first point of contact, the reception counter sets the tone for a guest's experience, and Ms. Kivi truly made a great impression.

The hotel location is very good which is besides the shopping street, metro station.

Location is great and near to all the attractions. Specially thanks to 李姐 for providing us great hospitality service.

The location was great! An easy walk to the metro, the Palace Museum, and to a great number of shopping centers in the nearby vicinity. There are also loads of different snacks to try from the food stalls that line several of the streets.

Great location. Train station just downstairs. Hotel right on the main pedestrian shopping street. Walkable distance to the palace. Room is comfortable and clean. Great place to stay.

Hotel room 2016 needs some kind of maintenance around the toilet area, such as the door edge outside the toilet. Also, the toilet flushing system seems weak. The shuttle curtain for the toilet is also dirty. Room flooring cleanliness can be done much better. The room corridor to the lift has a stinko smell, which hotel should do something to get rid of it. The shared lift is horrible. Other than long waiting time since lavande taking up rooms level 18 to 21, the rest belongs to Taoyuan hotel, the lift is very dirty. Since this is a shared lift, all the tenants should put in the effort to maintain the lift condition. The location is great, though. If I were to visit Shenyang 中街 again, I would not choose to stay in this hotel.

地理位置優越距離瀋陽故宮，帥府都很近。樓下就是小吃一條逛吃很方便。房間環境乾淨衞生舒適，尤其稱讚的是前台服務特別體貼周到，我們前天早上6點到達，前台小姐姐立刻為我們辦理了入住。這麼大氣的服務在其他酒店是不可能的。

這個位置可太好了，強烈建議週末來瀋陽玩的人住在這裏～地鐵站出來就是，非常非常方便。一天出去一天可以故宮大帥府大東副食品還可以中午走回來休息一會兒收拾好行李寄存到前台，再回來坐地鐵可太方便了～那個房間也還可以，維持連鎖酒店的水平。瀋陽好多酒店都是兩個酒店連在一起的，這個樓也不意外，但總的來説高層是立風低層是另外一家，所以等電梯也沒有太久吧，完全可以接受

酒店很好，房間很乾凈，帶孩子住很方便，樓下就是中街，地鐵A口出來就能看到酒店了，洗澡時候還會有輕音樂，保潔阿姨看到帶孩子還準備了洗漱用品和拖鞋，1樓前台每次看到都笑盈盈的打招呼。總之值得入住，電梯也沒有其他點評説的那麼慢！

不錯不錯，本人帶孩子外出旅遊基本都是住麗楓酒店，這次選擇故宮中街地鐵站店很明智，這裏就在中街步行街內，白天晚上都非常熱鬧，各種小吃非常多孩子很喜歡還不用走太多路，第二天步行去故宮博物院10分鐘就可以到，地鐵1號線就在樓下對面2分鐘就到，可以去瀋陽博物館、西塔、北陵公園太方便了，酒店非常乾淨，客房服務員態度好服務到位，值得推薦。

帶孩子一起住擔心煙味來着，沒想到房間乾乾淨淨清清爽爽。房間比較大，温度適宜，隔音效果也好，就在中街步行街旁邊，吃東西逛街超級方便。工作人員服務熱情，第一次來北方，感受到了北方的熱情。

地理位置非常方便，就在中街步行街裏面。 前台的小姐姐小哥哥服務態度非常好。 房間很大，衞生環境很好，通過窗户🪟看出去景色非常美，有幸看到晚上亮燈和早上的朝霞，為旅程錦上添花了！ 下次來瀋陽，還選這裏～
