The best service and location is very convenience. You can walk only 5 min to take subway go to nagoya station. Amenity is very good

Very disappointed that the fitness center only can enter during 6:00am-8:00am is free! All other time slots you need to pay JP$3,300 per times. It definitely not worth if I need to pay this amount. Not very close to Sakae station as you need walk around 10 mins Staff is very friendly! But overall the hotel is overpriced compare with other hotels in Nagoya.

I was disappointed, I choose this hotel, because I would like to have a hot spring every night, however, I cannot enjoy the hot spring at all, because it close at 8pm everyday which made it not possible for me to use it.

Very good and friendly hotel. Swimming and gym have to be paid extra (also parking). Pool and gym open just after 12am, so can’t be used in the morning. That was a bit disappointing, but in total, we would recommend this hotel and felt comfortable.

Room is spacious compared to Japanese standards. Location is not bad, just a bit of a walk from Sakae station, but still it is very quiet. Breakfast is excellent, and all around are convenient stores and fast foods for quick bites. Will book again if I return to Nagoya

Advertise all the amenities but its not part of the booking. Nothing is mentioned in the description that you have to pay to use the leisure centre which includese the gym. Spa, sauna, swimming pool. The spa, they said can be used for free only between 6am to 8am but it doesnt open until 12 midday. Breakfast wasnt the best either.
