Despite its cleanliness, location and amenities, this hotel is well located in central Jakarta opposite Thamrin bus station but not near metro station.  As it’s situated by the main road, the traffic noises are very loud throughout the day and night.  Apparently the sound proofing of the hotel is inefficient and the walls are thin as well so can hear neighbouring rooms guests noises especially banging doors when going  in and out !  Worst WiFi connection for hotel of this grade, it’s extremely unstable!  Also the lighting in the bathroom is poor for women doing make up but its shower is very strong, hot and powerful.  My friend tried its in-house massage and was totally disappointed since the massage therapist is unprofessional and knows nothing about massage! The only positive thing is that all their staff are very friendly, warm and helpful and they will try to help as much as possible.

I recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta Thamrin and had a pleasant experience overall. I also appreciated the fast and reliable Wi-Fi, which made working remotely easy. Overall, Four Points Jakarta Thamrin offers good value for money, especially if you're looking for a centrally located, no-fuss hotel with dependable service. I’d recommend it for business travelers or short stays in the city.

Hotel currently under renovation so can be noisy and dusty.  Building seems retrofitted so looks a little old.  Faces busy main road so can get quite noisy even with ear plugs provided by hotel.  Breakfast selection is limited.  Overall, service above average but infrastructure below.

Very good location, clean room, good breakfast, friendly staffs. Overall consider satisfied with my stay here although the hotel is under going with renovation work.

Comfort, staff superb friendly

The services at the hotel were excellent. We enjoyed the fitness facilities and dinner offerings, which were both of high quality. The staff were exceptionally welcoming—their smiles were like sunshine, and it was evident that they are well-trained and dedicated to providing a positive guest experience. However, I was not entirely satisfied with the room. It had a large pillar in the middle, which was inconvenient and affected the overall layout. Additionally, the room was quite noisy throughout the day and night due to heavy traffic outside the windows. To make matters worse, it seemed that part of the hotel was undergoing renovation during my stay, and the constant noise from electric hammers was disruptive and made it difficult to relax. Despite these issues, I was so impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the staff that I convinced two of my colleagues to switch to your hotel for their stay. The well-trained team truly made a difference and left a lasting positive impression.

Mini bar in the room is noisy. Woke me up middle of the night. The sound from the showers above is relatively loud. They are undergoing renovation work so manage your expectations.

Room is good. Just still under construction so a bit noise. However, they provide the earplug. Overall good stay at this hotel.

Will not return to this hotel anymore. My first time to stay at this hotel but am disappointed by the level of service at check in. The hotel is in a sad situation it looks gloomy and without any feel of welcome at all. The vibe just don't feel right.

pathetic room…. there was a huge pillar in the room…. shabby room…. refurbished an old property …. not at all to Marriott standards

TV not working. Called front desk, cannot resolve. Saw a cockroach in the toilet. The toilet mixer lever spoilt. Informed front desk. only tightened it but, cannot adjust the hot and cold water mix. Room cupboard looks very old. door slated. Dont look anything like a typical four point branded hotel. Wont stay again.

3/5 for facility as they don't have an outdoor bar/ cafe. Apart from that, best ever stay by far. Customer service is better than 5 out of 5!! Valen, Nana, Yola and team... thank for looking after me for the 4 nights there. Will be back!

very friendly and helpful staff. good location, very near to Tanah Abang and Sarinah. Love the breakfast, lots of varieties and taste good. Also walking distance to shopping mall. Good facilities and very clean.

The fitness center was small but well-equipped with modern machines, ideal for a quick workout. There is also a stylish restaurant and a cozy bar area perfect for unwinding after a day in the city. Dining: Breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant was impressive, featuring a good spread of both Indonesian and Western options. Everything was fresh and replenished frequently. I also appreciated the made-to-order egg station and the availability of local dishes, which gave the breakfast an authentic touch. In-room dining was quick and the food quality was above expectations. Staff Service: The service throughout my stay was excellent. The staff were genuinely courteous, helpful, and attentive without being intrusive. Whether at the front desk, housekeeping, or restaurant, every interaction was met with warm smiles and efficient service, enhancing the overall guest experience. Location: The location of Four Points Jakarta is one of its strongest points. Situated right in Thamrin, the hotel offers easy access to major malls like Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia, as well as numerous office buildings.
