Thematically decorated hotel in pirate style which probably kids will be fond of. As for us looked pretty much artificial without some common facilities fr example no big lobby with convenient waiting area. Location is extremely inconvenient in some semi abandoned area. Rooms are high-end decorated and nice. At the same time hotel territory is not big and all the hotel services seems overpriced as for this city and location. Hotel beach is across wide highway, not at the hotel territory. Swimming pools are small and shallow which looked aimed at kids as well.

The hotel has nice view if you book the room with sea view. Bedside that, I disappointed with the meal that we book included with 3 meals ( breakfast, lunch and dinner). - Breakfast: standard - Lunch: you paid $50 to just eat vegetables more than protein. I would rate below expectations - Dinner: the same food as breakfast and add on some common seafood (e.g: prawns, small size of oysters) I would say you just book for stay but not meals included.

Nice resort with sea view.

Very close to Nova world. A free bus took us around to enjoy activities. We chose to visit Safari zoo, did not have a lot of animals. But it was ok

The hotel is located far from the city centre. I had requested a welcome room decoration to celebrate our anniversary, but unfortunately, when we entered the room, there was no decoration. Additionally, the receptionists did not provide us with any information about the hotel's facilities, amenities, or complimentary services, such as the free sauna or complimentary chocolate. There was also no coffee or tea in our room, and we were only provided with two bottles of water per day, with a charge for any additional water, despite of the fact that we booked the Executive room. Lastly, when we checked out and returned the key, the receptionist did not even smile or thank us, even though I, as a guest, had done so first.

Nice hotel with great location. Whole family enjoy staying in this hotel. Sure will book again same hotel if travel to Phan Thiet again.
