Hotel a Murray, Stati Uniti d'America

Non ci sono davvero hotel tra cui scegliere a Salt Lake City, ma almeno questo non costa molto per il parcheggio.

This is my second review of this hotel. I think I gave it 3 stars last time (2 years prior) but thought we'd give it another chance, thinking maybe the management would be taking to heart many of the similar reviews they were being given. They didn't! It's even worse now!!! We checked in about 4:30 PM, Tues. Dec. 28, 2021. The check in went fine and as usual at other Marriot hotels. We brought our luggage up to the room, made a couple calls, then left to go out for dinner. We got back to our room about 6:30. As we were sitting, watching TV, our door was opened with a key. There was a surprised gasp then the door was shut. It was a bit unnerving. The lock latch had not been on at that time, but we quickly flipped it over to block the door. Then my husband went to bed, and I stayed in the sitting room area to watch tv a while longer. About 11:30, the door was unlocked again. Luckily, with the lock latch on, they couldn't look in very far. It was closed then quickly. Needless to say, I was totally uncomfortable at that time. In the morning when checking out, I mentioned this to the front desk. The manager wasn't in yet. The girl working looked up our room and said, ”Oh, you were marked as a no show.” I said, ”Excuse me? We certainly did show up and obviously checked in to get keys to that room.” Evidently, the front desk tried to resell our room twice (at least) after we had already been checked in. I'm sure the people had to go back to the front desk and tell them that someone else was already in that room. BUT the front desk never called or came up to check it out. They just let it happen again! The girl I was talking with said she would let the manager know about the situation when they arrived. Evidently, she never did, or the manager let it drop and didn't care because we never heard anything more from the hotel. This was totally uncalled for. This hotel will not get another chance from us. Our comfort level is totally important when staying in a hotel. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stavo qui una notte alla fine della nostra vacanza a 3200 miglia. Molto ben situato proprio a sud di SLC I-15. Molto bel parcheggio grande e molte opzioni di carburante e cibo a piedi. Il personale è stato estremamente amichevole e utile. La stanza era molto moderna, pulita, ben tenuta e aveva un sacco di spazio. Aveva tutto quello che ci serviva per il nostro soggiorno e era molto ben attrezzata. Non avrei potuto chiedere una migliore notte o un miglior soggiorno. E' stato anche sorprendentemente tranquillo, considerando l'occupazione della zona intorno alla proprietà. Gli unici negativi e sono minori sono che ci sia solo una macchina di ghiaccio situata al primo piano e il colazione è solo media. Il prezzo era eccellente considerando quanto la proprietà è bella e tutto ciò che doveva offrire. In realtà è stata la notte più costosa della nostra vacanza e alcune delle altre proprietà più costose che abbiamo soggiornato non valgono il prezzo. Rimarremmo qui, se mai, nella zona.
