I recently had the pleasure of staying at JW Marriott Juhu, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. We weren’t entirely happy about the check-in process as we got assigned to a room which had arrangements for another guest however it was taken care immediately after being addressed. I would like to commend three staff members who went above and beyond to make my stay truly remarkable - The front office ***ager Mr.Abhishek, Mr.Rushikesh from the housekeeping department, and Mr.Vinmesh from the executive lounge. Rushikesh, from the housekeeping department, deserves special recognition for his attention to detail and dedication to ensuring that my room was always impeccably clean and well-maintained. He consistently went out of his way to fulfill any special requests I had, and his warm and friendly demeanor made me feel truly valued as a guest. Mr.Abhishek, the ***ager at front office, made a lasting impression with his professionalism, efficiency, and genuine warmth. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to him for the hamper placed in my room. It really made our day. I would also like to mention Mr.Vinmesh from the executive lounge as his warmth and friendliness created an inviting atmosphere in the lounge, making it a delightful place to relax and unwind Apart from the exceptional service provided by these individuals, the hotel itself was outstanding. The facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and easily accessible. My experience at Dashanzi is also worth mentioning as I had an impeccable experience there! The entire service team worked flawlessly to make my evening absolutely amazing. In conclusion, my stay at JW Marriott Juhu was an unforgettable experience, largely thanks to the outstanding service provided by Rushikesh, Abhishek, and Vinmesh.

The hotel has a lovely setting, right on Juhu Beach, facing west. The sunsets are a beautiful sight. Getting there to and from the airport was relatively easy. A 30 minute taxi ride from the airport at midnight and a 20 minute ride to the airport at 06:00. Drinks and food are expensive for India. However food quality is excellent throughout the day. With regard to drinks unfortunately there was no draft beer available at all, and bottled beer was INR 700 for a small bottle. Wine was also very expensive. Staff and service were excellent at all times and in all departments. The pool is quite small for the size of hotel, but it was never busy. There was a disappointingly low number of pool loungers (10) provided, which were ‘reserved’ for the day early on. Shade availability at the pool was good. There is a lovely beachside bar, again with very good service, however please see below regarding parties. Bedrooms were large, well equipped and very comfortable. Everything you needed was there, and peace and quite levels were excellent, even though my room was next to the lift and stairs. Plenty of bottled water was available and this was regularly replenished. Bathrooms again were excellent with a wide range of accessories and consumable items provided. Security at the exterior of the hotel was first class. Inside the hotel access to the floors with rooms via lifts was protected by room key readers, but you could freely walk up the stairs! Safes were provided in rooms but mine wasn’t fixed down, so you could easily remove the whole safe were you minded to do so. I believe there was more secure safe storage available at the front desk, but I didn’t try to use it. The hotel had a wedding or a party outside by the beach every night we were there. These are spectacular events but the novelty soon wears off, and the loud music slightly spoils the outside pool or beachside experience. Overall very good.

Attualmente soggiornare in hotel e devo dire che in generale è un soggiorno molto bello. Il personale è molto utile. Il mantenimento di casa è il migliore. Molto gentile e fanno un lavoro sorprendente. La stanza era molto pulita al check-in e le camere sono servite quotidianamente e pulite per la perfezione e le strutture sono riempite. Che piacevole sensazione di venire una stanza pulita dopo aver uscito durante il giorno. La doccia è anche grande. Acqua calda e una grande testa doccia 🚿. Non c'è niente di cui lamentarsi. Molto raccomandato e anche sicuro.

Andammo in India nel febbraio soggiornammo in hotel Emerald sulla strada Juhu Tara. Quando lavoro per l'aviazione, spesso vado e soggiorno lì. L'hotel è migliorato con alloggio, qualità alimentare e servizi clienti. Il personale è le principali ragioni per cui continuo a andare lì. Tutti i dipendenti, dai puliziari ai ***sistemi, hanno un servizio eccellente per i clienti. Mi ha aiutato molto, soprattutto perché ho avuto molto lavoro di carta per scoprire dove aveva bisogno di molte stampa e fotocopie. Narayan è un'altra persona che è stata lì da molto tempo, riconosciuta e ci fa sentire come la famiglia e rendere il nostro soggiorno molto comodo. Non andrò da nessun'altra parte, poiché questa proprietà è un centro, pulito e bellissimo personale che vi rende confortevole. Raccomando molto ai miei colleghi, amici e familiari. Mantenetelo in alto 👍
