Hotel in zona JUHU BEACH BEST POINT, Mumbai

The hotel has a lovely setting, right on Juhu Beach, facing west. The sunsets are a beautiful sight. Getting there to and from the airport was relatively easy. A 30 minute taxi ride from the airport at midnight and a 20 minute ride to the airport at 06:00. Drinks and food are expensive for India. However food quality is excellent throughout the day. With regard to drinks unfortunately there was no draft beer available at all, and bottled beer was INR 700 for a small bottle. Wine was also very expensive. Staff and service were excellent at all times and in all departments. The pool is quite small for the size of hotel, but it was never busy. There was a disappointingly low number of pool loungers (10) provided, which were ‘reserved’ for the day early on. Shade availability at the pool was good. There is a lovely beachside bar, again with very good service, however please see below regarding parties. Bedrooms were large, well equipped and very comfortable. Everything you needed was there, and peace and quite levels were excellent, even though my room was next to the lift and stairs. Plenty of bottled water was available and this was regularly replenished. Bathrooms again were excellent with a wide range of accessories and consumable items provided. Security at the exterior of the hotel was first class. Inside the hotel access to the floors with rooms via lifts was protected by room key readers, but you could freely walk up the stairs! Safes were provided in rooms but mine wasn’t fixed down, so you could easily remove the whole safe were you minded to do so. I believe there was more secure safe storage available at the front desk, but I didn’t try to use it. The hotel had a wedding or a party outside by the beach every night we were there. These are spectacular events but the novelty soon wears off, and the loud music slightly spoils the outside pool or beachside experience. Overall very good.

Viaggio di lavoro per visitare la fiera di Mumbai. Hotel vicino all’aeroporto, struttura un po’ datata ma che comunque ***tiene un certo fascino. Apprezzato particolarmente il livello di insonorizzazione della stanza, niente rumori molesti . Servizio alla reception ottimo, arrivato per il check in tardissimo, nessuno problema.

Ottimo servizio, ricevimento per il personale di custodia sono stati eccellenti e molto utile, e comprendere che non posso aspettare più di quanto l'hotel ci ha fornito, La colazione e i membri del personale sono eccellenti, il rating complessivo di questo hotel mi darebbe più di 100.

È stata una bella esperienza pacifica, il personale era cortese e paziente per tutto quello che avevamo bisogno.

A really dependable hotel within close proximity to Mumbai Airport. Great rooms and a superb buffet restaurant. The executive lounge is excellent and the staff friendly. I’ve stayed here many a time and it never disappoints. WiFi and air conditioning are perfect. Check out can be a little slow so allow extra time. If you book a executive room it comes with airport transfer but you are not always told this. In short. A great hotel with a great restaurant.

Ottimo hotel poco distante dall'aeroporto. Camere ampie e pulite e struttura perfetta, Molto piacevole la piscina sul tetto e piccola, ma curata la SPA. Colazione abbondante. Personale molto gentile . Consigliato a chi viaggia per lavoro o per piacere.
