Era molto pulito e carino.

We had a very pleasant stay. Hotel was clean, staff was very helpful and the food was delicious. I will definitely recommend and would love to stay there again.

Very basic hotel not exactly what I paid for was expecting 4 star but turned out to be local hotel Disappointing

It was amazing staying in this hotel not too far frok the airport. The staff were amazing, very kind and extremely helpful. The conceirge service was great, especially the quality of the Laundry Service.

Tutto positivo dalla professionalità alla cortesia di tutto il personale in particolar modo del personale del ristorante che è stato sempre cortese e gentile un grazie ai manager e a Salim. Avrei messo 5 stelle se avessi trovato la camera pronta con i tre letti che invece hanno dovuto preparare a mezzanotte quando siamo arrivati naturalmente la prenotazione era per tre persone in una camera.

Wonderful experience. Recommended for all types of events. Had a lovely time with friends and family. Ideal for business trips too. Rooms are very spacious which is a rare find in mumbai. Overall a great experience. Must try food In cinnamon

Excellent service and coordination , Raju , nitin , salim are excellent.👏🏻 Food is mind blowing and the cleanliness is great.I strongly recommend every one to visit this place .They will help you with everything and wil provide whatever necessary to comfort your stay

Although the neighbourhood in which Suba Hotel is located is somewhat rundown, the hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and extremely convenient to get to from the airport. The service was prompt and polite and the amenities were excellent. I would have no reservations about booking this hotel again as a solo female traveller. Keep up the fantastic work!

Very comfortable stay. The hotel has everything, the comfort the service and even location is perfect for short halters. Special mention to Mr Faisal the reservation duty manager for always being accessible and taking care of his guests.

Room : Good (3.5/5) Room service rating :Good Fine dining : Pathetic to poor(1/5) Food : oily, sweetened and slated Oil reused - causing acid reflux Quality of cooking : 2/5 Taste :1/5 ( poor to average ) Same taste salt and chilly for all dishes - be it veg or non veg - shortcuts cannot be called fine dining Dishes : reused and recycled Presentation: 2/5 ( improper service bowls )

A great hotel. I had a very clean, huge room with lots of different seating areas. I felt very comfortable there as a lone female traveller. Staff were friendly and very polite, even though I arrived in the middle of the night. Very convenient for the airport.

One of the highlights of using the meetings rooms in this hotel during a recent workshop we attended here was the services provided by the F&B staff of this hotel. The strength of this hotel, particularly their meeting rooms and their all day dining is their F&B staff - their staff is their pride !!! Always smiling, always welcoming, and always polite irrespective of the daily pressures of attending to a full house and the constant demands …. We have been around the world but it is with confidence that we can say that that the hospitality extended by their staff is of a level unparalleled to anywhere - not even the 5 star hotels of the world can match it - where their staff go over and beyond to look after guests. Special note of thanks to the friendly Banquets Supervisor Chandrakanth for looking after our team and the superstar Nitya Shetty their F&B staff who is deserving of all the 5 stars for pampering and spoiling us. We will be back soon ONLY to be spoilt by your team !!! Apologies , the names of other staff have missed our recollection … Vijay , shekar, bilal, farooq and all those who looked after us.

It is more of a school than a hotel. They will only give you one card to access the room even if you are two people You are not allowed to take the guest in the room even if you submit proof And they are very liberal and totally against the modern world as their duty manager Dheeraj told me that even if you are unmarried couple from out of city then also you are not allowed
