Hotel terme a Mumbai

La camera non era pulita e si sentiva molto polverosa, anche dopo essere stata vuota. La mattina era una mattina di primavera, di scarsa qualità e, purtroppo, non potevano sostituire con una migliore che ha portato a un sonno incomodo nelle notti. I recently had the pleasure of staying at JW Marriott Juhu, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. We weren’t entirely happy about the check-in process as we got assigned to a room which had arrangements for another guest however it was taken care immediately after being addressed. I would like to commend three staff members who went above and beyond to make my stay truly remarkable - The front office ***ager Mr.Abhishek, Mr.Rushikesh from the housekeeping department, and Mr.Vinmesh from the executive lounge. Rushikesh, from the housekeeping department, deserves special recognition for his attention to detail and dedication to ensuring that my room was always impeccably clean and well-maintained. He consistently went out of his way to fulfill any special requests I had, and his warm and friendly demeanor made me feel truly valued as a guest. Mr.Abhishek, the ***ager at front office, made a lasting impression with his professionalism, efficiency, and genuine warmth. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to him for the hamper placed in my room. It really made our day. I would also like to mention Mr.Vinmesh from the executive lounge as his warmth and friendliness created an inviting atmosphere in the lounge, making it a delightful place to relax and unwind Apart from the exceptional service provided by these individuals, the hotel itself was outstanding. The facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and easily accessible. My experience at Dashanzi is also worth mentioning as I had an impeccable experience there! The entire service team worked flawlessly to make my evening absolutely amazing. In conclusion, my stay at JW Marriott Juhu was an unforgettable experience, largely thanks to the outstanding service provided by Rushikesh, Abhishek, and Vinmesh.

Ero nella stanza numero 2909. Tutti i lavoratori erano molto amichevoli, soprattutto Vivek. E' un tipo cosi' bello e abbiamo parlato molto. Ma come ho scritto, tutti i lavoratori erano molto amichevoli e cortesi. Il cibo era sempre molto delizioso, le camere sono molto confortevoli e si può dormire molto bene sul letto. L'hotel stesso ha un impianto di scala e era sempre molto pulito. Era un piacere per me essere qui. Piacere di nuovo Fabi

Ho avuto una perfetta esperienza in questo hotel. Fornisce standard internazionali e il personale è estremamente utile e gentile. La posizione per le vacanze è buona come si fa direttamente al lago. Se per un viaggio d'affari, potrebbe essere un po' lontano dalla città, soprattutto in considerazione delle condizioni di traffico, altrimenti è fortemente raccomandato.
