I had the most fantastic time at Taj Mahal Hotel from the minute I walked in until the minute I left. The staff are amazing, the facilities wonderful and the added attention they have was overwhelming. I was celebrating my birthday and the stay at the Taj was a treat to myself. The hotel ensured my room had the lovely view and included cake,balloons and flowers. My memorable stay will be with me forever. I have waited so long to go and the wait was definitely worth it. I did yoga in the morning and the experience was wonderful. Class was so good and the location poolside was outstanding. I visited the salon for a pedicure - again splendid. I recommend this hotel without any hesitation. In all my experience of travelling, this hotel went over and above any expectations I had. Namaste ❤️ Thank you to the wonderful team

This hotel has paid attention to details from the start! It has made us feel welcomed, luxurious, in a story tale, and like royalty. We have loved each second from The heritage tour they offer. Adil was an excellent guide and told his so ***y stories about the Taj that is made it even more magical. The service at the pool restaurant Aquarius from Sagar was so attentive. The front desk and housekeeping welcomed us and left us with little gifts each time. We stayed in the tower on the 15th floor with a sea view of the Gateway of India. It was magical. Taj Palace and Tower you are truly the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. Thank you for your attentions to detail! Money well spent!

Super fantastic 5 star hotel right next to the gateway of India. The service is impeccable and the staff are very attentive and helpful. We booked a half board room which meant we got breakfast and dinner and complimentary drinks in the bar for 90 minutes. Considering the prices of a dish/beverage going half board was definitely a better option. Great clean poolside with clean beds. All the staff are incredible, always checking on you making sure your stay is perfect. They have shops and everything you need all within the hotel. As soon as you arrive you are greeted with a traditional Indian welcoming and everywhere in the hotel smells amazing. We were so happy that we extended our stay another night and they let us keep the same room. 100% will be returning.

Great Hotel, good location right at the Gateway Arch, beautiful pool area and very attentive staff. Would stay again in a heart beat. Loved it.

Staying at the Towers is half the price as staying in the ‘main’, older part of the hotel but you are still part of the hotel and closer to the reception and breakfast restaurants. Big spacious room though the shower itself is a good size the shower room is small, that’s the only downside. Expensive to eat in the restaurants but beautiful and have to say the Chinese restaurant was fantastic. Lovely pool area with children having to be with an adult, so very relaxing. Excellent location if you want to be in the heart of things and about an hour from the airport in good traffic!

The hotel stands to its reputation. Great experience. Friendly and professional staff. Updated rooms and common area especially the pool.

Great service and an eye for detail! The breakfast was super tasty, the menu at the pool was just okay. The rooms were pretty, and the staff were very friendly. We had the opportunity to join their celebration of 120 years, which was a unique experience. The only downside was that during our attempt to relax at the pool after a long flight, construction was ongoing throughout the day. It would have been appreciated if we had been informed about this in advance. This revised version enhances clarity and corrects minor grammatical issues, making your review more polished.

the staff made me cry. Well it was tears of joy. I know that every time i travel to Mumbi i will only stay in Taj hotel. form bell boy to front ***ager Rushik Gohil they took care of all our smallest details of our stay. i was my pleasure to stay in hotel. More i think about my stay i get overwhelmed with their kind gestures and hospitality. They made me and my family feel very special.
