Hotel con vista sulle montagne a Da Nang

The resort is nicely build and embedded with nature . The facilities such as pool and gym are well maintained . The room feel luxurious . Would advise to book the club room access with free wine and food almost throughout the day . The best part of this resort is the view .

Mi sono divertito il mio soggiorno qui! Anche se non ho avuto una stanza di vista sul mare, ma la piscina al tetto è uno dei più bello . Non è molto grande, ma il design è dettagliato! Ho dovuto godere di leggere seduto sul lato della piscina con acqua di piscina mantenuto raffreddamento il mio corpo. E c'era un grande scudo dalla luce del sole! Le piscine in altri hotel possono essere più grandi, ma non si vuole rimanere quando è troppo caldo e soleggiato!

The staffs are nice and helpful. Good location with Son Tra night market nearby, where lots of food to enjoy and souvenirs to buy. The room is clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet with variations everyday, so we can enjoy different tastes during our stay. My friend have her birthday during the hotel stay, and the staff nicely arranged birthday decorations which makes our trip so special and my friend was so surprised and happy. We enjoyed our stay in San Marino Hotel Danang so much. Highly recommend this hotel to you all.

Hotel abilemente aggiornato per collegare la nostra camera a nostro agio. Il servizio è eccellente e Emma è molto utile con tutte le domande che abbiamo. La posizione è un po' lontana dalla città vecchia (può prendere in prestito la loro bicicletta), ma questo significa anche che è una zona tranquilla, quindi dormiamo molto bene senza il rumore del traffico (ha anche doppia isolamento acustico muro 👍🏻). Il buffet è adeguato con cibo occidentale e vietnamita. Molte opzioni di salada e frutta. La stanza ha una macchina per la capsula di caffè oltre a 3 in 1 caffè e tè verde vietnamita. Per gli ospiti con mobilità ridotta, evitare le camere di livello 7 come l'ascensore serviva solo fino al livello 6. Ci sono stati anche un paio di passi da prendere dall'ingresso al desk front.

Most of us the travellers would love to share good things about the hotel experiences instead of negative comments. Location:Walking to Da Nang museum but not much to see on the left side walking out the hotel Services: : stayed 3 nights at the premium room on the executive floor from 30/3-2/4. We received warm welcome from the doorman, front desk staff and to the executive lounge for checking in. Our room is clean, spacious, and the river view from my balcony is awesome. Everything looks good and its worth to pay extra for the services. I immediately would have given a 5 star to share my review in the different travel websites. The whole experience was almost damaged from the incidents: 1)The room included turndown service. However, on the 2nd night after returning from a hot day, the room was not tidy up. I dialled “0” front desk at 10:40 pm and asked for clean towels. I was told that the housekeeper will deliver it soon. Wait and wait, call and call until it passed 20 minutes, I was assured again the housekeeper was on the way. My patience ran out! I came down to the front desk at 11pm to express my issue in person and was still be told that they had informed the housekeeping and was on the way. This is totally untrue and unacceptable! The housekeeping room is located at basement. Aren’t they not allowed to take elevator? The duty manager (Mr Tino Le) immediately contacted the housekeeper in front of me again stating someone (housekeeper named Phuong?) was still on the way and would be in my room within 15 minutes. Eventually my partner told me the housekeeper (wow… 4 people) arrived to the room to tidy up. The whole incident from calling to clean up took nearly 45 minutes. What I need was just some dry towels (the used one was on the floor. I was not asking for any turndown service). How frustrating! This is definitely a big problem between the departments. Mr Le showed his sincere apology for this situation and agreed to reflect to his superior. The next day I received a note and a gesture from the front desk manager - Mr Tin Nguyen. I know my case had been taken note. I Checked out on the 2nd where I met Mr Nguyen who apologies again regarding the problem. He understood my frustration and responsible . Truly a positive attitude being the Manager. Operation Team should rectified the issues right away 2) Requested some decaf to my room at the executive lounge but never comes. Anyway… Despite the unhappy experience , I do appreciate Mr Tino Le for his patience, and the concierge staff - Kevin who arranging the car for us to Hoi An attentively to ensure our trip safely. The breakfast is variety and the restaurant staff did a good job! Hope a better experience in my next visit

Amo questo hotel così tanto. La stanza è pulita, moderna e accogliente con una bella vista sulla città. Forniscono una rack secca sul balcone per poter asciugare il vostro costume bagnato. Ci sono alcuni suoni di banda a notte (non a mezzanotte, non preoccuparti 🙂) dal bar vicino all'hotel. Non mi importava e nemmeno mi piaceva sul balcone. C'è solo una cosa negativa che vorrei menzionare in merito alla camera è il sistema di ventilazione della camera da bagno. Sembra che non ci sia un sistema di ventilazione, perché dopo aver fatto la cosa ”grande”, l'odore si è fermato e ci è voluto tempo per sparire dopo aver aperto la porta del bagno, quindi penso che il sistema di ventilazione del bagno possa essere migliorato se possibile. Per quanto riguarda il buffet di colazione, mi piace tanto e capisco perché ci sono tante recensioni positive per questo.Il caffè e il ph vietnamita sono così buoni e li ho avuto ogni giorno. Ho preso quasi 1.5 ore per godere il mio colazione ogni giorno perché c'erano così tanti buoni cibi da mangiare. Il servizio è perfetto anche. KHOA era così utile e attento a noi. Grazie mille. Viene certamente rimasti in questo hotel la prossima volta. Spero che questa qualità possa essere mantenuta o addirittura migliorata 🙂🙏🏼🙏🏼 Grazie mille!

Very nice hotel. We have early check in and the hotel can settle us immediately. Beautiful room and sea view. Perfect for waking up early to see sunrise. Room is big, bed is great. Even thought the room is very far away from main building but still they try their best to come to our room upon request. Food price is very reasonable for hotel dine-in. We have a 3 years old kid so it is perfect for us to stay in hotel day and night. And the food is petty yummy. Full of activities for adult and kids. Kid spa is the funniest one and loving it. Enjoy the great evenings in their Writer Bar, good bar tender and reasonable price. Location is a bit away from main town, but full of grab. Always one min away only. So not a problem.

نظيف والرائحه حلوه وكان موظفين الاستقبال والكل كانو متعاونين وخدمتهم رائعه جدا والشاطئ قدام الفندق اقل من دقيقيه مشي الفندق بعيد عن وسط المدينة وقريب جداً لشاطئ المطار يبعد تقريبن 30 دقيقه عن الفندق السرير مريح الغرفه وسيعة الفطور بوفية متنوع بس للاسف مالقيت اكل حلال الا البيض والعسل والتوست وفواكة

L'hotel è nuovo. La posizione è grande. Molto buone scene. Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti e abbiamo esteso 1 notte più, i dipendenti hanno promesso di costruire la nostra stanza, purtroppo non l'hanno fatto. È una cattiva reputazione come un nuovo hotel come questo.

3 bambini, 2 adulti e 5 persone hanno trascorso un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole. Era di fronte a My Khe Beach, quindi ci andavo tutti i giorni e mi godevo l'area commerciale circostante, quindi era comodo. Sono l'unico a pensare che Haeundae sia come tutti i posti in cui vivono le persone? ^^ Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio dall'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo? La colazione è deliziosa Sono andato a Hoi An, che era leggermente migliore, ma questo era migliore. Henry è così gentile 😄 Grazie a te, mi sono divertito moltissimo a Ba Na Hills e sono andato a Hoi An. Grazie a tutto lo staff che ci ha sempre trattato gentilmente con un sorriso. Ciò di cui sono particolarmente grato è che l'ultimo dei tre giorni in cui stavo facendo colazione, hanno controllato il numero delle guardie, anche se non lo hanno controllato. Mentre mangiavamo, improvvisamente cominciò a suonare la canzone “Happy Birthday”. Che succede? Oggi è il mio primo compleanno e abbiamo appena cantato questa canzone. Lo staff mi ha portato una mini torta e ha cantato una canzone. Grazie mille al Sunny Hotel per avermi regalato una festa di compleanno a sorpresa basata sul mio passaporto. E' qualcosa che ricorderò per molto tempo. È stato un viaggio divertente ♡♡♡
