UUtente ospiteAbbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni meravigliosi al Noku Hotel a Phuket e il ricordo di questo soggiorno resterà sicuramente tra i più belli dei nostri viaggi.
Io e mio marito Giorgio cercavamo un posto dove rilassarci davvero, immersi nella natura, e qui abbiamo trovato esattamente quello che desideravamo. L’atmosfera dell’hotel è speciale: elegante ma allo stesso tempo molto accogliente, con spazi curati e una vista splendida dall’alto di tutta Chalong.
La camera era bellissima, spaziosa e molto pulita. Ogni mattina svegliarsi con quel panorama green è stato un piccolo momento di felicità. Anche la piscina è fantastica, perfetta per rilassarsi e godersi il silenzio e la tranquillità del luogo.
Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto lo staff, sempre sorridente, gentile e disponibile. Ci siamo sentiti davvero ben accolti durante tutto il soggiorno.
È uno di quei posti in cui ti senti bene e da cui parti con la voglia di tornare. Se torneremo a Phuket, sicuramente questo hotel sarà di nuovo la nostra scelta.

Vvic_ssicaServizi: la camera è abbastanza grande e può ospitare tre adulti. Tuttavia, sembra un po' vecchia e l'acqua non è molto accessibile. È stata molto bagnata durante la recente stagione delle piogge. La colazione è più in stile occidentale, il caffè è buono ed è disponibile polvere appena preparata
Igiene: molto buona. L'igiene viene effettuata ogni giorno e viene fornita acqua potabile.
Ambiente: c'è una piscina, una palestra e un ristorante proprio di fronte all'hotel c'è la spiaggia. È una certa distanza dal 711 e ci vogliono sette o otto minuti a piedi.
Servizio: molto buono ed entusiasta. La mia amica ha una gastroenterite acuta. C'è un impiegato di lingua cinese alla reception che le è molto entusiasta.
Il sapone per le mani e il gel doccia dell'hotel hanno un odore molto buono. Ho dimenticato di chiedere che odore voglio comprare dello stesso stile.

LlorelieestremosMolto elegante hotel in effetti. Conveniente per ristoranti, farmacie, mercati, 7/11 e tutto. Camminando alla spiaggia di Patong. Godendo il mio soggiorno con una camera molto confortevole e pulita, personale alberghiero e una bella vista dalla piscina al tetto. Molto consigliato!!

XXiaomamiaoL'hotel ha tentato di assegnarmi una camera doppia modificata, unendo due letti singoli (come da foto), cercando di farla passare per una matrimoniale e sostenendo che tutte le altre camere fossero occupate. Ma avevo pagato l'intero importo della prenotazione! Con quale diritto mi hanno trattato così? Il giorno di Capodanno Lunare ho rifiutato categoricamente! È stato davvero inaccettabile!
Dopo un'accesa discussione, sono riuscito a ottenere una vera camera matrimoniale, ma mi è stato detto che avrei dovuto cambiarla il giorno successivo! Il giorno di Capodanno Lunare non avrei MAI tollerato un tale arrangiamento! Il personale della reception si è coordinato con Ctrip (ringrazio Ctrip per l'aiuto), e alla fine hanno acconsentito a farmi rimanere nella stessa camera matrimoniale per l'intera durata del soggiorno.
Tuttavia, la camera matrimoniale mancava di un comodino e aveva solo una sedia, rendendo impossibile per due persone sedersi contemporaneamente. Ne ho parlato con l'hotel il giorno dopo per trovare una soluzione (come da foto).
La vista dall'hotel era piacevole e il servizio cordiale, ma l'intenzione di arrangiare una stanza per ingannare gli ospiti è stata davvero spiacevole, soprattutto il giorno di Capodanno Lunare!
L'hotel non ha mai ammesso l'errore né si è scusato con me. Non so proprio come pratiche così disoneste possano portare a una raccomandazione Michelin.
Ringrazio Ctrip per la gestione efficiente del problema e per avermi aiutato a risolvere la questione del mio soggiorno.

PPhilipWe were genuinely impressed when we arrived at the resort. It has a luxurious and elegant vibe, yet remains reasonably priced. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious—perfect for a family of four. The resort features three pools: one large main pool with scenic forest views for all guests, and two quieter, adults-only pools. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering just the right variety with fresh, high-quality ingredients. While it’s located a bit outside the main town, after spending one night in the Patong chaos, the peaceful setting quickly became one of our favorite aspects. We’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

MM17099****La camera era pulita nel complesso e il personale era molto cordiale. Non ho riscontrato alcuna discriminazione o cose del genere. Ci sono diversi ristoranti e centri massaggi al piano inferiore, e un 7-Eleven è a pochi passi sulla sinistra dopo l'uscita dall'edificio. C'è anche una piccola area commerciale chiamata Karon Avenue, e Karon Beach è poco più avanti.
La sabbia di Karon Beach è molto fine, ma le onde sono piuttosto alte. Personalmente non consiglierei di nuotare lì, soprattutto considerando la recente scomparsa di un giovane cinese mentre faceva il bagno durante le vacanze per la Festa Nazionale.
Aspetti negativi: è una bella camminata fino a Karon Beach, e faceva molto caldo, quindi camminare fino a lì ti lasciava sudare copiosamente.
La camera sembrava appena ristrutturata. Abbiamo alloggiato nell'edificio B, e l'impalcatura fuori dal balcone non era stata rimossa. Chi si spaventa facilmente potrebbe preoccuparsi per la sicurezza.

My family and I recently spent four nights at Patong Bay Hill Resort with friends, and overall, it proved to be a pleasant hillside retreat with both strengths and minor limitations.
**Accommodation & Location**
We booked a pool access sea view room, which was impressively spacious. The bedroom comfortably accommodated our family of three, while the separate hall area could easily house an additional couple. The elevated location provides excellent panoramic views and delivers an authentic Thai local resort atmosphere that many guests will appreciate.
**Service & Amenities**
The staff consistently demonstrated exceptional hospitality throughout our stay. Room service operates until 11 PM, with housekeeping available 24 hours - a thoughtful touch for families. One pleasant surprise was discovering the resort spans multiple buildings across different elevations. For guests who prefer not to walk extensively, the resort provides complimentary 24-hour shuttle service between buildings and to the reception area.
Transportation to Patong Beach (1.5-2 km away) is conveniently provided via free shuttle service until 11 PM, with Bangla Road just another 200-300 meters beyond the beach.
**Dining Experience**
The resort offers decent food quality, though options lean toward local cuisine. While vegetarians seeking Indian dishes may find limited choices, both egg-eaters and non-vegetarians will find ample variety. We particularly enjoyed the chicken delight pizza, which had a charming homemade quality reminiscent of early Asian pizza establishments.
**Physical Considerations**
The hillside location naturally involves considerable walking and elevation changes. Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate this as excellent natural exercise for cardiovascular health and stamina building. However, guests with mobility concerns should be aware of the terrain.

This hotel is very basic for the price and I found prices fluctuate alot on this hotel During low season. I found for the price there are better hotels in the area thats even closer to the beach with more amenities.
RESTAURANT & POOL AREA
The pool area is beautiful and during my stay here the pool area was always neat and tidy with a small in-house restaurant on tue right.
BREAKFASTS
The breakfast menu is basic but suitable and in accordance with the price. I enjoyed the plain breakfasts and warm hospitality
ROOM SERVICE
Daily room service is available at this hotel. Water and coffee with sugar and tea is provided in the rooms. I was given a welcome drink on arrival in a wooden cup. It was lovely. Room will not be cleaned or water replaced unless you ask for it.
ROOMS
If you stay here I recommend the rooms with the pool view. The City view isn't so great.
Rooms are large with a little more compact bathroom but amazing baths but in my room the water pressure wasn't so great. The geysers is on controlled temperature. The water doesnt get boiling hot here. But its a good temperature
The room is comfortable and if curtains are closed its rather dark. Furnished with dark wooden furniture but comfortable bed and smart tv where you can stream on your own subscription. I liked that.

Bedding was comfortable
AIRCONDITIONING
Mine was a little noisy but not intolerable and cooled nicely but had a little leak, be careful if the floor is wet its insanely slippery so use the bath mat. Aircons are very old.
LOCATION
The hotel is on a hill so to walk to the nearby shops and such can be a mission but they do have bike rentals at THB180 and a shuttle bus that takes you one way to the beach round 11 daily and coning back will be at your own cost.
I felt it was a little far from all the major attractions and that it is in need of renovation especially outside paint work areas. The overall hotel is good I just felt for its location, basic menu, and old furnishings with the busy and sometimes noisy restaurants that its a kittle overpriced for what it actually is.
PESTS
Hotel has a serious ant problem. I am neat and tidy and nothing worked ants took over my room. Also get a mosquito 🦟 repellent as you next to a lake and the mozzies here are like little dragons.
I do recommend this hotel but consider your surroundings and rent a bike for traveling around then it will be a comfortable stay.

The hotel requests a 500Baht Deposit or they hold your passport.

SSarahJhNon avrei potuto chiedere un miglior alloggio. La mia stanza e la mia vista erano eccellenti. Il personale è più che utile e il bus gratuito è brillante. May sulla ricezione è stato sorprendente. La cena è davvero buona e il colazione gratis che si è sprecato per la scelta. Ho fatto un giro di sollevamento del sole, che è gratuito, con Tiki. Era duro andare, ma valeva ogni passo. Tiki era sorprendente e guardava per me stesso inadatto ogni passo. Avrei fortemente raccomandato questo hotel, mi sentivo rilassato e ripristinato e non dovevo andare. 11/10.

The hotel is located at a great place of phuket new city. This is close to other hotels like Patong Lodge hotel, Andaman etc. Between the sea and the hotel, there is only one obstacle and that is the main road. So, the hotel is so close to the sea. It gives a great view of sea from its balcony. It is located at a calm environment compared to locations near Bangla Road or Patong Beach area. Kalim Bay beach area is quite, less traffic jam and less commercial than patong or other part of phuket city. So, you can stay at your own, without much crowd with less expensive surroundings. This area is dominant by Muslims so you will get so many halal food options around the hotel. From the beginning of the evening, mobile food carts starts opening on the roads besides the sea and in front of the hotel. So you will have good halal food with less price. You can have dinner or lunch options within 50-60 baht per person.
You will get Phi Phi Island tour packages and Phi Phi Ferry tickets right at the reception of this hotel at cheap rate with pick up and drop off services. You will get bike rent services just the road beside of this hotel at cheap price.
Hotel staffs were so kind and helpful. If you arrive at the hotel earlier than to your check in time, they will let you keep your luggage safely and provide washrooms to change or freshen up. The rooms besides swimming pool gives you a vibe like having a private pool area,, but unfortunately, the pool was not clean. The rooms are amazing to view. It has so many elements those give aesthetic and classical looks like wall mirrors, beds, dress table mirror etc.
Our room came with complementary breakfast but we couldn't avail this because breakfast was supposed to be started at 8 AM, but our pick up microbus came at 7 Am to take us to the Rasada pier to catch the ferry to Phi Phi Island. But the man on duty at the reception, made bread toast, provided butter and jam with coffee and tea, as limited breakfast option.
Everything of the hotel, including the room rent and facilities were great except there was a huge dustbin area just in front of the hotel entrance. So there is a odor every time during your stay, especially you can't sit on your balcony or at the hotel front beautiful outdoor lobby because its like the whole city's garbage is thrown just in front of your place.
