Fantastico
II-LingWe couldn’t have picked a better place to unwind than Mudunk Moding Plantation Nature Resort. While many visitors opt to stay near the beach, we were seeking peace, beauty, and immersion in nature—and this resort delivered all that and more.
From the moment we arrived, the experience felt warm and welcoming. The staff greeted us with friendly smiles, refreshing welcome drinks, and cool towels. We were then whisked to our villa by a golf buggy—a small but thoughtful touch that set the tone for our stay.
Our villa featured a heated jacuzzi and a private infinity pool—absolute heaven! The view was breathtaking, and the jacuzzi was already warm when we arrived. We jumped right in and couldn’t stop smiling. It was one of those perfect moments where everything just felt right.
We stayed for two nights and dined at both on-site restaurants. The first evening at the Balinese restaurant coincided with happy hour (cocktails were buy one, get one free). Unfortunately, the cocktails were watery and lacked flavor, which was a letdown since I had envisioned sipping something lovely in the jacuzzi with that view. The food was okay but a bit bland—I would like to add some salt to bring out the taste.
The western-style restaurant on the second night was a better experience. The dishes were more flavorful and suited my palate, though the fries were soft and resembled oven chips—crispy fries would’ve made the meal more satisfying.
Another minor downside was the limited beer selection. Guinness was on the menu but unavailable during our stay. A broader or more reliable selection of drinks would elevate the dining experience for guests who enjoy a cold one with a view.
On the brighter side, the floating breakfast was a standout—absolutely sensational! You can order anything from the menu as long as you don’t waste food. We devoured everything on the first day. On the second, the only thing I couldn’t finish was the sweet green beans with chia seeds—too sweet for my taste, but everything else was delicious.
I also treated myself to a spa massage, and it was one of the highlights of my stay. The setting was tranquil, the therapist was skilled, and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed—exactly what I needed.
Another detail I truly appreciated was the resort’s commitment to environmental sustainability. There were no plastic products in the room, which reflects their thoughtful effort to protect the natural surroundings.
If I could suggest one improvement, it would be better ventilation in the bathroom—perhaps a window or enhanced airflow.
Despite the minor flaws—the cocktails, fries, and beer options—the serene atmosphere, impeccable service, stunning views, and thoughtful touches made this an unforgettable getaway. Mudunk Moding Plantation Nature Resort will absolutely be my first choice when I return to Bali.
If you’re someone who values peace, nature, and the joy of escaping to a tranquil paradise, this is the place for you.

UUtente ospiteWe went for our 20th wedding anniversary and could not have been happier with our choice! This place is stunning both inside and out. We were amazed by how beautiful the surroundings were with every detail well thought out. The room was stunning and well laid out. When we arrived they had cooled down the room and heated the pool which was the absolute perfect temperature the entire time. Having a wam pool was a big part of how much we enjoyed our stay as we spent quite a bit of time in it. The room and outside patio area was very private and we felt as though we were the only ones there at times.
The food was also amazing whether we ate at the poolside restaurant, the high end restaurant Aperitif, or eating in the Pinstripes Bar. We really enjoyed the bar and the staff there. They were so attentive and everyone made us feel right at home. We enjoyed great conversations there and got some good recommendations on things to see in the area. The drinks were really next level as these bartenders know their craft. It was fun to watch them mix the drinks and they explained the science behind what flavors they were combining and how some of the spices and other ingredients were locally sourced.
The entire staff was also another highlight. Everyone we encountered could not have been more friendly and attentive. The general manager even took the time to sit with us to see how our stay was going and asking other questions that showed he was very committed to the property. We also like that this is a family owned property. They were staying there while we were there and it was clear they too all had a passion for excellence.
We researched properties for months before deciding on Viceroy. We did spend a bit more in the end than we may have for other 5 star properties, but after reading some of the reviews at the other places, we kept circling back to Viceroy. We are so glad we did and in the end, the extra money still made the stay seem like a bargain. We have paid about the same for a tiny room in a substandard hotel in New York City and here we were treated like kings in one of the most beautiful spots we have ever stayed in.

LLea RebanksMy wife and I stayed at Sanak Retreat for seven days last week, and I can honestly say the experience was absolutely excellent.
We travel frequently and stay in many hotels, including five-star properties, and we are often disappointed by issues such as service standards, cleanliness, or basic things not working properly (like air conditioning). At Sanak Retreat, however, everything was 100% perfect.
The attention to detail here is exceptional. From the moment we arrived there was a lovely car park and staff immediately helped carry our bags to the room. Check-in was relaxed and easy, done at the restaurant without having to queue at reception.
My wife immediately commented that the room was absolutely spotless. Everything was exactly as it should be — soap, tissues, air conditioning, and all amenities working perfectly. Nothing was missing and nothing malfunctioned. Everything was presented meticulously.
Over the entire seven-day stay, the quality of service never faltered once.
The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious. The chef clearly has that special je ne sais quoi that elevates the dishes and makes them feel truly special. While the food prices are moderately higher than eating outside, the quality difference is significant. We tried eating outside the retreat once or twice and were very disappointed by comparison, so we happily ate most of our meals at the retreat.
Our room was not particularly large, but it was more than adequate. The internet was excellent, the king-size bed was comfortable, and the bed linen was perfectly clean. We had a single villa overlooking the rice terraces, and it was simply beautiful — quiet, peaceful, and filled with the natural sounds of the surrounding landscape.
The swimming pool was another highlight. It was spotlessly clean and a pleasure to swim in. Although it is not heated, by the afternoon the sun warms it enough to make it very comfortable. As someone who swims regularly, I can say it is a great pool for exercise and extremely well maintained.
Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with Sanak Retreat. It is a beautiful, peaceful place with outstanding service and attention to detail.
I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it.

RRyan.AIl nostro soggiorno a Homm Saranam Baturiti era davvero inoltrabile; dal momento in cui siamo arrivati al lobby, siamo stati accolti con una vista di montagna appassionante che immediatamente ha posto il tono per una via di relax.
Camminando nella nostra villa a due letti, i bambini erano completamente inciampati.La villa era fantastica, bellamente progettata, perfetta per la nostra famiglia di cinque. Ha anche una piscina privata di immersione, letti incredibilmente confortevoli, e zone confortevoli dove si può rilassarsi con una lettura tranquilla.
La nostra villa era convenientemente situata accanto alla piscina principale e alla palestra, entrambi usavamo quotidianamente.
Uno dei punti di vista del nostro soggiorno è stato un pranzo intimato al ristorante di sopra, un grande urlo al capo Erni e Ryan, che hanno preparato i nostri piatti a la carte con tanta amore. Ogni piatto che abbiamo provato era incredibilmente delizioso e memorabile.
La posizione era anche ideale per esplorare le attrazioni vicine.Abbiamo visitato le cascate di Banyumala Twin, le porte di Handara e il tempio di Floating, tutti assolutamente stupendo.
Homm Saranam Baturiti è una miscela perfetta di comfort, natura e ospitezza.

스스루기루La villa stessa sembra lussuosa all'esterno, ma si può affrontare il canale direttamente con solo dieci piedi. Ogni volta che passa davanti all'hotel si può avere più mucche e contatti oculari. Era una villa vicino alla spiaggia, quindi mi aspettavo di prenotare, ma la spiaggia era in un passo 20-minute per arrivare lì. Se si va al tetto (2° piano) nella nostra villa, si può vedere il mare nella distanza ^^....... Quindi non sono andato separatamente. (Se pensi ad un hotel vicino al mare a Sanur Beach, è Osan, Gyeonggi-do ....) Tuttavia, tutti i membri del personale sono stati amichevoli e hanno cercato di rispondere rapidamente alle richieste. Grazie per averci provato a dare la comodità di noleggio moto (150, 000IDR al giorno), noleggio più leggero (gratuito) per candele di fissaggio, ecc. Ma la nostra villa era aperta, quindi le anatre erano dense, e quando il sole scendeva, le larve stava scivolando e si fermavano sul muro. Molte moschee stanno nuotando in due parole. ... На территории растут фруктовые деревья, такие как манго, авакадо, маракуя и многие другие) так же есть бассеин с горячим источником, но для нас он не достатрчно был горяч) персонал всегда отзывчив, всегда готов подсказать и посоветовать, что и где посмотреть) это просто, волшебное место. Рекомендую на все 100%

UUtente anonimoStaying here was a real retreat. The room which has pool access we booked was clean, spacious, intimate bcs there only a few room. Our room was very close to the dining gazebo where there were some plugs so we could working with our laptop with a sight of ricefields. the bathroom has a good warm water shower. I love when the morning sun can penetrate to the room. Nasi goreng and Mie goreng for breakfast are quite tasty. - But sometimes you can hear a gecko at night and unfortunately during our 2n3d stay, there were no one clean and make up our room. Also tissue and water didn't get refilled.
