PPTobinLa villa era stupenda e l'intera proprietà era molto ben mantenuta. Abbiamo apprezzato tutti i nostri pasti al Point Break (adoriamo le opzioni per la colazione à la carte e il buffet) e abbiamo apprezzato il fatto di poter ottenere una fantastica varietà di bevande alcoliche e analcoliche. Ma il servizio? Questo è ciò che distingue i Breakers. Dal momento in cui abbiamo effettuato il check-in, il servizio è stato a cinque stelle. Siamo rimasti solo tre giorni e la cameriera conosceva i nostri nomi. Davvero eccellente, e ci torneremmo volentieri se mai se ne presentasse l'occasione.

UUtente ospiteCome la foto, la piscina privata è molto buona. Vuoi nuotare in qualsiasi momento, l'ambiente dell'hotel è tranquillo. Rispetto alla camera da letto e alla sala da soggiorno, la camera da letto diventa molto fine. Le difetti della camera da letto entrano in un posto di bagno molto sporco. Le tracce nere sono pulite, mentre il sistema di acqua calda mancante non esce da acqua calda. So che i singoli problemi sono legati ad altri. Perché la voglia di cambiare la stanza è riflessa, ma la voglia di passare alla voglia è delusa.

Raccomando davvero a tutti di rimanere in questo hotel per un soggiorno memorabile. La piscina è bella e il colazione è così, ma la pulizia e la cooperazione del personale è meravigliosa.

UUtente ospiteOur entire experience at this villa was absolutely excellent. Probably the best stay we’ve ever had in Bali. The villa itself is very clean and has everything you need. What I especially appreciated is that the team prepared almost everything we requested in advance for our child - a high chair, a baby cot, and other small things we needed while traveling with a toddler. It was thoughtful, genuinely helpful, and made our stay much easier. The location is also truly great. It’s max a 5-minute walk to the beach, which made it easy to go every day. There are also several convenience stores nearby, even closer than the beach (around 3mins by walking), so it’s easy to grab anything you might need. The staff is probably the best part of the entire villa! Everyone is incredibly friendly, warm, and always ready to help with anything. Our breakfast was included for 4 ppl, and every day we needed one breakfast adjusted to be suitable for our child. Even though it wasn’t on the menu, they organized it for us daily - huge thanks for that! Another thing that impressed us: we arrived around 8–9 AM, but check-in officially starts at 1 PM. After a long flight with a small child, we really needed somewhere to wait comfortably and they have a dedicated waiting room for this. It’s not just a basic room; it’s actually very good, with a bed, a toilet, and everything a family with a child might need. It helped us a lot! The same happened on departure day: checkout was at 12 PM and our flight was at 6 PM, and they let us use that room again for free. We’re very grateful for that! The chef (unfortunately I didn’t meet him personally) cooks really delicious food both for adults and for kids. The meals were so good that most of the time we ordered food directly from the villa instead of eating elsewhere. There’s enough variety to match different tastes, and you can easily rely on the villa’s food throughout your stay. I also saw some older reviews mentioning mosquitoes. I don’t know what it was like before, but during our stay they brought mosquito repellent solutions every single day without exception and it really worked. We never had any mosquito issues at all, not even our child. If I had only two small suggestions for improvement (and they were not a problem for us at all): 1 - It could be nice to have communication via WhatsApp. Of course you can call or walk to the front desk in seconds, but WhatsApp would be more convenient for some guests. 2 - A couple of times we asked for the villa to be cleaned in about 30 minutes, were told yes, but the team came closer to an hour later. I assume it was because housekeeping was busy with other villas which is totally understandable but it would be helpful to know in advance if there will be a delay. This happened only twice and never became an issue for us. Overall, this villa is amazing the place is great, the people are genuinely kind, and the entire experience was the best we’ve had in Bali. When we come back, we’ll be happy to stay here again.

HHernandoEstá muy bonito el hotel. Me encanta que son cabañas de bambú. Están muy bien hechas, hasta me dieron ganas de quedarme a vivir ahí. El hotel está en la zona de Uluwatu, queda muy céntrico de todas las playas, buena ubicación, si tu idea es ir a explorar. Yo renté una moto y así me movía a todos lados. Las reseñas en internet recomiendan ver el atardecer en el templo de Uluwatu, pero se llena mucho, si te hospedas aquí, el atardecer se ve fantástico desde la alberca y sin gente. Toda la propiedad es muy bonita y tiene bastante jardín. Los desayunos no están incluidos, pero saben bien.

Если не планируете рано уезжать по другим локациям - рекомендую завтраки в городе. В «мотоциклетной» доступности порядка 30 отличных кафешек. Сервис слегка удручающий Наши призывы по ремонту выключателей (жестоко искрили), штор (не закрывались), телефона (не работал) увенчались приветливой улыбкой персонала :) Не много опыта по размещению на Бали. Второй раз - возможно, но буду смотреть отзывы :)

UUtente ospiteNoi amiamo i palazzi del patrimonio e il stile del vintage, così questi piccoli bungalow erano perfetti per noi. Erano un po' lontani dalla ricezione (no buggy!) che significava così tranquillo e tranquillo! Il doccia è un po' obsoleti e quando l'ho girato, c'era un odore di zolfo che si riferisce un po' a: basicamente, se ti piace il rustico, non ci sono frittelle, nessun servizio eccezionale, eccetera, eccetera, sono una bella esperienza. Tuttavia, se vuoi il lusso e sei schematico su vecchi stili case aperte, questo non è per te. Il colazione era molto fondamentale, quindi generalmente mangiamo fuori. Il principale ricevitore era un gentiluomo carino, un registratore molto veloce e siamo stati dentro! Le camere erano pulite e belle e buie per un comodo sonno di notte.

AAnastasiaGI spent 5 nights at Kose Villas Ubud, and this is one of those places where the setting truly shapes half of the experience. Location & vibe Kose Villas sits right in the middle of rice fields—quiet, lush, and instantly calming. It feels like Ubud suddenly switches to “slow living” mode. The views are unquestionable: absolutely beautiful. If you’re coming for serenity and scenery, this is exactly why you’d stay here. Important note about the access road One thing to keep in mind: getting to the villas involves walking/driving through the rice fields on a narrow path, with a small stream/irrigation canal running alongside. If you’re not a confident rider/driver (especially on a scooter), or if walking is difficult for you, this could be a challenge—particularly in the evening or if you’re carrying heavy luggage. The staff offer a motorbike transfer to and from the main road. I personally walked every time, and it took about 5–7 minutes at a relaxed pace. It’s a lovely walk—just important to know the setup in advance. The room: airy, high ceilings & a glass wall My standard villa felt genuinely nice: high ceilings, lots of space, and one full glass wall that makes the room feel even more open. I had a unit with a garden view and a small kitchen. I didn’t cook at all, but having a fridge was truly convenient (water, fruit, snacks—anything you want to keep for the next morning). There’s also a kettle, but oddly the only option provided was instant coffee sachets—no tea (a small detail, but in Ubud it feels like tea should be a given). Bathroom & shower The bathroom and shower are standard and fine. The only thing I noticed: the “hot” water felt slightly lukewarm, even at the maximum setting. It didn’t bother me—since the weather was hot, a cooler shower actually felt refreshing. But if you love a truly hot shower, it’s something to note (and perhaps for the hotel to check). What disappointed me A few things kept this from feeling like a fully polished villa stay: • No hair dryer—at all. I asked at reception, and it turns out the hotel simply doesn’t have hair dryers. For this type of stay, that’s a surprising and inconvenient omission. • Not enough lighting in the evening. During the day it’s bright and beautiful, but once the sun sets the room feels quite dim—there aren’t enough lamps for a comfortable evening (reading, working, getting ready). • “Shared” pool, but not really. I was a bit confused to learn the shared pool isn’t shared across the whole property, but only for two units (1 and 2). The place also seemed quite empty during my stay, yet I still wasn’t offered access to the pool. Not a huge deal, but it did feel like a service/communication gap. Overall Overall, I left with a positive impression, mostly thanks to the location: rice fields, quiet, gorgeous views, and a real sense of privacy. It’s a great place for a reset—slow mornings, nature all around, and that “Ubud green” backdrop. That said, if the hotel wants to consistently earn a higher rating, it should improve a few basics: provide hair dryers, add better lighting, communicate more clearly about the pool, and possibly check the water temperature.

TTatiana OtteppellWe truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were traveling as two couples and honestly did not expect to find such a beautiful and peaceful place away from the busy tourist routes. The hotel is charming, very well maintained, and has a special atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed from the first moment. It is also conveniently located close to one of Bali’s famous attractions, Lohongan Sweet, which was a wonderful bonus for us. The owner is absolutely wonderful — incredibly welcoming and attentive. His hospitality made us feel at home and even made us wish to extend our vacation and stay here longer. We would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay.
