Onix Park Resort Ubud | 7/10 Unfortunately, our stay here started with a lot of stress and disappointment. I had booked a Townhouse 2BR villa and had confirmation both from Trip.com and via email, but upon check-in, the reception couldn’t find our reservation at all. The staff member handling it kept looking at her computer and phone without explaining what was going on, and I had to keep asking what the issue was. Eventually they admitted they didn’t have the villa I’d booked and started showing us alternatives. The first option they showed us was in questionable condition — dirty, and they only offered to clean it while we waited. The next option they proposed was two separate 1-bedroom units, which completely missed the point — we specifically wanted a villa with 2 bedrooms under one roof so we could stay together as a group of 3, not be split across separate units. I explained this clearly, but the staff kept pushing the separate rooms as if it were the same thing. It was only once my friend (who is Indonesian) happened to speak with the manager and another staff member she knew personally that things moved — they offered us a 5-bedroom villa instead. By this point over an hour had passed since our check-in time, so we accepted just to move things along. But even this villa had cleanliness issues — not from previous guests, but more like rooms that hadn’t been regularly maintained or used in a while, with a noticeable musty smell in some of them. The kitchen cutlery also looked like it hadn’t been washed in some time. The villa itself was beautiful, but the housekeeping and upkeep let it down badly. We had to pick two rooms and wait again while they cleaned, so we went out for dinner in the meantime.Oh and one more thing- after housekeeping came to clean the second day they left the dirty cloth on the kitchen table . The property itself has real potential — the villa was lovely — but the booking confusion, unclear communication, and lack of regular upkeep made for a very stressful start to our stay. If these issues were sorted out, this could be a great place to stay.

Very expensive hotel. Not worth the price you pay. Main Pool closes at....4pm ! ,: reason: they must set up tables for dinner, very strange..You can feel how owner is looking to make money without caring about his guest's needs ! The other 2 pools( far,up the hill) close at 6pm ! Also strange when guests are spending holidays...Check in, never before 1 om ...and check out at 10 am , also very strange when breakfast finishes at 10.30 ! I would never recommend this hotel for its prices ! Even his deck restaurant is selling sunset without sunset at all !!

Nuovo hotel - l'hotel sembra fantastico, le strutture sono buone e il personale è amichevole. Camminare a piedi nei negozi, nei negozi e nei ristoranti. Tuttavia, il traffico nelle strade circostanti che portano all'hotel è stato molto cattivo! In cattivi giorni, ci sono voluti 2 ore ++ con la macchina solo per tornare all'hotel. Dovrete considerare il viaggio con scooter se non vuoi essere bloccato in traffico. Inoltre, assicuratevi di lasciare abbastanza tempo quando partete per l'aeroporto. So che le questioni di traffico sono inevitabili ... altrimenti tutto il resto su questo hotel è grande!

Hideaway Village Villa truly lives up to its name, offering a peaceful and secluded stay surrounded by nature. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and spoke English very well. The service throughout our stay was impressive, and the rooms were comfortable and decent. One downside of the villa’s open-air, forest setting was the presence of quite a few bugs. The outdoor couches and floors were often dusty, with dirt and tree sap from falling flowers. The property is also not ideal for elderly guests or those with mobility issues, as the kitchen and pool are located downstairs. Additionally, it is not within walking distance of the town centre, and there are no nearby shops. Overall, despite these limitations, we had a good and relaxing stay.

Ci sono molti hotel economici a Bali. Il vero rapporto qualità-prezzo è qui. Prima di tutto, anche il servizio dell'hotel è buono. Il costo è ragionevole e la posizione è ottima. Invece di andare in un posto come Grand Lawalon e rigirarti tutta la notte, paga qualche migliaio di won in più e dormi bene qui.

Camere spaziose, colazione ottima, con molta scelta di cibi. Piscina pulita anche se un po' datata. La pulizia nelle camere è migliorabile, ci sono macchie nei bagni e nei pavimenti delle docce. Questa è una svolta. I membri del personale sono molto gentili e affabili. Forniscono asciugamani per il nuoto e adattatori per telefoni se non ne hai. Nel complesso sono preparati ad ospitare ospiti da tutto il mondo. Se consiglio vivamente questo posto, io e la mia famiglia torneremo.

Aston Denpasar Hotel & Convention Center ho avuto un piacevole soggiorno e mi piacerebbe consigliarlo a tutti gli altri visitatori di Denpasar. L'hotel è situato in un centro, rendendolo una grande base per attività commerciali e ricreative. Il personale era eccezionalmente amichevole e professionale, sempre pronto a assistere con un sorriso. La mia camera era spaziosa, pulita e confortevole, con tutte le attrezzature essenziali fornite. Mi è piaciuto soprattutto il buffet per colazione, che ha offerto una vasta gamma di piatti locali e internazionali. Aston Denpasar offre un'atmosfera benvenuta e un grande valore per il prezzo. Mi aspetto di restare qui di nuovo per il mio prossimo viaggio a Bali.

La struttura è vecchia, ma ho soggiornato qui per una notte prima di andare in aeroporto l'ultimo giorno, spendendo 100.000 won. Ho scelto questa sistemazione perché ero incinta e viaggiare in auto era faticoso, ma sono soddisfatta del prezzo. È un'ottima soluzione per concludere il viaggio mangiando, riposando, andando in spiaggia e ammirando il tramonto l'ultimo giorno.

Abbiamo soggiornato sia in una camera king che in una suite. Se possibile, la suite è l'opzione migliore. Il prezzo non è troppo alto, la camera è spaziosa e i servizi sono piuttosto buoni. Le camere standard non hanno nemmeno l'asciugacapelli; bisogna richiederlo alla reception. La colazione era molto buona e il personale cordiale. Tuttavia, tenete presente che la piattaforma offre un massaggio spa gratuito di 15 minuti e, sebbene sia proprio nella hall, non abbiamo ricevuto il coupon finché non lo abbiamo richiesto. Inoltre, ogni mercoledì e domenica ci sono feste in piscina incredibilmente rumorose! Se avete difficoltà a dormire, evitatele assolutamente! Ci sono ristoranti e piccoli negozi nelle vicinanze, ma non sono minimarket di grandi catene (presumibilmente di proprietà privata), quindi i prezzi sono un po' alti. Blue Point Beach è proprio in fondo alla strada, anche se è piuttosto nella media.

Noi amiamo i palazzi del patrimonio e il stile del vintage, così questi piccoli bungalow erano perfetti per noi. Erano un po' lontani dalla ricezione (no buggy!) che significava così tranquillo e tranquillo! Il doccia è un po' obsoleti e quando l'ho girato, c'era un odore di zolfo che si riferisce un po' a: basicamente, se ti piace il rustico, non ci sono frittelle, nessun servizio eccezionale, eccetera, eccetera, sono una bella esperienza. Tuttavia, se vuoi il lusso e sei schematico su vecchi stili case aperte, questo non è per te. Il colazione era molto fondamentale, quindi generalmente mangiamo fuori. Il principale ricevitore era un gentiluomo carino, un registratore molto veloce e siamo stati dentro! Le camere erano pulite e belle e buie per un comodo sonno di notte.
