La stanza è ancora molto migliore della gente accanto, l'igiene e il servizio sono anche buoni.Ci sono anche cucina pubblica, lavanderia e viaggio conveniente.La casa è molto soddisfatta, la notte è più tranquilla e il letto è comodo.Il giorno dopo portare il bambino a immergersi e gli anziani si riposano nella sala pubblica. Torna con i bambini, le sorelle ci prestano ancora molto bene.🫰

Servizi: Il design è davvero bello, trasmette un'atmosfera vacanziera completa, perfetto per fare foto. Ambiente: La posizione è ottima, comoda per raggiungere la spiaggia di Dameisha in metro. Servizio: Molto buono, ci hanno fatto un upgrade gratuito della camera. Colazione: C'era tutto il necessario, consiglio i rotoli di riso con uova freschi, le bevande non erano molte ma c'era il caffè. Pulizia: La pulizia generale era a posto, ma questa volta abbiamo trovato delle macchie sul copripiumino. Tuttavia, il personale ha agito prontamente per cambiarlo.

Had a great stay here, amazing room, surprisingly affordable and tasty food in the restaurants, but for the price of the rooms the service and a few other things could be better. Good points: - very big and interesting room, comfortable with good views - private beach that doesn’t feel crowded even on a busy weekend - food in the restaurants was fresh and surprisingly good value for the quality - massage there was tough but really good! - some members of staff were very attentive while others were just there not doing much. - really nice facilities overall Could be better: - not much of a welcome at check-in - the dim sum at breakfast was good but overall the breakfast was limited and the same each day. For a HKD$3000+ room I’d expected this to be better. Also their table management needs to be better as someone took our table and then we were taken to another table…which we later found out was someone else’s 😆 - the yacht trip is a non-event. You just slowly go around the corner and slowly come back. Just good for those that have never been on a yacht to take photos. I think one of the guests was even taking photos to advertise a drink online while she was there - can’t order F&B on the beach or the loungers. Would have been a perfect spot for a cocktail and some snacks! - it’s an isolated location and the hotel doesn’t help you find your way out. Best to book in advance if possible. Overall we really enjoyed our stay but have mixed feelings because of some points that missed the mark.

Abbiamo avuto una bella esperienza. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e disponibile, anzi, ogni membro dello staff è stato davvero gentile! Abbiamo apprezzato molto il servizio. Le strutture sono discrete, ma per raggiungere il ristorante, la spiaggia o la reception bisogna uscire all'aperto senza aria condizionata. La spiaggia è bella e ci siamo divertiti a nuotare. Tuttavia, non c'è musica dal vivo né attività serali. La colazione è buona per i clienti locali, ma mancano diverse cose per i clienti internazionali, come marmellata, diversi tipi di torte, ecc.

Location: 4/5 The hotel is conveniently located right next to a pleasant park, perfect for a quick walk or some fresh air. It’s also just a 5-minute stroll to the nearest subway station, making it easy to get around Shenzhen without needing taxis everywhere. Great for travelers relying on public transport. First Impressions and Facilities: 2/5 Advertised as a newly opened hotel, but by late 2025, it didn’t feel fresh or modern at all. The lobby is unusually located on the 7th floor, accessed via an elevator that’s just beside a larger neighboring hotel. The lift area felt dim and outdated compared to the brighter, more upscale vibe of the bigger property nearby. The lobby itself is compact, dimly lit, and lacks any welcoming or luxurious atmosphere—more functional than inviting. Room: 4/5 The room size was surprisingly generous for the price point in Shenzhen, where space often comes at a premium. It was very clean overall, with a large, comfortable bed topped with four plush pillows, perfect for a good night’s sleep. The big flat-screen TV was a nice touch, and the bathroom was decently sized with a good shower and separate toilet area. No complaints on comfort here. Service and Issues: 3/5 The major downside was a frustrating check-in experience. Using the hotel’s systems, the receptionist assigned me to a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet, it still reeked strongly of cigarette smoke and clearly wasn’t ready. I had to trek back down to the lobby (7th floor elevator and all) to get a new key and room assignment. This kind of mix-up feels avoidable and soured the arrival. Final Thoughts Nothing particularly stands out or excels at Future Hotel Shenzhen—it’s serviceable and clean in the rooms, with a solid location and value for money, but the dark, dated common areas, misleading “newly opened” vibe, and the room assignment error make it underwhelming. I wouldn’t skip Shenzhen altogether, but I’d definitely choose a different hotel next time I’m in the city. Suitable if you’re on a tight budget and prioritize location over polish.

The mattress was so hard like wood. Was that a wooden board with beddings laid on top or what?!. I think that's the only downside i can pinpoint exactly. Areas I thought it could improve in: -Bidet would've been nice. Everytime I sat down, I felt chills down my spine(:(. -The location. I liked the building B better, do they access it only to Chinese citizens or what? -The pool and the hot spring was out of order. It was expected as it's not the season to use them. But-! It was quite hot that day (29ºC to 14ºC) so I asked if they could do us a favor and fill one of the tubs but they said no. :( After all that walking and beach stuff, I needed that relaxing hot spring). Regardless, there are things that I did enjoy. Specifically,: -The tea set was exquisite. Had that traditional chinese craftsmanship and even the tea packaging felt special(for a freebie) -Quality of the one-use amenities. The items provided felt like items you get for everyday use rather than hotel provided one-time use bathroom supplies. -The shower water was HOT. That hot water rundown was exactly what a girly needs. -The view. The garden downstairs was a sight to see. Especially at night. The wooden railings and the stairs light up beautifully when the sun goes down. -Service. They were really kind. From the moment we went in till the moment we went back- they were all smiled and tried their best to serve their customers. -Sitting area in every corner. You'll know when you get there. You can sit in your room or outside. There were at least 10 different seating areas with different amount of chairs and table. Plus, the chairs were comfortable.(some were not tho) Overall, this place is 8 to 8.5/10 Extra tips I wanted to add: -DO NOT FORGET TO BUY PLENTY OF ANTI MOSQUITO OIL, SPRAY, BRACELET, WTVR -DO.NOT.DO.LAUNDRY. Unless it's early in the morning till sun goes down or during hot summers. -Go to building B for restaurant, cafe or breakfast.

L'hotel è suddiviso in diverse aree e anche su diversi livelli: il bagno pubblico è collegato al vicino bagno della banca / la reception dell'hotel è due gradini più in alto. Area d'ingresso: la zona colazione è di nuovo due gradini più in alto, all'interno di un unico piano. Le camere dell'hotel sono al 2° piano, accesso tramite ascensore pubblico.

This place truly feels like a hidden gem tucked into the mountainside, offering the kind of peace and natural beauty that completely melts away city stress. The serene treehouse-style accommodations nestled along the hillside create a magical, almost storybook atmosphere that feels both adventurous and deeply relaxing. One of our favorite spots is the wooden deck overlooking the city — a perfect place to sit quietly, breathe, and listen to the sounds of nature. Traveling with a 2-year-old can be challenging, but not here. Our son absolutely loves the surrounding nature adventure park, with its walking paths, rope bridges, hiking challenges, natural playgrounds, pink sand areas, and even a pottery studio. The afternoon cultural performances add such a special touch, and spotting wildlife along the way makes every walk feel like an adventure. The breakfast buffet is wonderful, and what truly makes this place shine is the incredibly kind and caring staff who make you feel welcomed and looked after from the moment you arrive. Evergreen isn’t just a hotel stay — it’s a restorative experience for the mind, body, and soul. We’re already back again, and we can’t wait for many more visits in the future.

It’s worth noting that the apartment differs somewhat from the photos in the listing. It is situated on a residential floor with long-term tenants, families, and pets, which adds a lively atmosphere but may not suit those seeking complete seclusion. The kitchen ventilation system appears to work in reverse, occasionally bringing strong cooking smells—particularly garlic—into the room. If you are sensitive to odors, you might want to request a different unit if available. Depending on the day, you may also hear low-flying airplanes passing overhead—particularly loud on several nights per week. It’s important to be aware that the noise level can be high enough to affect sleep, even with noise-canceling headphones. The apartment would benefit from some urgent maintenance: there are signs of wear such as cigarette marks on walls and floors, broken tiles, and visible damage in parts of the unit. A thorough deep-cleaning would also help enhance the overall comfort of the space. That said, the on-site staff are kind, attentive, and do their best to assist promptly. While they may be limited in what they can resolve immediately, their responsiveness is appreciated. Some larger decisions appear to be outside their control, possibly depending on the property owner’s involvement. Utility bills (electricity and water) are reasonably priced, and will likely increase your overall budget by about 10–15%. All in all, I would still recommend this apartment for travelers looking to experience a calm and modern neighborhood, especially if they value space and independence over hotel-style amenities. With a few improvements, it has the potential to become a very pleasant stay.
