Hotel con vista sulle montagne a Shenzhen

Ho adorato l'hotel, la posizione, il servizio, i servizi offerti, la colazione e le strutture. Il personale è stato davvero gentile e si è persino offerto di portare i miei bagagli pesanti fino al punto di ritiro esterno, dato che le auto non possono entrare nel perimetro dell'hotel.

STAFF APPRECIATION: Simply wonderful. I encountered many staff members during my stay, working in the hotel itself, the various cafes and restaurants, and on the beach. Every single one was professional and kind and so very warm. Several of the young people working there also spoke English, which was an unexpected pleasure and convenience for which I was grateful. However, I owe a special thanks to the lovely little sisters at the front desk, Catie and Xiao Kue. Especially Catie. This sweet young woman took exceptional care of me during my stay, seeing to every need, answering every question (in English, no less), and patiently guiding my drivers to the location when I arrived or chose to go out and explore. I am getting older now and often require clear instructions and visual aids. 😅 She kindly offered both. 非常感谢。🙏 HOTEL REVIEW: There are multiple warnings given before and during the stay about ongoing construction next door, but it had minimal impact on my stay and, if you're out exploring and playing, you won't even notice it by the time you return in the evening. As promised, it started at breakfast time and concluded by 6pm in the evening around dinner time every day. I choose this hotel deliberately because, while a little more expensive than its competitors and a bit off the beaten path, it seemed to offer more convenience and privacy. I was so relieved to see that this was true. Their beach is small, but well-maintained and private, which meant no crowd and plenty of opportunity to take people-free pictures and simply sit and enjoy the sights and sounds of the sea. There was also no shortage of dining options on the resort itself as well as nearby. Several fun, beautiful places to visit are also located a short drive away. However, if you're looking for a retreat, a place to simply rest and be close to nature, away from crowds, this place offers that as well. It was a welcome respite. I saw couple, families with children, and even a few other foreign guests all enjoying their time here. 🏖 Because I was on a budget this time, I chose the lowest priced room and was prepared to sacrifice my view of the sea. Unexpectedly, I didn't have to. This was a very happy surprise. ☺️ Though, I'll definitely try and splurge on a room on a higher floor next time as being near the entrance could sometimes be a little loud when guests arrived. Overall, I am completely satisfied with my time here and hope to return someday. TLDR; Wonderful, attentive staff; private, convenient location; stunning views; and several dining options all offer a very pleasant, worry-free getaway during peak season. Well worth the price and the journey. Every kind of traveler will find something to enjoy here.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico in questo resort! La struttura è bellissima, ben tenuta e l'atmosfera è tranquilla e rilassante. Il personale è stato incredibilmente gentile, accogliente e sempre pronto ad aiutarci. Un ringraziamento speciale alla direzione per averci offerto gratuitamente un upgrade gratuito a una camera più grande. È stata una piacevole sorpresa che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più confortevole e piacevole. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo l'eccellente servizio e la cura dei dettagli durante tutto il soggiorno. Consigliamo vivamente questo resort a chiunque cerchi una vacanza rilassante. This hotel is beautiful and has a simple elegance to it. Many places to take pictures and look at the scenery. The room was so comfortable and I had a really nice massage. The service was friendly and helpful. My only drawback were some of the children were a bit noisy and it isn’t ideal for a couple getaway. There was one child screaming at breakfast and while swimming in the sea and his parents were not doing anything about it. Also the breakfast buffet that’s included needs to have more quality and better options. I do not feel it met a five star standard.

Future Hotel Shenzhen Review (December 2025) Overall Rating: 3.5/5 stars Decent budget option for a short stay in Shenzhen, but falls short of expectations, especially if you’re hoping for a truly “new” hotel experience. Location: 4/5 The hotel is conveniently located right next to a pleasant park, perfect for a quick walk or some fresh air. It’s also just a 5-minute stroll to the nearest subway station, making it easy to get around Shenzhen without needing taxis everywhere. Great for travelers relying on public transport. First Impressions and Facilities: 2/5 Advertised as a newly opened hotel, but by late 2025, it didn’t feel fresh or modern at all. The lobby is unusually located on the 7th floor, accessed via an elevator that’s just beside a larger neighboring hotel. The lift area felt dim and outdated compared to the brighter, more upscale vibe of the bigger property nearby. The lobby itself is compact, dimly lit, and lacks any welcoming or luxurious atmosphere—more functional than inviting. Room: 4/5 The room size was surprisingly generous for the price point in Shenzhen, where space often comes at a premium. It was very clean overall, with a large, comfortable bed topped with four plush pillows, perfect for a good night’s sleep. The big flat-screen TV was a nice touch, and the bathroom was decently sized with a good shower and separate toilet area. No complaints on comfort here. Service and Issues: 3/5 The major downside was a frustrating check-in experience. Using the hotel’s systems, the receptionist assigned me to a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet, it still reeked strongly of cigarette smoke and clearly wasn’t ready. I had to trek back down to the lobby (7th floor elevator and all) to get a new key and room assignment. This kind of mix-up feels avoidable and soured the arrival. Final Thoughts Nothing particularly stands out or excels at Future Hotel Shenzhen—it’s serviceable and clean in the rooms, with a solid location and value for money, but the dark, dated common areas, misleading “newly opened” vibe, and the room assignment error make it underwhelming. I wouldn’t skip Shenzhen altogether, but I’d definitely choose a different hotel next time I’m in the city. Suitable if you’re on a tight budget and prioritize location over polish.

Ho preso un appuntamento con alcuni amici per viaggiare insieme e ho prenotato una villa due balconi con un'ampia vista Il panorama è molto buono La biancheria da letto Le strutture sono complete e pulite La colazione gratuita è abbastanza buona C'è una spiaggia proprio al piano di sotto C'è poca gente ed è fantastica per scattare foto. Il parcheggio non è costoso, il limite è di 10 yuan al giorno. Sembra che il parcheggio sia gratuito anche se la spiaggia non è grande, l'acqua è limpida, l'ambiente è bellissimo e ci sono molti posti dove scattare foto e fai il check-in. Lo consiglierò agli amici.

A causa di un ritardo del volo, siamo arrivati in hotel solo a notte fonda. Desideriamo esprimere la nostra gratitudine al personale della reception che ha gestito il nostro check-in con grande rapidità. Durante il soggiorno, sia per il servizio in camera che per le ordinazioni di cibo, l'atteggiamento del personale e la velocità di risposta sono stati 'accettabili', in linea con gli standard che ci si aspetta da un hotel di qualità. Un elogio speciale va al dettaglio della 'frutta di benvenuto': la prima sera, non essendo stata consegnata a causa dell'ora tarda, al momento del check-out ne abbiamo fatto menzione e l'hotel ha pensato di prepararci una porzione da portare via. Questo piccolo gesto, pieno di scuse e buona volontà, ha notevolmente migliorato la nostra percezione del servizio e dimostra l'attenzione dell'hotel alle esigenze dei propri ospiti. Vorrei anche segnalare alcune aree di miglioramento, nella speranza che l'hotel possa intervenire: Esperienza sensoriale non ottimale: Il sistema di profumazione nella hall dell'hotel, forse pensato per creare un'atmosfera lussuosa, aveva un aroma decisamente troppo intenso, causandoci disagio data la nostra sensibilità agli odori. Avremmo voluto goderci la vista della città dal salotto della hall, ma abbiamo dovuto andarcene prima del previsto a causa del profumo troppo forte. Inoltre, l'intero corridoio che conduce alle camere era illuminato in modo molto fioco; sebbene il design fosse ricercato, l'effetto era un po' opprimente e cupo, privo di un'atmosfera calda e luminosa. Problemi hardware in camera: Nella nostra camera abbiamo riscontrato un problema non trascurabile: la finestra presentava delle perdite quando pioveva. Sebbene la situazione non fosse grave e non abbia compromesso il nostro sonno o le aree principali di attività.

Questo è un super hotel con molti tipi di camere Il luogo è tranquillo e il personale è molto utile e cortese. Molto consigliato.

L'hotel è fantastico, mi ha fatto sentire incredibilmente a mio agio. L'ambiente è superbo e la reception ci ha fornito una mappa con consigli utilissimi sui luoghi d'interesse più famosi, tutti non troppo lontani dall'hotel. Davvero ottimo! L'hotel dispone anche di armadietti per il cibo da asporto e per i pacchi, da ritirare autonomamente, il che è molto comodo. È vicinissimo al Luohu Port, a soli dieci minuti a piedi. Se non hai voglia di camminare, ci sono biciclette a noleggio proprio fuori dall'ingresso per arrivarci, rendendo il passaggio a Hong Kong estremamente semplice. La camera offriva anche una vista sul fiume, mozzafiato al tramonto! La pulizia della camera era impeccabile, rendendo il soggiorno molto piacevole. È perfetto sia per un viaggio a Hong Kong per svago che per affari.
