Hotel con vista sulle montagne a Shenzhen

STAFF APPRECIATION: Simply wonderful. I encountered many staff members during my stay, working in the hotel itself, the various cafes and restaurants, and on the beach. Every single one was professional and kind and so very warm. Several of the young people working there also spoke English, which was an unexpected pleasure and convenience for which I was grateful. However, I owe a special thanks to the lovely little sisters at the front desk, Catie and Xiao Kue. Especially Catie. This sweet young woman took exceptional care of me during my stay, seeing to every need, answering every question (in English, no less), and patiently guiding my drivers to the location when I arrived or chose to go out and explore. I am getting older now and often require clear instructions and visual aids. 😅 She kindly offered both. 非常感谢。🙏 HOTEL REVIEW: There are multiple warnings given before and during the stay about ongoing construction next door, but it had minimal impact on my stay and, if you're out exploring and playing, you won't even notice it by the time you return in the evening. As promised, it started at breakfast time and concluded by 6pm in the evening around dinner time every day. I choose this hotel deliberately because, while a little more expensive than its competitors and a bit off the beaten path, it seemed to offer more convenience and privacy. I was so relieved to see that this was true. Their beach is small, but well-maintained and private, which meant no crowd and plenty of opportunity to take people-free pictures and simply sit and enjoy the sights and sounds of the sea. There was also no shortage of dining options on the resort itself as well as nearby. Several fun, beautiful places to visit are also located a short drive away. However, if you're looking for a retreat, a place to simply rest and be close to nature, away from crowds, this place offers that as well. It was a welcome respite. I saw couple, families with children, and even a few other foreign guests all enjoying their time here. 🏖 Because I was on a budget this time, I chose the lowest priced room and was prepared to sacrifice my view of the sea. Unexpectedly, I didn't have to. This was a very happy surprise. ☺️ Though, I'll definitely try and splurge on a room on a higher floor next time as being near the entrance could sometimes be a little loud when guests arrived. Overall, I am completely satisfied with my time here and hope to return someday. TLDR; Wonderful, attentive staff; private, convenient location; stunning views; and several dining options all offer a very pleasant, worry-free getaway during peak season. Well worth the price and the journey. Every kind of traveler will find something to enjoy here.

Questo progetto è unico in Cina. Si possono trovare resort simili con accesso al mare e strutture attrezzate solo all'estero. Sarebbe stata un'esperienza fantastica, ma è stato distrutto dalla recente tempesta tropicale che ha colpito il Guangdong. Nonostante le condizioni meteorologiche non siano correlate al resort, ci sono diverse problematiche da affrontare: 1- il luogo rappresenta un potenziale pericolo per la sicurezza. La progettazione è stata pessima al momento della costruzione, senza un'adeguata gestione delle acque o un adeguato sistema di drenaggio. L'acqua che si riversava dai pendii circostanti ha allagato l'intero resort. La piscina e tutte le aree comuni erano piene di detriti. L'attività dei ristoranti è stata sospesa o, quando finalmente sono tornati operativi, ci siamo ritrovati letteralmente a camminare in una stanza allagata piena di detriti, dove il personale cercava di spingere via l'acqua. Un'immagine piuttosto buffa. 2- gli spazi comuni non erano tenuti puliti. È perfettamente chiaro che con questa situazione di tempesta è impossibile mantenere il luogo pulito, tuttavia, anche prima che iniziasse la pioggia, si capiva che non era tenuto in modo adeguato. Le aree comuni e i sentieri non erano puliti, pieni di detriti. La piscina non era pulita. Gli spogliatoi vicino alla spiaggia non erano puliti e pieni di sabbia, con le docce bloccate. I bagni accanto al ristorante non erano puliti e puzzavano molto. Attrezzature costose con articoli da toeletta di marca non aiutano se il posto non può essere gestito correttamente. L'area lounge vicino al mare non era pulita ed era ovvio che non fosse gestita dal personale. 3- I bagnini che avrebbero dovuto essere in servizio occupavano l'area lounge della spiaggia degli ospiti, giocando con i loro telefoni e fumando sigarette, mentre il resto del personale e gli operai del cantiere si godevano la loro ”pausa” con loro. Questa è una spiaggia privata pubblicizzata e la direzione dovrebbe essere maggiormente coinvolta per fornire ciò per cui gli ospiti pagano. I bagnini dovrebbero essere in una postazione diversa. Sono stati anche piuttosto maleducati, fingendo di essere l'autorità! 4- Gestione e personale in generale. Si vede che non c'è maturità o esperienza. Durante la tempesta, è vero, si stavano impegnando al massimo per mantenere vivo il posto. Il design del resort e le camere sono eccezionali. I servizi e le attrezzature sono di prima classe. Il ristorante occidentale (prima della sospensione) era eccellente, con ottimo cibo e una posizione unica con vista sul mare. Un vero peccato per questo resort unico: la gestione dovrebbe cambiare. Spero di vedere miglioramenti in una futura visita.

Sono sempre esigente in fatto di comfort alberghieri, e inizialmente sono stato attratto da questo hotel per la sua novità, il materasso Mousse e i prodotti da bagno Jo Malone. Al mio arrivo, l'hotel mi ha premurosamente offerto un upgrade gratuito a una camera executive. Era spaziosa, pulita e incredibilmente elegante (persino le porte e le finestre in vetro si aprivano/chiudevano automaticamente con un semplice comando vocale). Ho fatto una doccia comodissima e ho dormito benissimo. 👍

Di recente, molte persone hanno postato su Liulihai. Volevo fare il check-in lì da molto tempo. Ho preso un appuntamento con alcuni amici per viaggiare insieme e ho prenotato una villa due balconi con un'ampia vista Il panorama è molto buono La biancheria da letto Le strutture sono complete e pulite La colazione gratuita è abbastanza buona C'è una spiaggia proprio al piano di sotto C'è poca gente ed è fantastica per scattare foto. Il parcheggio non è costoso, il limite è di 10 yuan al giorno. Sembra che il parcheggio sia gratuito anche se la spiaggia non è grande, l'acqua è limpida, l'ambiente è bellissimo e ci sono molti posti dove scattare foto e fai il check-in. Lo consiglierò agli amici.

The St. Regis Shenzhen: un soggiorno impeccabile tra le nuvole! Devo assolutamente dare il massimo dei voti allo St. Regis Shenzhen! Come viaggiatore d'affari abituale, questo soggiorno ha completamente ridefinito le mie aspettative sugli hotel ad alta quota. L'hotel, situato nel cuore della città, con i suoi oltre 100 piani di altezza, trasforma ogni affaccio in un'occasione per ammirare un dinamico dipinto urbano. Un plauso speciale va a Helen e Robin: dalla loro accoglienza calorosa e attenta al check-in, alla pronta risposta a ogni mia esigenza durante il soggiorno, il loro servizio professionale e premuroso mi ha fatto sentire davvero coccolato. La camera in cui ho alloggiato ha superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative in termini di spazio: l'ambiente era ampio e luminoso, con finestre a tutta parete che offrivano una vista ininterrotta sullo skyline della città. Di giorno si osservava il traffico brulicante, di notte le luci scintillanti che costellavano il panorama, e ogni scatto casuale era degno di una cartolina. Ancora più sorprendente è stata l'attenzione ai dettagli: la biancheria da letto morbida e confortevole, le strutture moderne e complete, e persino i prodotti da bagno denotavano una raffinatezza inaspettata. Lo St. Regis Shenzhen, grazie alla sua vista mozzafiato dall'alto, agli spazi generosi e al panorama eccellente, uniti all'impeccabile servizio di Helen e Robin, ha trasformato un viaggio di lavoro in un vero piacere. La prossima volta a Shenzhen, tornerò sicuramente qui!

The mattress was so hard like wood. Was that a wooden board with beddings laid on top or what?!. I think that's the only downside i can pinpoint exactly. Areas I thought it could improve in: -Bidet would've been nice. Everytime I sat down, I felt chills down my spine(:(. -The location. I liked the building B better, do they access it only to Chinese citizens or what? -The pool and the hot spring was out of order. It was expected as it's not the season to use them. But-! It was quite hot that day (29ºC to 14ºC) so I asked if they could do us a favor and fill one of the tubs but they said no. :( After all that walking and beach stuff, I needed that relaxing hot spring). Regardless, there are things that I did enjoy. Specifically,: -The tea set was exquisite. Had that traditional chinese craftsmanship and even the tea packaging felt special(for a freebie) -Quality of the one-use amenities. The items provided felt like items you get for everyday use rather than hotel provided one-time use bathroom supplies. -The shower water was HOT. That hot water rundown was exactly what a girly needs. -The view. The garden downstairs was a sight to see. Especially at night. The wooden railings and the stairs light up beautifully when the sun goes down. -Service. They were really kind. From the moment we went in till the moment we went back- they were all smiled and tried their best to serve their customers. -Sitting area in every corner. You'll know when you get there. You can sit in your room or outside. There were at least 10 different seating areas with different amount of chairs and table. Plus, the chairs were comfortable.(some were not tho) Overall, this place is 8 to 8.5/10 Extra tips I wanted to add: -DO NOT FORGET TO BUY PLENTY OF ANTI MOSQUITO OIL, SPRAY, BRACELET, WTVR -DO.NOT.DO.LAUNDRY. Unless it's early in the morning till sun goes down or during hot summers. -Go to building B for restaurant, cafe or breakfast.

去天文台玩順道住一晚，酒店離天文台開車大概十分鐘，離西涌1號沙灘開車大概3-4分鐘，走路十分鐘左右，酒店房間空間大不壓抑很舒適，衞生乾淨整潔.設備智能化很方便，老闆以及店員也很好很熱情❤，下回去玩還住，哦！有個小小的建議，燈的開關可以標識一下具體哪一個，因為晚上起夜上洗手間，燈開關沒有標識不知道精準哪一個是洗手間的開關，挨個小心試探按，同伴睡眠比較淺，深怕吵醒她，還是被燈閃醒了

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Soul-Soothing Escape We Keep Coming Back To: Our family stayed at Evergreen Resort Hotel on January 15, 2026, and it was once again an unforgettable experience. This place truly feels like a hidden gem tucked into the mountainside, offering the kind of peace and natural beauty that completely melts away city stress. The serene treehouse-style accommodations nestled along the hillside create a magical, almost storybook atmosphere that feels both adventurous and deeply relaxing. One of our favorite spots is the wooden deck overlooking the city — a perfect place to sit quietly, breathe, and listen to the sounds of nature. Traveling with a 2-year-old can be challenging, but not here. Our son absolutely loves the surrounding nature adventure park, with its walking paths, rope bridges, hiking challenges, natural playgrounds, pink sand areas, and even a pottery studio. The afternoon cultural performances add such a special touch, and spotting wildlife along the way makes every walk feel like an adventure. The breakfast buffet is wonderful, and what truly makes this place shine is the incredibly kind and caring staff who make you feel welcomed and looked after from the moment you arrive. Evergreen isn’t just a hotel stay — it’s a restorative experience for the mind, body, and soul. We’re already back again, and we can’t wait for many more visits in the future.

La posizione era perfetta per il nostro lavoro. Il design era ottimo, ma a causa dell'assenza di finestre, le luci erano deboli. Non era possibile radersi allo specchio del bagno a causa della scarsa illuminazione generale. Colazione: scelta molto scarsa / temperatura del caffè più orientata verso il caffè freddo. L'hotel è suddiviso in diverse aree e anche su diversi livelli: il bagno pubblico è collegato al vicino bagno della banca / la reception dell'hotel è due gradini più in alto. Area d'ingresso: la zona colazione è di nuovo due gradini più in alto, all'interno di un unico piano. Le camere dell'hotel sono al 2° piano, accesso tramite ascensore pubblico.

Easy to find, instructions were clear. Their actually hotel check in  lobby was under renovation so we had to go to the hotel next to it to check in but the instructions were they when booking, so no confusion at all! Superb staff and very helpful. Hotel room was spacious, very traditional style.
