UUtente ospiteHad a great stay here, amazing room, surprisingly affordable and tasty food in the restaurants, but for the price of the rooms the service and a few other things could be better.
Good points:
- very big and interesting room, comfortable with good views
- private beach that doesn’t feel crowded even on a busy weekend
- food in the restaurants was fresh and surprisingly good value for the quality
- massage there was tough but really good!
- some members of staff were very attentive while others were just there not doing much.
- really nice facilities overall
Could be better:
- not much of a welcome at check-in
- the dim sum at breakfast was good but overall the breakfast was limited and the same each day. For a HKD$3000+ room I’d expected this to be better. Also their table management needs to be better as someone took our table and then we were taken to another table…which we later found out was someone else’s 😆
- the yacht trip is a non-event. You just slowly go around the corner and slowly come back. Just good for those that have never been on a yacht to take photos. I think one of the guests was even taking photos to advertise a drink online while she was there
- can’t order F&B on the beach or the loungers. Would have been a perfect spot for a cocktail and some snacks!
- it’s an isolated location and the hotel doesn’t help you find your way out. Best to book in advance if possible.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay but have mixed feelings because of some points that missed the mark.

Il concierge è stato eccellente, sempre accogliente al nostro ritorno in hotel.
Molto comodo per la stazione ferroviaria di Shenzhenbei.
Il servizio di sicurezza al piano terra è accogliente e rigorosamente attento a non far transitare auto e persone.
Lo consiglierei a parenti e amici.

UUtente ospiteNon siamo solo vicini alla metropolitana e alla spiaggia, ma anche ai negozi di Outlet e a molti ristoranti. Lo spazio è pulito e benvenuto, le strade e la zona principale sono bellissime e odore sorprendente.
Ci hanno aggiornati in una delle migliori camere senza alcun costo aggiuntivo e lasciateci controllare in anticipo! La colazione è eccellente e le strutture sono bellissime. E hanno tenuto le nostre borse mentre facevamo shopping all'ultimo minuto.
Raccomanda fortemente 10/10.

UUtente ospiteSono sempre esigente in fatto di comfort alberghieri, e inizialmente sono stato attratto da questo hotel per la sua novità, il materasso Mousse e i prodotti da bagno Jo Malone. Al mio arrivo, l'hotel mi ha premurosamente offerto un upgrade gratuito a una camera executive. Era spaziosa, pulita e incredibilmente elegante (persino le porte e le finestre in vetro si aprivano/chiudevano automaticamente con un semplice comando vocale). Ho fatto una doccia comodissima e ho dormito benissimo. 👍

DDaluoailvxingDi recente, molte persone hanno postato su Liulihai. Volevo fare il check-in lì da molto tempo. Ho preso un appuntamento con alcuni amici per viaggiare insieme e ho prenotato una villa due balconi con un'ampia vista Il panorama è molto buono La biancheria da letto Le strutture sono complete e pulite La colazione gratuita è abbastanza buona C'è una spiaggia proprio al piano di sotto C'è poca gente ed è fantastica per scattare foto. Il parcheggio non è costoso, il limite è di 10 yuan al giorno. Sembra che il parcheggio sia gratuito anche se la spiaggia non è grande, l'acqua è limpida, l'ambiente è bellissimo e ci sono molti posti dove scattare foto e fai il check-in. Lo consiglierò agli amici.

UUtente ospiteA causa di un ritardo del volo, siamo arrivati in hotel solo a notte fonda. Desideriamo esprimere la nostra gratitudine al personale della reception che ha gestito il nostro check-in con grande rapidità.
Durante il soggiorno, sia per il servizio in camera che per le ordinazioni di cibo, l'atteggiamento del personale e la velocità di risposta sono stati 'accettabili', in linea con gli standard che ci si aspetta da un hotel di qualità. Un elogio speciale va al dettaglio della 'frutta di benvenuto': la prima sera, non essendo stata consegnata a causa dell'ora tarda, al momento del check-out ne abbiamo fatto menzione e l'hotel ha pensato di prepararci una porzione da portare via. Questo piccolo gesto, pieno di scuse e buona volontà, ha notevolmente migliorato la nostra percezione del servizio e dimostra l'attenzione dell'hotel alle esigenze dei propri ospiti.
Vorrei anche segnalare alcune aree di miglioramento, nella speranza che l'hotel possa intervenire:
Esperienza sensoriale non ottimale: Il sistema di profumazione nella hall dell'hotel, forse pensato per creare un'atmosfera lussuosa, aveva un aroma decisamente troppo intenso, causandoci disagio data la nostra sensibilità agli odori. Avremmo voluto goderci la vista della città dal salotto della hall, ma abbiamo dovuto andarcene prima del previsto a causa del profumo troppo forte. Inoltre, l'intero corridoio che conduce alle camere era illuminato in modo molto fioco; sebbene il design fosse ricercato, l'effetto era un po' opprimente e cupo, privo di un'atmosfera calda e luminosa.
Problemi hardware in camera: Nella nostra camera abbiamo riscontrato un problema non trascurabile: la finestra presentava delle perdite quando pioveva. Sebbene la situazione non fosse grave e non abbia compromesso il nostro sonno o le aree principali di attività.

##friedThe mattress was so hard like wood. Was that a wooden board with beddings laid on top or what?!. I think that's the only downside i can pinpoint exactly.
Areas I thought it could improve in:
-Bidet would've been nice. Everytime I sat down, I felt chills down my spine(:(.
-The location. I liked the building B better, do they access it only to Chinese citizens or what?
-The pool and the hot spring was out of order. It was expected as it's not the season to use them. But-! It was quite hot that day (29ºC to 14ºC) so I asked if they could do us a favor and fill one of the tubs but they said no. :( After all that walking and beach stuff, I needed that relaxing hot spring). Regardless, there are things that I did enjoy. Specifically,:
-The tea set was exquisite. Had that traditional chinese craftsmanship and even the tea packaging felt special(for a freebie)
-Quality of the one-use amenities. The items provided felt like items you get for everyday use rather than hotel provided one-time use bathroom supplies.
-The shower water was HOT. That hot water rundown was exactly what a girly needs.
-The view. The garden downstairs was a sight to see. Especially at night. The wooden railings and the stairs light up beautifully when the sun goes down.
-Service. They were really kind. From the moment we went in till the moment we went back- they were all smiled and tried their best to serve their customers.
-Sitting area in every corner. You'll know when you get there. You can sit in your room or outside. There were at least 10 different seating areas with different amount of chairs and table. Plus, the chairs were comfortable.(some were not tho)
Overall, this place is 8 to 8.5/10
Extra tips I wanted to add:
-DO NOT FORGET TO BUY PLENTY OF ANTI MOSQUITO OIL, SPRAY, BRACELET, WTVR
-DO.NOT.DO.LAUNDRY. Unless it's early in the morning till sun goes down or during hot summers.
-Go to building B for restaurant, cafe or breakfast.

This place truly feels like a hidden gem tucked into the mountainside, offering the kind of peace and natural beauty that completely melts away city stress. The serene treehouse-style accommodations nestled along the hillside create a magical, almost storybook atmosphere that feels both adventurous and deeply relaxing.
One of our favorite spots is the wooden deck overlooking the city — a perfect place to sit quietly, breathe, and listen to the sounds of nature. Traveling with a 2-year-old can be challenging, but not here. Our son absolutely loves the surrounding nature adventure park, with its walking paths, rope bridges, hiking challenges, natural playgrounds, pink sand areas, and even a pottery studio. The afternoon cultural performances add such a special touch, and spotting wildlife along the way makes every walk feel like an adventure.
The breakfast buffet is wonderful, and what truly makes this place shine is the incredibly kind and caring staff who make you feel welcomed and looked after from the moment you arrive. Evergreen isn’t just a hotel stay — it’s a restorative experience for the mind, body, and soul. We’re already back again, and we can’t wait for many more visits in the future.

Within walking distance, you’ll find a small convenience store, some coffee shops, and a couple of cafeterias. To reach most other destinations, you’ll need to take the metro or enjoy a 20-minute walk—manageable and safe for most travelers.
It’s worth noting that the apartment differs somewhat from the photos in the listing. It is situated on a residential floor with long-term tenants, families, and pets, which adds a lively atmosphere but may not suit those seeking complete seclusion. The kitchen ventilation system appears to work in reverse, occasionally bringing strong cooking smells—particularly garlic—into the room. If you are sensitive to odors, you might want to request a different unit if available.
Depending on the day, you may also hear low-flying airplanes passing overhead—particularly loud on several nights per week. It’s important to be aware that the noise level can be high enough to affect sleep, even with noise-canceling headphones.
The apartment would benefit from some urgent maintenance: there are signs of wear such as cigarette marks on walls and floors, broken tiles, and visible damage in parts of the unit. A thorough deep-cleaning would also help enhance the overall comfort of the space.
That said, the on-site staff are kind, attentive, and do their best to assist promptly. While they may be limited in what they can resolve immediately, their responsiveness is appreciated. Some larger decisions appear to be outside their control, possibly depending on the property owner’s involvement.
Utility bills (electricity and water) are reasonably priced, and will likely increase your overall budget by about 10–15%.
All in all, I would still recommend this apartment for travelers looking to experience a calm and modern neighborhood, especially if they value space and independence over hotel-style amenities. With a few improvements, it has the potential to become a very pleasant stay.
