UUtente ospiteHad a great stay here, amazing room, surprisingly affordable and tasty food in the restaurants, but for the price of the rooms the service and a few other things could be better. Good points: - very big and interesting room, comfortable with good views - private beach that doesn’t feel crowded even on a busy weekend - food in the restaurants was fresh and surprisingly good value for the quality - massage there was tough but really good! - some members of staff were very attentive while others were just there not doing much. - really nice facilities overall Could be better: - not much of a welcome at check-in - the dim sum at breakfast was good but overall the breakfast was limited and the same each day. For a HKD$3000+ room I’d expected this to be better. Also their table management needs to be better as someone took our table and then we were taken to another table…which we later found out was someone else’s 😆 - the yacht trip is a non-event. You just slowly go around the corner and slowly come back. Just good for those that have never been on a yacht to take photos. I think one of the guests was even taking photos to advertise a drink online while she was there - can’t order F&B on the beach or the loungers. Would have been a perfect spot for a cocktail and some snacks! - it’s an isolated location and the hotel doesn’t help you find your way out. Best to book in advance if possible. Overall we really enjoyed our stay but have mixed feelings because of some points that missed the mark.

UUtente ospiteNon siamo solo vicini alla metropolitana e alla spiaggia, ma anche ai negozi di Outlet e a molti ristoranti. Lo spazio è pulito e benvenuto, le strade e la zona principale sono bellissime e odore sorprendente. Ci hanno aggiornati in una delle migliori camere senza alcun costo aggiuntivo e lasciateci controllare in anticipo! La colazione è eccellente e le strutture sono bellissime. E hanno tenuto le nostre borse mentre facevamo shopping all'ultimo minuto. Raccomanda fortemente 10/10.

GGiulio Faccia.Abbiamo avuto una bella esperienza. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e disponibile, anzi, ogni membro dello staff è stato davvero gentile! Abbiamo apprezzato molto il servizio. Le strutture sono discrete, ma per raggiungere il ristorante, la spiaggia o la reception bisogna uscire all'aperto senza aria condizionata. La spiaggia è bella e ci siamo divertiti a nuotare. Tuttavia, non c'è musica dal vivo né attività serali. La colazione è buona per i clienti locali, ma mancano diverse cose per i clienti internazionali, come marmellata, diversi tipi di torte, ecc.

WWalk n SeeFuture Hotel Shenzhen Review (December 2025) Overall Rating: 3.5/5 stars Decent budget option for a short stay in Shenzhen, but falls short of expectations, especially if you’re hoping for a truly “new” hotel experience. Location: 4/5 The hotel is conveniently located right next to a pleasant park, perfect for a quick walk or some fresh air. It’s also just a 5-minute stroll to the nearest subway station, making it easy to get around Shenzhen without needing taxis everywhere. Great for travelers relying on public transport. First Impressions and Facilities: 2/5 Advertised as a newly opened hotel, but by late 2025, it didn’t feel fresh or modern at all. The lobby is unusually located on the 7th floor, accessed via an elevator that’s just beside a larger neighboring hotel. The lift area felt dim and outdated compared to the brighter, more upscale vibe of the bigger property nearby. The lobby itself is compact, dimly lit, and lacks any welcoming or luxurious atmosphere—more functional than inviting. Room: 4/5 The room size was surprisingly generous for the price point in Shenzhen, where space often comes at a premium. It was very clean overall, with a large, comfortable bed topped with four plush pillows, perfect for a good night’s sleep. The big flat-screen TV was a nice touch, and the bathroom was decently sized with a good shower and separate toilet area. No complaints on comfort here. Service and Issues: 3/5 The major downside was a frustrating check-in experience. Using the hotel’s systems, the receptionist assigned me to a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet, it still reeked strongly of cigarette smoke and clearly wasn’t ready. I had to trek back down to the lobby (7th floor elevator and all) to get a new key and room assignment. This kind of mix-up feels avoidable and soured the arrival. Final Thoughts Nothing particularly stands out or excels at Future Hotel Shenzhen—it’s serviceable and clean in the rooms, with a solid location and value for money, but the dark, dated common areas, misleading “newly opened” vibe, and the room assignment error make it underwhelming. I wouldn’t skip Shenzhen altogether, but I’d definitely choose a different hotel next time I’m in the city. Suitable if you’re on a tight budget and prioritize location over polish.

##friedThe mattress was so hard like wood. Was that a wooden board with beddings laid on top or what?!. I think that's the only downside i can pinpoint exactly. Areas I thought it could improve in: -Bidet would've been nice. Everytime I sat down, I felt chills down my spine(:(. -The location. I liked the building B better, do they access it only to Chinese citizens or what? -The pool and the hot spring was out of order. It was expected as it's not the season to use them. But-! It was quite hot that day (29ºC to 14ºC) so I asked if they could do us a favor and fill one of the tubs but they said no. :( After all that walking and beach stuff, I needed that relaxing hot spring). Regardless, there are things that I did enjoy. Specifically,: -The tea set was exquisite. Had that traditional chinese craftsmanship and even the tea packaging felt special(for a freebie) -Quality of the one-use amenities. The items provided felt like items you get for everyday use rather than hotel provided one-time use bathroom supplies. -The shower water was HOT. That hot water rundown was exactly what a girly needs. -The view. The garden downstairs was a sight to see. Especially at night. The wooden railings and the stairs light up beautifully when the sun goes down. -Service. They were really kind. From the moment we went in till the moment we went back- they were all smiled and tried their best to serve their customers. -Sitting area in every corner. You'll know when you get there. You can sit in your room or outside. There were at least 10 different seating areas with different amount of chairs and table. Plus, the chairs were comfortable.(some were not tho) Overall, this place is 8 to 8.5/10 Extra tips I wanted to add: -DO NOT FORGET TO BUY PLENTY OF ANTI MOSQUITO OIL, SPRAY, BRACELET, WTVR -DO.NOT.DO.LAUNDRY. Unless it's early in the morning till sun goes down or during hot summers. -Go to building B for restaurant, cafe or breakfast.

UUtente ospiteBooked three rooms for a family of six. This was part of my extension as trip app allowed me to cancel for free until the same day at 6pm. This was really useful as I was uncertain whether we needed to stay over at HK for the night. One particular shoutout to the receptionists on Wednesday evening. I requested to extend the day to check out on 23rd at 10pm. Rightfully their day room is charged until 8pm only but they kindly accommodated us to check out at 10pm :D for this I’d definitely give them a 5 star for service! Sightseeing wise, there’s a donghu garden near the corner which can provide for a v nice walk, and I happily had chagee tea at vicity. Both are within ten minutes walk from the hotel :D

This place truly feels like a hidden gem tucked into the mountainside, offering the kind of peace and natural beauty that completely melts away city stress. The serene treehouse-style accommodations nestled along the hillside create a magical, almost storybook atmosphere that feels both adventurous and deeply relaxing. One of our favorite spots is the wooden deck overlooking the city — a perfect place to sit quietly, breathe, and listen to the sounds of nature. Traveling with a 2-year-old can be challenging, but not here. Our son absolutely loves the surrounding nature adventure park, with its walking paths, rope bridges, hiking challenges, natural playgrounds, pink sand areas, and even a pottery studio. The afternoon cultural performances add such a special touch, and spotting wildlife along the way makes every walk feel like an adventure. The breakfast buffet is wonderful, and what truly makes this place shine is the incredibly kind and caring staff who make you feel welcomed and looked after from the moment you arrive. Evergreen isn’t just a hotel stay — it’s a restorative experience for the mind, body, and soul. We’re already back again, and we can’t wait for many more visits in the future.
