Hotel con vista sulle montagne a Chongqing

Questo B&B è davvero ottimo! È super comodo per raggiungere a piedi il 18th Steps e il Jiefangbei, e anche prendere un taxi per fare shopping è facilissimo. La stazione della metro è a soli 5 minuti di distanza, il che lo rende perfetto per viaggiare con la famiglia e gli amici. Ha due camere da letto, quindi c'è tanto spazio anche se si è con amici, per niente affollato. Offrono acqua minerale in omaggio, che d'estate è una vera benedizione! Hanno pensato a ogni dettaglio, e l'aria condizionata è bella fresca. Se venite a Chongqing con amici, scegliete questo posto! 🥰🥰

Inaugurato nel 2024, l'hotel è nuovissimo, pulito e dal design accattivante. L'ho già consigliato agli amici, specialmente la reception al 44° piano con la sua ampia terrazza, che dà subito l'idea di una vacanza! La posizione è super comoda, l'uscita 1 della stazione della metropolitana Chaotianmen è proprio lì davanti, così facile che abbiamo sempre viaggiato in modo sostenibile, il taxi non ne valeva la pena ahahahahah. Per gli ordini da asporto c'è un piccolo robot, e proprio di fronte si trova il Raffles, dove siamo andati a mangiare il Roasted Artisan che a Pechino aveva una coda di sette o otto ore. Chongqing è davvero fantastica!

Ho apprezzato molto il mio soggiorno in questo posto, lo consiglio vivamente se volete soggiornare vicino a Jiefangbei e alla metropolitana! Nelle vicinanze troverete molti posti dove mangiare bene, la maggior parte dei luoghi turistici sono super vicini. La prossima volta che andrò a CQ, questo aparthotel sarà il mio punto di riferimento!

STAFF APPRECIATION: I would like to thank Xiao Yang, Xiao Yi, and Master Li for their care during my stay. They were kind, professional, warm, patient, and proactive. They were also incredibly accommodating with my inability to speak more than a little Chinese. Xiao Yang even made a point to speak English with me during breakfast and checkout. Master Li was very tolerant with my last-minute requests for pickup and drop off and Xiao Yi quickly located and added me on WeChat to allow us to chat more comfortably. As it was raining, she even met me by the car with an umbrella when I arrived. I felt quite pampered! DIRECTIONS: To reach the hotel requires a few transfers. It's not too troublesome and is well worth it! 1) I arrived at the Wulong South Railway 🚉 and followed the exit signs outside. 2) To the left was the large blue bus 🚌 mentioned by another reviewer. It will take you to the Fairy Mountain Visitor Center for 16 yuan. From here you can reach the most popular tourist destinations in Wulong to include the Three Bridges. 3) Outside the center you’ll find another blue fairy bus which will take you to the mountain itself for an additional 8 yuan. This bus will stop at the gate where tickets will be checked. Be sure to contact the hotel and give them your information before you set off because the cost of this ticket is included with your stay! They will reserve the ticket for you and send you confirmation and any relevant information. Otherwise, it is 50 yuan per person. 4) This bus will drop you off at a plaza with a few shops and the boarding platform for the scenic train. 🚂 Contact the hotel and someone will come to pick you up, as private vehicles are not permitted beyond this point. REVIEW: If availability and your budget permit, I cannot emphasize strongly enough how much it is worth it to splurge on the room with a 270-degree view of the property. I went on a foggy, wet weekend and still found the view incredible. The windows cover three walls. I can only imagine how amazing the sky must look on a clear night. The minibar has a good selection of free snacks and drinks and a sampling of the local tea. Meals are also served at the hotel. The cost is not low, but for the exclusivity of the location, I considered it more than fair compared to what I’ve paid elsewhere. Also, the dishes looked and tasted great. There are also vendors down the hill where the train and shops (show in the picture below) are located. Look for the sign identifying the train exit and go down the steps. These were the only places I saw to purchase food, drinks, or supplies once you pass the entrance to the mountain, so plan accordingly. By the way, tickets for the scenic train were included with the reservation as well. I highly recommend it. It stops at the grasslands and the horse stables. Now, I will allow the pictures to speak for me. TLDR: Multiple transfers lead to a place that is secluded and picturesque and right in the heart of the mountain. That means your dining choices will also be limited, but the meals provided (at a cost) were delicious. Tickets to the mountain and scenic train are included in the price. A photo session is included as well, but I did not utilize it. I recommend setting out earlier to miss the worst of the crowds. The staff is amazing and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The room with the 270-degree view offers the best experience. 10/10 recommend for those seeking quiet and the peace only nature can bring. 🏞

Staying at Bolian Resort truly felt luxurious. This was my first time experiencing a high end resort in China, and I chose Bolian over other options in the area, including Banyan Tree Hot Springs, with very high expectations. While it is not perfect, I’m glad to say that it does meet the standards of a luxury resort. The level of service and attention to detail, even with the language barrier, was comparable to what I’ve experienced at other top tier hotels like Park Hyatt. First of all, I would like to sincerely thank the staff for fulfilling my personal request to have berries and chocolate prepared in my room. What really touched me was the towel art and flower petal decorations on the bed, thoughtfully arranged to mark a very personal occasion, which was celebrating my mental health recovery. Seeing the Mandarin character for “happy” placed on the bed felt very endearing. It was a small gesture, but one that felt genuinely kind and thoughtful. Other aspects of the service were just as impressive. While I was away enjoying the Bolian hot spring spa, the staff prepared my room for the evening by lighting all the mini candles, mopping the floor, and creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere for my return. That level of attention to detail really stood out. That said, I did notice a small oversight. The tea filter I had used for my pu’er tea was still left in the sink, which suggested that housekeeping may have been rushing, possibly knowing I would be returning sooner than expected. It was minor, but noticeable in an otherwise polished experience. The hot spring amenities, both in the room and around the resort, were amazing. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. I also appreciated how attentive the staff were at night, especially when guests were walking along the hot spring paths in the dark. The unexpected room upgrade was a lovely surprise as well, so thank you for that. Overall, I had a very pleasant and restorative stay. However, one thing that really affected my experience was the breakfast. The breakfast was honestly disappointing for a resort of this standard. The options were limited, the presentation was not great, and the overall quality fell short of expectations. I have uploaded photos with this review in the hope that management can improve this area. To be frank, breakfast took away from what was otherwise a wonderful stay. Being served ONE CHICKEN FOOT as part of the spread was highly amusing, but not in a good way. I have had much better Chongqing noodles and dim sum at local eateries for a fraction of the price. For a meal priced at around 200 yuan, it felt hard to justify......This is where people often say not to eat at five star hotels because the better food is usually found on the streets. It was disappointing that Bolian’s breakfast ended up reinforcing this stereotype... In summary, Bolian Resort shines when it comes to service, atmosphere, attentiveness, and hot spring facilities. With a serious improvement to the breakfast, it could easily become a truly excellent luxury experience.

Il mio soggiorno al Westin Chongqing Jiefangbei è stato assolutamente perfetto! La posizione è imbattibile: scendi e sei subito a Jiefangbei e nella via del cibo Bayi Road, mentre Hongyadong è raggiungibile a piedi. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo! La hall dell'hotel è elegante e anche le camere sono chic e pulite. La camera con vista sulla città è perfetta per scattare foto. Ai miei figli è piaciuto molto. Anche la posizione è comodissima: basta scendere e si raggiungono le attrazioni turistiche a piedi. Jiefangbei è proprio sotto l'hotel. Le ragazze dello staff sono state gentili e accoglienti. Il mio caricabatterie si era rotto e me ne hanno prestato uno per la notte. Alla partenza, ci hanno regalato un ventaglio laccato e degli snack come souvenir. Ai bambini è piaciuto tantissimo e mi hanno detto di lasciare assolutamente una recensione positiva! Se volete divertirvi, scegliere questo hotel è la scelta giusta.

Hotel con terme private ad alta quota a Chongqing Jiefangbei | Perfetto per il compleanno della migliore amica Ho soggiornato in innumerevoli hotel a Chongqing, ma questa volta il Qianhe Rishan, scoperto a Jiefangbei, ha davvero soddisfatto tutte le mie preferenze! Si trova al 47° piano dell'Union International Plaza, proprio di fronte alla terrazza panoramica Sky Eye. Le vetrate a tutta altezza offrono una vista mozzafiato sull'intero skyline di Jiefangbei e sul paesaggio notturno dei due fiumi. Dalla finestra si possono ammirare gli edifici della città. Al tramonto, durante l'”ora blu”, le foto scattate casualmente hanno un'atmosfera cinematografica, e la vista notturna è semplicemente incantevole. La posizione è davvero insostituibile, nel cuore di Jiefangbei, su Xinhua Road, molto vicino a Hongyadong, Shiba Ti e Baixiangju. Scendendo si trova la stazione della metropolitana, rendendo facile visitare le attrazioni di giorno e i mercati notturni la sera. Gli spostamenti sono semplici e convenienti per i turisti, risparmiando tempo e preoccupazioni. La scelta delle tipologie di camere è così ampia da mettere in difficoltà. La camera con amaca che abbiamo prenotato era perfetta per il compleanno della mia migliore amica! L'amaca sospesa con lenzuola morbide e la sedia a dondolo sospesa a terra nell'angolo sono perfette per scattare foto. La sera, appoggiandosi e guardando le luci della città, le foto vengono benissimo. C'è anche la tipologia di camera Cloud Peninsula con terme private, dotata di una vasca panoramica enorme che si affaccia direttamente sul paesaggio urbano dall'alto. Fare il bagno ammirando i grattacieli animati è romantico sia per un momento di relax solitario che per un appuntamento di coppia. Inoltre, sono disponibili suite familiari, camere per bambini e camere in stile tatami, adatte per appuntamenti di coppia, viaggi in famiglia o riunioni di amiche. L'arredamento della camera è un mix di lusso minimalista e un tocco retrò cinese. Divisori a griglia in legno, bagni in marmo, bagno turco indipendente e docce separate sono tutti ben attrezzati. L'intera camera è immacolata, il lavandino, la vasca da bagno e la biancheria da letto sono impeccabili. L'arredamento di lusso leggero crea un'atmosfera elegante e le foto scattate casualmente hanno un'ottima resa, proprio come ci si aspetta da un hotel ”网红” (internet-famous).
