It was a very great experience. After 21 years of mariage; I would like to surprise my wife. She was very happy. The service was pretty good. The facilities too. I enjoyed the food but don’t know why there was no seafood. Hope you think about. Thank you very much!

Relaxing and nice, entertaining evening show and good property. Maintenence of property needs to improve.

The reservation staff os suck at their job i was just on the phone with a lady and she hang up on me without resolving my problem with the reservation you guys purposely canceled.

Great place to stay, from the food to the entertainments, great customer service. Choose to relax in the beach or the pools. My family and i had a great time.

That was one of the best vacation I ever had.Place was very nice and clean the stuff was on points with your demand,the food was good I will definitely recommend it with friends and family and I will definitely go back again l.The only thing they need to change the hair dryer and put a curtain in the bathroom that’s all.love the atmosphere and the ambience.See you soon guys 🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹 One Love ❤️ .

Service was below expectation. Food was not very good and most of what was on the buffet didn't lasted for more than an hour.

Zero no service (staff reception)

No hot water in the shower for 2 days , no inter phone, hairdryer not working.

The receptionist were very professional. I got there @ 3 pm, it’s was so much trash at the beach that no one was able to swim in it. I had to walk through water on the ground to get to my room. I will not book a room there anymore.

Everything was ok until they charged me twice for my stay

The room was very clean. The beach was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and professional.

I love it here. I go every year. Free drinks and food throughout the day. You really enjoy yourself there and you don't to go outside of Decamaron for anything. They have a nurse on site. The have airport transportation service and service for Covid testing when you return.
