Cleanest place I have stayed in Java. Staff were amazing, friendly and welcoming. Pool was great. Breakfast options were extensive with food to suit all preferences.

Great place to stay with family . Abundant amenities and the afternoon tea is also a plus for this hotel .

Das Hotel hat ein unschlagbares Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis und ein extrem freundliches Personal. Leider waren wir dort nur für eine Nacht, ein längerer Aufenthalt hätte Spaß gemacht. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und das Badezimmer hatte einen abgetrennten Bereich für Toilette und Dusche. Die Einrichtung des gesamten Hotels orientiert sich am Kolonialstil, wird aber noch veredelt mit einzelnen Skulpturen und Gemälden. Besonders wirkt das in der sehr gemackvoll gestalteten Hotellobby. Es gibt einen inklusiven Afternoon-Tea-Service auf dem Hoteldach beim Swimmingpool, wo man sich etwas entspannen kann. Darüber hinaus ist es sehr nah beim Bahnhof. Eine klare Empfehlung.

The room is very comfortable, clean and all the staff are very friendly, although the prayer room is far from the lobby and in a different location from the signage but it is clean, the staff is very kind to accompany and wait for me while I pray, I also enjoy your afternoon tea but it is better if with local snacks, the breakfast menu is complete although a bit cold, the coffee is quite ok can be requested according to request. overall ok and satisfied

Since I first stayed in Mahalaya in 2022, I can say that they have greatly improved. From the beginning, their service has been impeccable. However, in this stay I have to say that the greatest improvement is in their food. Our room come with free afternoon tea service where they served dimsum, kebabs, burgers and some traditional Indonesian snacks. Each portion was generous and tasted good. They've also expanded their breakfast selection, there was something for everyone and everything was beautifully presented. Even my son said that the greatest chef must work here because everything was so delicious. Thank you very much for the amazing stay as always.

So lovely! Love the design and services 🤍 The detail with combination of colonial and javanise so amazing. Recommend to visit for staycation. Love the food, should try their breakfast. Also try their swimming pool. I want to back to this places. Love!

Very nice to stay in this hotel, the food, the ambience very good👍 We also get a free afternoon tea. The swimming pool is better for adult, for children they can play at the playground. The gym facilty is not bad, the gym facility is not bad. We will come again in the future

I didn’t write any notes on my booking, but they see the id card while i chek in. And they send a cake to my room.
