Il check-in era veloce. Ho dovuto accettare una camera da letto due, per avere un check-in precoce e iniziare tutti i miei programmi di lavoro. Le camere sono moderne e confortevoli, con una vista molto bella, causando tutte le camere iniziano dal 18° piano. La qualità del sonno è grande, molto silenzioso. Il servizio in camera e il ristorante sono così buoni. Il servizio in ristorante non è troppo veloce, specialmente se arrivate prima delle 7:00. Controllatevi è stato davvero veloce e facile.

I had the opportunity to visit this hotel in September and everything was just outstanding from emails before arriving to checking out. Let's start with the room everything was comfortable from the linens in the bed to the amenities in the shower thanks to the housekeeping lady she did an amazing job! The front desk team was also very helpful in providing extra keys when our ones stopped working and accommodated my friend to check in before I did because he had reached the hotel earlier than I had and also because they spoke English because he was visiting from LA! The F&B team's special thanks to Gerardo, the entire kitchen team, and the front-of-house team as well. The food was good for the breakfast buffet although it was sort of the same and I stayed for 4 nights I didn't get bored of it. Thanks to the lady who made my eggs every morning at the hot station. Everybody was super nice and accommodating. Thank you as well to the chef who was assisting on behalf of the executive chef for the dinner provided for us. My only recommendation would be that management focus a little bit on the pool area because we did use it but no service was there I think after some days we checked out I saw on their social media page that they had service opened it with the bar available at it. The hotel is pretty new and even though it had a low occupancy it never failed to impress on service. Highly recommend!

Mal atteggiamento del personale, sala d'attesa con 3 sedili da una piazza, non ha parcheggio, non ha buoni servizi, le porte d'ingresso non servono le chiavi si deve scendere fino a 4 o 5 volte con il bagaglio per farti assistente o cambiate camera, fughe d'acqua nel santuario, casse forti che non possono essere usate perché sono chiuse e all'ingresso dell'hotel c'è un annuncio che dice che non siamo responsabili di perdite, perché per questo l'hotel ha una cassetta Forte, la cosa buona è che è centro.
