In generale l'hotel è abbastanza bello e pulito, ho viaggiato per un concerto e è stato perfetto perché è ben situato. Le persone di accoglienza sono sempre stati gentili. Il mio unico ma sarebbe la cena perché mi è stato fatto troppo costoso per la qualità della stessa. Ogni giorno chiese un servizio di colazione in camera e per il prezzo si aspettava molto più qualità, perché per esempio i chilaqui non avevano gusto. In assenza di questo mi piaceva molto e sarei tornato se andassi a concerti.

Situato a 5 minuti dal centro di Monterrey e a pochi passi da un centro medico, questo hotel ha molto da offrire. Invece di andare a mangiare, potevo mangiare Uber il cibo all'hotel. Il desk front è molto accogliente e amichevole. La stanza è pulita. Sarei sicuramente rimasto!

I had the opportunity to visit this hotel in September and everything was just outstanding from emails before arriving to checking out. Let's start with the room everything was comfortable from the linens in the bed to the amenities in the shower thanks to the housekeeping lady she did an amazing job! The front desk team was also very helpful in providing extra keys when our ones stopped working and accommodated my friend to check in before I did because he had reached the hotel earlier than I had and also because they spoke English because he was visiting from LA! The F&B team's special thanks to Gerardo, the entire kitchen team, and the front-of-house team as well. The food was good for the breakfast buffet although it was sort of the same and I stayed for 4 nights I didn't get bored of it. Thanks to the lady who made my eggs every morning at the hot station. Everybody was super nice and accommodating. Thank you as well to the chef who was assisting on behalf of the executive chef for the dinner provided for us. My only recommendation would be that management focus a little bit on the pool area because we did use it but no service was there I think after some days we checked out I saw on their social media page that they had service opened it with the bar available at it. The hotel is pretty new and even though it had a low occupancy it never failed to impress on service. Highly recommend!
