Hotel in zona Roman ruins monastir, Monastir

Very bad hotel please avoid, not a 4 star, I stayed in this hotel for 6 days with my family, We changed rooms 3 times, The bathroom is very dirty and old, the toilet was leaking, the bath tub was very dirty. Too many flies around the kitchen area, too many flies surrounding the food in the kitchen area. The kitchen staff are not polite, they are very rude, the reception girl is very very rude and not helpful at all. The only nice people in this hotel are the bar attendees, the animation team/ the girl in the animation team. The room was always dirty, the telephone in the room doesn't work, you have to come down to the reception to ask for towels and tissue paper as the telephone never worked. The service is really so bad and poor. I don't like this hotel, the rooms are very very dirty and old looking. The bathroom is not flowing , the basin is very dirty with lots of mould. The toilet is constantly leaking water, the toilet bath and the toilet flusher was looking so rusty and dirty. please avoid this hotel. This is nota 4 star hotel. The kitchen cups are very dirty, dishes smells, they are not washed properly, the chefs are very rude. AVOID, AVOID AVOID, This is a bad hotel

I would recommend this place I had a fabulous holiday with 2 friends I was very worried to visit after reading horrendous reviews the only thing it needs is a bit of updating due to being an older hotel I found everyone very friendly from the entertainment team to the waiters they make the effort to come and chat to you and help with anything you need. Shout out to mondair, chibet, nadem, yahlia, mansour and the henna guy who I forgot his name they all made our holiday. We went quad biking which was fantastic. We had a room with a sea view which also over looked the pool which was fantastic we got to see a lightning storm one night. I love that the hotel is right on the beach. I liked the fact there was a seperate toilet from the bathroom it does need a bit of updating but adequate and clean the cleaners were great very friendly and no issues they cleaned everyday.The only issue I found with the room really is there needs to be more plug sockets. Around the hotel there are plant beds but with no plants or flowers along the halls this would look so nice if they had real or even fake flowers/greenery it would make it look more classy. The palm trees outside would look amazing if they were lit up it would make the outside nicer and some lights along the bridge as I found that quite dark. There was one thing I found a bit crap with the all inclusive is that there is only really beer available and the cups are very small plastic ones not had that before usually there is a better choice of drinks. That being said it made me drink better and not be so dehydrated. At food times we was treated very well by the staff the food wasn’t the usual not much in the way of English however it was very nice you do need to watch out for rude specific nationalities with not many manners taking platefuls of food then wasting it all and making a huge mess felt sorry for the staff having to clean up after those people.

Mentre è un po' difficile trovare nelle strade di vento della Medina, l'hotel è una bella gemma nascosta che tanto me quanto mio padre amavano. La nostra camera è ben attrezzata, con aria condizionata e ha una bagno molto pulita.La terrazza del tetto offre una vista magnifica sulla linea di Sousse e Medina e è perfetta per la notte per godere della chiamata alle preghiere. La colazione è servita nella zona principale del tribunale dell'hotel. Molto ben decorata e il colazione era molto tradizionale. Niente troppo pesante, ma ancora riempiendo. Sai che la cura e l'amore sono andati a farlo.

Non è un residence ma un pessimo albergo,formiche in camera,in bagno gocciolava acqua dal soffitto,x non parlare poi della ruggine intorno ai tubi......l acqua x lavarsi era marrone io e la mia amica avevamo mezza pensione,lasciamo perdere,si mangia veramente da schifo!!!!!!abbiamo dovuto rinunciare,riassumendo non lo consiglio affatto,dal sito dove ho prenotato c era una foto dell albergo,sembrava bellissimo,foto falsa!!!!!!!! Non vi lasciate ingannare da ciò che scrivono,se vi spostate già di poco trovate resort ottimi!!!!!!

Pessima struttura. So che può essere complicato trovare un'allocazione a Sousse durante l'alta stagione, ma abbiate un po' di amor proprio e optate per altro. Di seguito le migliori opzioni alternative al Sousse Beach hotel: - Occupare abusivamente la stanza di uno degli edifici fatiscenti vicino all'hotel - Farvi arrestare con un veniale pretesto e passare la notte in cella - Condividere la strada con uno dei numerosi senzatetto che affollano la zona - Accamparsi in uno dei corridoi della struttura. Sarebbe una soluzione più salubre che dormire nelle stanze del Sousse Beach hotel e abbellirebbe senz'altro le sue zone comuni terrificanti

I am really very disappointed with my last stay in Movenpick Sousse. I can't find a word that describes this terrible experience and I will simply list the problems that I had to go through: - During the check in, I had to go through the queue 3 times. Since the room was not ready, the lady told me that she will bring me the room access card once available so I will not need to got through the queue again, and of course she did not. I went twice through the long queue for almost 30 min in order to get the room card -I booked a King bed room and they gave me a twin bed room. The lady in the reception did not accept to change the room and she told the will change the mattress to a big single one over the two twin bed and of course she did not -The towels are dirty and stinky -The sink is clogged - The TV is not working - We kept the do not disturb sign in the room during our stay because my wife got sick but this was not respecting by the house keeping and the maintenance agent. They entered the room without our permission - Their excuse is that they received an order form their manager !! -In the restaurant and during the diner, I asked the waiter for a cutlery (because you almost never find a prepared table in the restaurant) - The waiter pointed his finger to another table and told me to get it by myself !!! I am still shocked by this impolite answer !! I still cannot understand how this kind of unpleasant events can happen in this hotel and all together during one stay. If my wife wasn't sick, I would have left the hotel since day one. In short, this is a half start hotel

Ho trascorso due settimane con la mia famiglia in questo resort. Tutto sommato, la vacanza è stata positiva, ma ci sono degli aspetti che andrebbero migliorati. La struttura è piuttosto datata, i rumori provenienti dai corridoi sono talmente amplificati da non permettere di riposare bene. Gli stessi inservienti parlano tra loro a voce molto alta senza considerare il disturbo per gli ospiti. I posti sui lettini sono limitati sia in spiaggia che in piscina e le regole non vengono fatte rispettare, per cui al mattino presto la gente va in spiaggia a occupare i lettini per ore senza utilizzarli. Quelli in prima fila vengono occupati dagli stessi bagnini che provvedono a destinarli secondo criteri non proprio trasparenti. Ci aspettavamo un mare più bello, ma è comunque abbastanza pulito. Il ristorante offre cibi squisiti e vari. Gentilissimi i camerieri, in particolare Mekrem. I nostri figli si sono divertiti moltissimo nelle bellissime piscine e hanno trascorso una vacanza super.

Struttura molto bella,spiaggia bellissima Sabbia bianca,reception molto valida,cordiali e sempre presente.Animazione al top,ragazzi davvero splendidi,molto carichi ma non invadendi.Le camere sono ottime.Esperienza da ripetere.
