Buon hotel nel complesso, ben posizionato non lontano dal centro città

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole in questo hotel, è andato tutto bene. Ho quasi annullato il viaggio dopo aver letto le recensioni, ma non l'ho fatto e sono contento di averlo fatto. È vero che l'hotel non è un hotel di lusso ma in termini di qualità/prezzo non c'è nulla da dire. I bambini hanno potuto divertirsi nella piscina interna riscaldata e il cibo era molto buono.

Sfortunatamente nessuna struttura funziona, asciugamani macchiati, capelli delle donne su tutta la biancheria da letto, colazione di pessima qualità

Great hotel in good location in the sea. Big garden with swimming pool (which they were renovating/cleaning during my stay). Friendly staff. Room was big and clean.

La prima volta che vengo a Monastir davvero soddisfatto dell'hotel è pulito. Le opzioni di nuoto sono ottime per tutti con 4 piscine e 5 scivoli d'acqua! Il team di animazione è stato fantastico, Amir ci ha davvero aiutato con attività divertenti come tornei di ping pong per goderci la nostra vacanza di anniversario. Il bagnino Bouajla oussema è stato cordiale e attento. lo abbiamo visto salvare più vite a persone che non sapevano nuotare correttamente. Il personale della reception è stato molto gentile e ha persino organizzato una torta per il nostro anniversario. Purtroppo il mio stomaco ha faticato ad adattarsi al cibo perché è troppo grasso. Avrei preferito fare un toast ma il tostapane era rotto. Vorrei richiedere e consigliare: -dare più opzioni di cibo vegetariano nel ristorante -più cocktail nell'opzione all inclusive -prendere un tostapane -fare fagioli al forno a colazione Nel complesso, consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in hotel per le vostre vacanze è il migliore in l'area.

L'hotel era incantevole, il cibo non era eccezionale ma il team di animazione era così gentile e ha reso la nostra vacanza la migliore, sono spettacoli che siamo fantastici e ci siamo davvero presi il tempo da trascorrere con tutti gli ospiti. Il team di animazione è stata la parte migliore della nostra vacanza per essere onesti.

My recent stay at Delphin Habib Hotel was disappointing and, at times, alarmingly unsafe. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room with a bathtub visibly damaged with burn marks, as though someone had repeatedly stubbed out cigarettes on it. After I showed a photo of the issue to the receptionist, they quickly apologized and reassigned me to a different room. However, this set the tone for a stay filled with ongoing issues that were, at best, frustrating and, at worst, genuinely hazardous. The hotel itself felt very run-down. Out of the four elevators, only one was functional, leading to long wait times and crowded journeys. When I attempted to use the stairs, I was met with further issues. During the second week, thunderstorms led to extensive leaks throughout the hotel. Water dripped through the roof in multiple areas, including the restaurant, where loose plaster nearly fell on me while I was filling my drink. The staircases were leaking from the 5th floor down to the ground floor, creating large puddles at the bottom. Despite the safety hazard, nothing was done to address this, making an already difficult situation with one elevator even more troubling. The maintenance and hygiene standards were also poor. In the restaurant, the glasses were consistently dirty and seemed never to be cleaned properly, adding to an overall lack of cleanliness. Furthermore, flies constantly hovered around the food, making the dining experience unpleasant and unhygienic. The guest rooms were extremely outdated, and most of the advertised amenities were either unavailable or not up to standard. The pool water was murky and had a slimy residue on the bottom, while the indoor pool wasn’t even filled. Only two of the five outdoor waterslides were open, and I later discovered that the remaining three were closed due to visible cracks and signs of poor maintenance. Adding to the list of unmet expectations, the snack bar was closed, and the air conditioning, despite being advertised, was turned off for the season. The lack of care for both guest safety and comfort was undeniable. In summary, Delphin Habib Hotel failed to meet even basic hospitality standards. The ongoing water leaks, unsafe facilities, poor hygiene, and outdated amenities made this a regrettable holiday choice. I would strongly advise against this hotel for anyone seeking a safe, clean, and enjoyable stay.

It's fun to enjoy a vacation in a different place from the world with people who live in a little isolated place. I love Africa and the nature of Africa. Every time I watch an African movie, I feel comfortable and at peace. It is nice to get to know the animation team, it is the only team that makes you happy and interested, and also makes beautiful shows for us to make us happy. They work a lot of time, but we have to love them as well, for every person who wants Holiday I advise him to come to the Habib Dolphin Hotel. ♥️

A beautiful vacation with my friends. I loved this vacation. I hope to return to it bec ause of me. The animation team was good with beautiful evenings and shows. How enjoyable it was. Salah, Chaf, Leo, Tjouni, Freddy, and Memo were special to me.The welcome at the hotel was good and the treatment with us at the reception was good and very fast. I loved the rosary and Tunisian food and I went to the city and Sidi Bou Said and the desert and many other beautiful places.

The hotel is good, the food ok… the hotel is tired but so comfortable and friendly. The animation team are amazing! They have endless energy and are always making guests happy! Would definitely recommend here and come again. Well done guys!
