I come a bit late. parking at basement was limited. this hotel a bot old, but the room is same as advertisement. very spacious. however the room a bit dusty. swimming pool is open at 9 in the morning. overall stay here is ok.

Very convenient and nice to stay, place are suitable for family and traveling. Will be love the place n room for next trip. Nice accomodations to stay.

Old Hotel. Not much activity. Bathrooms were old and parts broken. The room was kept clean Service was not prompt which is pretty similar for other budget hotels

The room was huge and clean. The staff very professional and kind. The food also good. This consider quite affordable hotel with very reasonable price. Will repeat stay if come to Miri again

We stayed for 8nights. Almost every day has to revalidate room key card, unable to open room door. Old wall and doors with wallpaper falling off. Noisy as can hear tv karaoke till midnight every day

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The accommodation quit nice and the room was large. But there is a couple of issues. First, I was able to hear a noise from the room next door. Also, I was disappointed to find the amenities provided only for one person instead of two. But overall, I enjoyed my time.

All are amazing..bigger room. Delicious food..excellent staff.. To improve in toileries, , should supply tooth brush and tooth paste, comb, shaving kit for man.water pressure to flush the toilet is too low..need to flush 2 3 times after pooping. Otherwise, all are excellent.

The toliet clogged, however the maintenance team quickly resolved the issue. Hotel to provide 'gayung' in the toilet for convenience. Overall, the room is big to cater for families.

Overall the hotel location is very convenient, especially opposite of the hotel got famous Kopitiam to enjoy the local cruisine and drinks. Room is big enough as it’s comes with King size bed and another single bed. Overall is good.

Cleanliness was decent, when checked in, staff could be more friendly, some issues with hot water and shower head but have been informed to staff while checking out.
