Il personale era amichevole e accogliente, facendoci sentire a casa. La stanza era normale e pulita. La posizione era perfetta, con facile accesso all'attrazione locale. In generale, abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno e sicuramente consigliere questo hotel a chiunque visita la zona!

Ho prenotato questo hotel per il nostro ingegnere che ha un viaggio d'affari a Miri. Questo è il suo 2° soggiorno. Questo appartamento è vicino all'ufficio Shell solo 10-15 aria di marcia minima. Questo edificio ha un sacco di negozi, quindi è conveniente ottenere cose di base. Gli piace molto questo hotel.

Era una guida di 1 ora dalla città di Miri al resort. La condizione della strada Miri-Bintulu era molto difficile come sotto la sua manutenzione principale. Siamo basicamente su 50km/hr. Il resort è un buon posto per la famiglia di incontrarsi esp quando abbiamo accesso limitato a Internet e chiamate. Ci sono molte attività fisiche che si può fare in un gruppo o solo. Il tour del resort incluso nel soggiorno è una grande esposizione per i bambini per capire l'ecosistema delle foreste tropicali.

Strengths:
-Affordable and Budget-Friendly: At just SGD 60 per night, this hotel offers excellent value for travelers seeking convenience without breaking the bank.
-Prime Location with Exceptional Accessibility: The hotel is ideally located directly across from Miri Airport, making it a perfect choice for transit travelers or those with early flights. The complimentary hourly shuttle van service was especially helpful. For our 8 AM flight, we needed to be at the airport by 6 AM for check-in and baggage drop, and the shuttle service provided seamless transportation without the hassle of arranging additional transport.
-Secure Parking Facilities: An added benefit was the option to rent a parking space in the hotel’s basement. We opted to leave our car there at a reasonable rate of RM53 per night. The facility was secure, giving us peace of mind while we were away.
-Spacious and Functional Accommodations: The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with the essential amenities one would expect from a transit hotel. While the facilities were simple, they were practical and met our basic needs comfortably.
Areas for Improvement:
-Elevator Reliability: One of the elevators presented some issues during our stay. It lacked air-conditioning, and its performance was somewhat erratic. Upon our return to pick up our car, we noted that the same elevator was out of service entirely, which was inconvenient for guests needing access to the basement parking.
-Bed Design Flaws: The bed’s structure could use significant improvement. It consisted of two mattresses placed on a wooden platform, but the edges of the mattresses tended to tilt outward. This created an unstable sleeping experience and gave the impression that one might roll off the bed if not positioned carefully.
Conclusion:
Overall, Jinhold Hotel and Apartment is a highly convenient and budget-conscious option for transit travelers. Its proximity to Miri Airport, coupled with the free shuttle service and secure parking facilities, makes it an appealing choice. Despite minor issues with the elevator and bed design, the practicality and affordability outweigh these drawbacks. I would consider staying here again for the convenience it provides.

MMeimay KongI had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The accommodation quit nice and the room was large. But there is a couple of issues. First, I was able to hear a noise from the room next door. Also, I was disappointed to find the amenities provided only for one person instead of two. But overall, I enjoyed my time.

YYY Tay AlsaadiyVery nice and comfy resort hotel! We are welcomed by the bell boy helping us with the luggage with big smiles and greetings.
The front desk politely ask for us to rest at lobby or can go for nearby shopping while we were waiting for the room to be ready ( we were early).
They gives us plenty of drinking waters to make sure we stay hydrated!
Swimming pool is big and nice ( they have several baby pool, and a big pool with various depths).
It was nice as they also provide us complementary dinner for 2 ( our booking comes with breakfast for 3 adults, kiddo is additional RM30). I would like to complement the restaurant staff - Rita who has given us the utmost great hospitality and flexibility as we request to pack food to go instead of dinning in ( dinner).
Overall I am impressed by this 5- star hospitality of Marriott. They never let me down with their superb services.

UUtente ospiteLa chiusura della nostra porta non funzionava così sono stati trasferiti in un altro locale con un letto doppio che era piccolo e molto bello. Poi sono trasferiti in un altro locale che si scioglie di fumo di sigaretta ... hotel non fumatori, ma gli ospiti ne ignorano.
La colazione era buona, le opzioni per i gusti occidentali e malaici.
La piscina è bello sedersi la sera con vista sulla città e sull'oceano a distanza.
Il personale di questo hotel è molto utile, vuole assicurarsi che tu sia comodo e sempre sorridente
