Questo è un hotel molto, molto brutto. Non è affatto raccomandato. Rendi spiacevole il viaggio in Croazia.

It is an efficient hostel with no warmth or soul. Clinical, removed and with minimal everything. I would not stay here again.

The location and staff seems friendly. But the day I stayed was without electricity and had to use the mobile force all the time till midnight .

The location is very convenient but the toilet is not so clean. And it is a bit crowded.

Good for the price and a great location. Walls are a bit thin though if noisy neighbours.

No AC, no TV, dirty, noisy.... I wouldn't stay again, I wouldn't recommend to anyone. 👎👎

Las camas estuvieron muy cómodas. La ubicación me encantó, queda muy cerca de la estacion de tren, llegas a pie desde la estación de autobuses y en la dirección opuesta está la catedral, que se ve a lo lejos desde la calle Petrinjska, donde esta en hotel. Las instalaciones son algo antiguas pero son agradables. La atención fue muy buena y rápida. Hay lockers para equipaje grande. No ofrecen ni venden desayuno pero prestan vajillas (tazas, platos, cubiertos) en la pequeña cocina puedes hacer uso de la refrigeradora y del hervidor eléctrico de agua. No colocaron toallas ni frazadas en la habitación pero puede solicitarse en la recepción.

整體環境還是很好的，住的舍友都很安靜。洗浴和安全都不錯

Ho soggiornato una notte in una camera singola, quindi non ho visto le camerate. La camera era datata, letto non molto comodo, ma sufficientemente pulita. I bagni invece erano sporchi e maleodoranti. Di positivo salvo la posizione comodissima per la stazione Glavni Kolovdor, la reception sempre aperta ed il prezzo, ma non lo consiglio.

La posizione è la cosa migliore di questo stabile. La struttura è vecchia, ok che il prezzo non è elevato, ok che dovevamo starci solo due notti...però avrebbe davvero bisogno di una ristrutturata. C'è l'ascensore, la posizione è buona, il palazzo è appunto vecchio e in camera ci sono due letti abbastanza comodi, un bagno microscopico con una doccia inagibile, una finestra che fa fatica a chiudersi e una vista orribile di altri palazzotti giganti. VA BENISSIMO per dormirci una o al massimo due notti, ma col senno di poi ( ed avendo anche provate altre strutture a Zagabria ) se cercate trovate di meglio Il personale è un pò scazzato, non ti spiegano niente, però ci hanno tenuto i bagagli dato che avevamo una mezza giornata libera CONSIGLIATO solo se non trovi di meglio

The lady with blonde hair in the receptionist this morning sunday nov 26, 2023 had bad attitude!!!! Pity to others who will encounter her rudeness to their guest.. Maybe management should hire more polite person especially for FOH. All is fine place, rooms etc.

No breakfast provided, other Hi Hostels provide a breakfast. Cups and plates should be provided beside the microwave and electric jug provided. No Kitchen for those wishing to cook and no cups and plates provided. One key per dorm does not work, people leave the room either unlocked or door wide open. Electricity cord on corridor floor upstairs a health and safety hazard. Dirty bedroom floors. Needs more hanging facilities or shelves in showers / bathrooms. A good location. This hi hostel does not measure up to other hi hostels in Europe I have visited.

Liked · The location - center, 5 mins walking from the train station, everything else is also very near. Free lockers with the deposit. The beds very comfortable. The rooms have fans so people should not be complaining about rooms being too hot. There are vending machines in the hostel - it might be life saving in thee middle of the night - but they accept cash only. Disliked · Apart from the girl working in the morning no one smiles, they do their job, but still, when they looked at me I felt guilty of being there. Urinals in men toilet don't work, on any of the floors. there is a note saying that it's temporary but the note is so old that the color faded away - only one shower for the entire floor, can be problem. When it comes to Zagreb the price is great for the value, but comparing to other countries, it is very expensive, but accommodation in Croatia in general is of high price if you compare the ratio to food for instance.

The hostel is very basic, limited amenities and the showers were a bit dirty. Water wouldn’t drain down the plug hole so would fill up quite quickly. Beds were comfortable but the sheets weren’t all fully clean, my friend’s were stained. Lockers for bags during the day and overnight which is very good
