È stato fantastico! La prossima volta che ne avrò la possibilità, questo è il posto in cui voglio soggiornare per più di 2 notti! Sono stata qui con i miei genitori ed è il posto che ricordo di più.

Camera e cibo in stile molto giapponese, l'atteggiamento del servizio è molto buono! Anche il panorama è bellissimo! Altamente raccomandato! Se hai bisogno di un bus navetta, informa l'hotel in anticipo e invia un'e-mail all'hotel Quando esci dalla stazione, puoi vedere le persone con i cartelli. Mi piace molto il servizio~~~Anche le montagne e la neve sono bellissime ~~~ma fai attenzione ad asciugare i vestiti dopo l'ammollo. Devi andare prima di poterli immergere di nuovo

Altamente raccomandato, adatto a famiglie e coppie che vogliono rilassarsi per 2-3 notti. Puoi trascorrere una giornata sciando e una giornata immergendoti nelle sorgenti termali. La cena e la colazione erano molto generose. Il servizio è super attento e ogni richiesta degli ospiti sarà ricordata.

Superb. This hotel is amazing with breathtaking snow onsen view when winter is coming. One of my favorit onsen in japan.

Beautiful view but hot spring a bit cold. The food should be better at this price

The outdoors onsen is excellent, breakfast and dinner is great. The room is Japanese style big room but no private baht in the room only toilet but it is okay as we intend to bath at the outdoors onsen anyway.

Takaragawa Onsen exceeded all expectations. Upon arriving at Jomokogen station, a friendly driver meets you with a sign and drives you comfortably for 25 km. You need to register in advance by sending an email to the hotel. Upon entering, you immediately feel transported to the past: you leave your shoes, choose a yukata robe with an obi, receive socks and special bathing attire, and proceed to your room in a traditional Japanese style (I highly recommend this to fully experience the atmosphere of the place). When you enter the room, you will likely experience a shock, as it feels like you've stepped into an old movie. I recommend a room with a small balcony in the Main building overlooking the river. Check-in is around 3 PM. You can change and head straight to the hot springs. Yes, everyone has been to saunas, steam rooms, and hammams, but the onsen is unlike anything else. It's impossible to convey the emotions. The combination of hot, clear water, pure air, surrounding nature, the rushing river, the play of light on the leaves, the scents, and the silence offers something new and unique. There are three public baths on the premises and one exclusively for women. After bathing, head to the restaurant for dinner, featuring local dishes. I recommend ordering both dinner and breakfast in advance. The food is very delicious and unique. You will sleep on futons, which will be carefully laid out for you while you have dinner. It’s a wonderful experience, and you'll sleep as lightly as a child. I would love to return here to experience that happiness again. One day was not enough.

A very beautiful winter place, nice outdoor onsen but hotel should provide better amenities at onsen e.g. no hair dryer at shower room near outdoor onsen. Foods is average.

Magical experience as we were greeted with beautiful snowfall. Their outdoor onsen was beautiful! It would be great if the water temperature could be warmer.

this 's my second time to stay here after Covid, I've found that their facilities are quite worser , for ex sample, I have to buy the hair bands 80 yen bcos there is no these items in amenities. No free bottle of water 😒 Onsen room have no any necessary equipment esp. on the outdoor onsen., their changing room look like to be never maintenance for while.

Booked a room w fullboard.. the Kaiseki dinner is amazing! Onsen 3 times a day! Many onsen area to choose from! Worth to take a trip there to fully experience onsen

A bit far but service and such beautiful location!!

We enjoyed our stay. Room had a great view. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. We love yukatas they provide. Onsen is very picturesque and comfy. But the room needs renovation. Somewhere paint comes off and there was a hole in the shoji. You expect better condition for this price. We stayed for two nights and they warned there will be no room cleaning. But we'd appreciate if they change this policy.
