Very comfortable hotel. Just like in the picture. Service and cleanliness are excellent. The receptioniat is very friendly. Not too far metro station so it's easy to go anywhere. Reasonably priced. Hot water and AC worked well.

The hotel is simple in the entrance and the staff was nice in the whole. I am a regular guest there for my business trip mostly in a weekly basis most of my selections is such hotels for simplicity and price-wise as well I am always requesting a quiet room away of noise even the view might be blocked by neighboring buildings. last time I tkk a room which was so near to night club and the night was so terrible, but upon I complained the staff had changed my room in just 10 minutes evenif it was 02:00 am

Overall, my experience is highly disappointing. For a supposed 4-star establishment, the lack of amenities but staffs tried their best to assit,eventhough they couldnt fully resolve our ussues. We had multiple issues with A/C and wifi, Poor and low grade breakfast buffet, indifferent service, and noisy environment fell far short of expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable family stay.

Very loud club on the ground floor couldn’t sleep till 4 in the morning then requested to change the room so they gave room on the 5th floor but then they have pool party on the roof 😡 so wasn’t peaceful at all

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Gulf Inn Hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable, with a comfortable bed and plenty of space to work or relax. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the shower had excellent water pressure. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water and coffee that were provided. The hotel's location was also very convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and local attractions. The staff was always friendly and helpful, offering recommendations and assistance whenever needed. Overall, I would highly recommend the Gulf Inn Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area. The staff, facilities, and amenities are all top-notch, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Not good for families, but might be a convenient location for business travels. Service is basically crap

The hotel was renamed "Gulf inn" without it being updated on the site, so it was quite difficult to find when we arrived. The hotel. has clearly had some new upgrades to the tech in the building but a lot of it was glitchy and didn't work well. The Android TV unit was super cheap and was impossible to use. The light switches were touch-sensitive and complicated to operate. Wifi was fast though, so that was a benefit. The room was nicely fitted but in need of a deep clean, especially in the bathroom. The hotel has a nightclub on the ground floor in the hotel and the place was a complete and utter rip-off. They tried to charge us AED200 for a plate of chopped fruit we didn't order and the prices were made up and written on a piece of paper. A horrible place I don't recommend you visit, clearly they try to prey on tourists. Also, this nightclub is ridiculously noisy and you can hear it all night in the hotel, so its hard to sleep. The pool was under construction and wasn't listed as that on the site, so we were quite disappointed. The area is pretty nice, with great little restaurants and shops around and quite central in the CBD of Dubai. So the area is good and the coffee from Green Cafe next door is amazing. All together I don't recommend anyone stay here unless all the other hotels in the area are booked out.

C'est la seconde fois que je vais dans cet hôtel. On se sent en sécurité, la bienvenue. Tout est propre, les employés sont aimables. Le parking de l'hôtel est disponible pour 20aed par jour. J'y retournerai!
