L’hotel si trova nella little Havana , molto curato , sembra di fare un salto nel tempo. Non ha purtroppo la colazione però hanno un caffè buonissimo free . Sul rooftop c’è una vista bellissima e il cibo è molto buono , come anche i drink. Hanno anche un parcheggio gratuito

I don’t know where to start with the issues experienced during my stay. I’ve been a Marriott Platinum member for a number of years and recently dropped to Gold status so I’ve stayed at a lot of Marriott properties. This may be in contention for the worst ever. Let’s start at check-in. Corporate booked my stay with the AAA rate. I explained the card I had on me was expired but I had the email I had showed a temporary card that had been renewed (I just hadn’t received it). Took a while to get this sorted with the front desk. It’s weird since they ask for all the AAA info when you book so you would think they can verify it with their system. Other Marriott properties have told me they can do this and don’t ask for the card. Next issue, they tag on a $17 a little extra resort fee. They claim with it you can get a free drink and the restaurant (except I don’t drink alcohol) and enhanced internet (which I don’t need). I didn’t see a way to opt out and for business travel this doesn’t work. I can’t have hidden fess. Also, this hotel is the furthest thing from a resort so it’s an absurd charge. Getting into the room, the issues continued. The room wasn’t particularly clean and my room was next to an insanely loud highway with what sounded like metal spikes. It was impossible to fall asleep as it sounded like I was sleeping in the middle of a busy highway. On top of that there was periodic drilling. Unfortunately, those weren’t the only issues. I’m thankful it was only a one night stay and I’ll be avoiding this hotel at all costs for the rest of my life.

A friend suggested this place … it looked nice online, and I said ok, let’s go! And WOW, I have to say it really exceeded my expectations. I liked it right from the start but I also found that everyday I appreciated it more and more. What struck me first was the lush environment (right in the middle of such a big city!) It’s not far from the airport and not far to get anywhere including Miami Beach … everywhere we went was a reasonable taxi or Uber ride. This place has a charming retro vibe (it’s a real historic site too) and has a relaxed and fun feel to it. There are many activities going on (like yoga and dance lessons) and extras like a shared kitchen and workspace … and guess what, dogs are welcome to vacation here too! I can’t end without saying that the staff were exceptionally attentive … the rooms are pleasant and clean (do we ever appreciate housekeeping staff enough?) … and everyone gave us their best for every request we had. I better not say much more or I won’t be able to get a reservation next time 😊

Sono contento che questo posto fosse disponibile come opzione economica a Miami, tuttavia, è sceso al di sotto delle mie aspettative. La luce dell'armadio non funzionava, quindi ho dovuto tenere i vestiti in un armadio buio. Il bagno è molto piccolo, quindi non è possibile tenere i prodotti da bagno a portata di mano. Soprattutto, il personale non è stato accomodante per richieste semplici e molto normali come il deposito dei bagagli. Ci è stato detto di scaricare un'app per un altro servizio, poi avremmo dovuto prendere un taxi per portare i bagagli in un armadietto! Dopo abbastanza lamentele, siamo riusciti a convincerli a tenere i bagagli dietro la scrivania per due ore. Nel complesso, è stata una bella esperienza. Vorrei che offrissero più comfort e servizi.

La nostra eccellente esperienza al Tru cominciò prima di arrivare. Julissa e Dia aiutarono a garantire che i nostri alloggi per la settimana fossero proprio quello che avevamo bisogno. Quando arrivarono tutti erano cortesi e disposti a farci sapere che erano qui per aiutare in qualsiasi modo.La nostra stanza aveva una splendida vista sulla piscina, sulla baia di Biscaya, e nel centro di Miami. Parlando della stanza, era la dimensione perfetta per noi, con un comodo letto re, grande TV, e pulito in tutto (e mantenuto ben pulito durante il nostro soggiorno 1-week da squadra di custodia). Abbiamo apprezzato molto il complimentare colazione calda, e ciò che ha reso il colazione particolarmente delizioso e fresco è stato il numero di membri della squadra dell'hotel che hanno assicurato che tutte le opzioni alimentari fossero disponibili (per esempio uova, bacche, muffin inglese, frutta, La piscina era il mio posto preferito per rilassarsi durante il giorno. Sono disponibili grandi asciugamani e ombrelli, il ponte della piscina è stato tenuto pulito, e l'acqua della piscina è stata pulita, fredda e raffreddata. In sintesi tra le belle camere, un bel colazione complimentare, una grande lounge (solo a pochi passi dal centro di Brickell), una zona di piscina rilassante, e soprattutto, Il Tru è un valore eccezionale per soggiorni di breve o lunga durata a Miami.

3段ベッドになっています。そのため少し高さが低いですが、それ以外特に問題なしです。キッチンに包丁とまな板はないですがその他充実していました。このホステルに住んでいる方が貸してくださったし、客層もよくみんな優しかったです。バス停も近いです。
