Stayed here the night before embarking on a cruise and with all of the available options, was extremely happy and satisfied with my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived the valet staff was attentive and accommodating by explaining the steps to retrieve my car the next day, and received assistance with my bags without any pressure. The check in process with Cameron was stellar as she was helpful with questions I asked about dining, and location of the gym. The room was oversized with a full size desk, and a view of the bay (in between a couple other buildings, but could still see the water). Bathroom was huge with excellent water pressure in the shower in addition to having a full size tub. Dining at both restaurants (dinner, and breakfast) provided top notch service and delicious food with generous portions. Will definitely stay here again if I find myself in this area.

Bellissimo hotel e posizione. In particolare Rachel alla piscina lo ha reso un'esperienza inoltrabile! Era così attenta, utile e personalizzabile. Le sue proposte erano in sospeso e prese l'iniziativa senza chiederci. Se ti piace il truffle, la pizza del fungo è deliziosa e il caldo parchita beve se puoi maneggiare un po' di spezie. Ci ritroveremo presto grazie a Rachel. Molto consigliato!

This was a great hotel experience for New Year's Eve weekend for the 2021 Orange Bowl as the UGA football team had this as their base hotel. The hotel went all out to decorate in Red and Black for the weekend and were very responsive. Many special-purpose rooms were available for team and family use. The hotel threw a great New Years Eve party that was rocking well into the morning even after we returned from the football game. In addition, there was live music in Bayfront Park adjacent to the hotel, so there was no lack of places to celebrate New Years. Our room was on the bayside and the views are spectacular. The room was clean and well-appointed, with sofa seating and both a large table and a separate desk near the window to enjoy the view. There are no balconies attached to the rooms. There is an outside pool that opens on the third floor from the spa and salon, with separate men's and ladies' locker rooms. We went out to the pool in the mornings on both days since at this time of year the water is cool and there is only morning sun on the pool and pool deck. In the afternoon the pool deck is fully shaded by the adjacent condo tower since the sun is low. There is some afternoon sun this time of year in a grassy areas off the pool deck where the sun is not blocked until later in the afternoon. There are many large umbrellas around the pool chaise lounges if the sun is too hot. Unfortunately, we found that the outdoor pool bar and pool restaurant lounge have been closed for some time due to the pandemic, and the curtains up in the windows block what would be a fantastic view of Biscayne Bay through all the glass. The lobby, bar, and restaurant are all updated and present a top-notch appearance. It is easy to walk to several convenience stores in the area. We would definitely recommend this to our friends if they needed a hotel in this area of town.

Al momento del check-in non era stato orientato quanto il pagamento di $250, come ho pagato il canone di ristorazione di $23,00 con la mia carta di debito, alle 19:00, alle 23:00 la ricevitrice ha usato la stessa carta, cioè, Ha debitato 250 dollari sul mio conto e quando sono andato a fare il ristorante non aveva soldi, un vero assurdo, quando sono tornato all'hotel, sono andato a reclamare, hanno detto che potevo rubare il valore, ma che ci vorrebbe e come il giorno dopo sarebbe stato il checkout, Mi hanno chiesto di aspettare. Caffè mattina debole. Non lo consiglio.

L'hotel è stato selezionato in condizioni di preoccupazione 😀 non è stato inaspettatamente buono in futuro!Ci sono molti deliziosi sotto, e al Piscina, la spiaggia meridionale e il piccolo Havana, il distretto di design non è molto lontano, e la macchina è 10-20min. L'hotel è molto nuovo, non come alcuni piccoli inn americani che abitavano in passato!Voglio davvero scrivere un complimento e fare foto in modo speciale.Non c'è bisogno di vivere in mare, e voglio che il prezzo giusto e leggermente inferiore vicino alla città centrale possa essere considerato ~ La reception è anche molto paziente, servizio di sorriso 😁

Ho vissuto un sacco di anni fa, questa volta sono rimasti a Cayenne. Il trasporto è molto conveniente. Camminare 100 metri sotto è una stazione di loop gratuito. 200 metri può andare al parco frontale della baia. La stanza è anche molto pulita. Può anche fornire un bagno di bruciare, grande amore.

Yotelpad è idealmente situato. A pochi passi dal mercato di Biscaya, negozi, bar e ristoranti e metro. Appartamento pulito e ben arredate (bagno, cucina...) Le letti sono confortevoli (compreso quello incastrato nel muro). Pour les équipements, la salle de sport est assez complète et l’espace piscine chauffée est agréable. Il sistema di selezione e di ascensori permette di limitare l’attesa nonostante i numerosi piani. L’hotel è moderno. Il personale è piacevole. Il solo punto negativo sarebbe il tempo di attesa per il colazione... contare circa 45 minuti tra il momento in cui siete installati (e a volte c’è l’attesa per avere una tavola) e il servizio del vostro colazione.

La luce dell'armadio non funzionava, quindi ho dovuto tenere i vestiti in un armadio buio. Il bagno è molto piccolo, quindi non è possibile tenere i prodotti da bagno a portata di mano. Soprattutto, il personale non è stato accomodante per richieste semplici e molto normali come il deposito dei bagagli. Ci è stato detto di scaricare un'app per un altro servizio, poi avremmo dovuto prendere un taxi per portare i bagagli in un armadietto! Dopo abbastanza lamentele, siamo riusciti a convincerli a tenere i bagagli dietro la scrivania per due ore. Nel complesso, è stata una bella esperienza. Vorrei che offrissero più comfort e servizi.

The Elser Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way! The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Jonathan, who went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing room and took care of all our needs. Mustafaa and Francisco were also incredibly helpful and resourceful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel is fantastic, being close to Bayside and offering plenty of walking areas around. We loved exploring the nearby attractions and the convenience of having everything within reach. The hotel itself has a contemporary and trendy vibe, which we absolutely loved. The cleanliness was top-notch, and it was evident that the management takes great care in maintaining the property. Overall, our experience at Elser Hotel was exceptional. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami. The helpful staff, beautiful location, and contemporary atmosphere make it a perfect choice for a memorable stay. Five stars all the way!”
