Amore Setai Miami! Sempre meraviglioso di visitare e soggiornare in proprietà. Ci siamo salutati come vecchi amici. Il principale ristorante colazione è eccellente e il personale è lì per soddisfare le esigenze. Bevande erano eccellenti nella zona della piscina. Le camere e il balcone con letto esterno di giorno sono incontro a Miami. I trattamenti spa erano eccezionali. La mia moglie e io avevamo Debra e Layla. guardiamo con ansia di tornare presto!

Di solito quando vengo a South Beach è la stessa cosa. Di solito vado al lato ricco. Ma questa volta mi sono deciso di provare qualcosa di diverso, così abbiamo deciso di camminare verso l’altra direzione, in cui siamo arrivati all’Hotel Balfour. Nota Abbiamo un ristorante chiamato Mehzcla, quindi abbiamo deciso di fermarci e guardare il menu. In sede di cena, il cibo era grande. Ma in generale la migliore esperienza è il servizio clienti . Che abbiamo incontrato il manager Jamal ha dato il servizio più fenomenale. Puoi dire a Jamal che si fa orgoglio del suo servizio, sarei certamente tornato. Ha fornito alle mie ragazze molte opzioni, notiamo che non hanno un menu per bambini, lo applaudi per la sua pazienza, saremo certamente tornati.

Stayed here for 4 nights over NYE. I think this was our 4th stay and disappointingly the standards have definitely dropped. Firstly, they have removed the reception desk and getting service proved challenging. Nothing flows as it used to - check in and check out was painful! The cleaning service was really poor. We came back to our room around 4pm and our rooms had not been serviced. When we eventually got hold of someone in reception (not possible to ring down, so you physically have to go down and find someone these days!) they were very surprised that our room hadn’t been done. Not only was our room not done but our friends room was also not done. Strange, really given that there were three cleaning staff loitering in the corridor having a chat!!! it took us four separate visits to get everything we needed as they didn’t replace the beach towels, bath towels, toilet roll, and coffee. The beach chairs in our friends room were really poor quality/broken and not the usual Tommy Bahama chairs that they usually provide. We did ask to get them changed, but they told us they could not do this. There was also confusion at breakfast; we had breakfast included, and when we came to settle a bill for the additional coffees the waitress was a little stroppy with us because we didn’t have a voucher. Apparently the voucher should’ve been given a check in, but since check in is no longer efficient, we were not given the vouchers! Beach towels were also not replaced daily. Used to be able to pick them up from a basket next to the beach chairs and this was a much better system. The carpet in the lift is in desperate need of being changed. The corridor lighting is so depressing and it makes the whole place feel dirty and grungy. All in all the changes they have made definitely make the experience disappointing. For the price they now charge I think there are much better places to stay. The location is great as is breakfast, and it’s nice to have the rooftop pool, but everything else let’s it down

Il personale molto accogliente molto utile, tuttavia la vetuità e la pulizia dell’hotel lasciano a desiderare . Ci siamo chiesti di cambiare camera il primo sera perché la prima non era molto pulita. Il responsabile dell’hotel molto amabile, ci ha immediatamente trovato una camera più soddisfacente ma non del stand che avevo ordinato. Dans l’ensemble cela était passable.

Questo hotel è tutto incentrato sul design! Ogni angolo è pittoresco e peggio Instagram! Tuttavia le camere sono minuscole. La piscina è fantastica e tutto è in un grazioso rosa. Devi camminare un paio di isolati per raggiungere la spiaggia. E non riuscivo a trovare dove sono i lettini da spiaggia dell'hotel.

I live on the west coast of Florida and decided to do a staycation at this wonderful hotel on south beach. Great location right on the beach and walking distance to the Miami beach ***** on ocean drive. The hotel is modern, clean and well kept. Very friendly staff, Caryn at the front desk was amazing, she checked us in, gave us all the information to navigate the hotel and its services. We had a king bedroom that was spacious, bed that was very comfortable, lovely bathroom that was clean and pleasant. The hotel property was great, from the pool to the easy access to the beach. Ricardo at the beach hut was great, friendly and down to earth. Beach chairs were part of the resort fee but unfortunately you have to pay a $25 fee if you want a beach umbrella. LoLo's surf cantina serviced the pool bar as well as the beach area if you want drinks and food. The prices were reasonable, but the cocktails were a bit much, $20 for a pina colada, will add up quickly, but hey this is Miami beach.

Era eccitato a trovare un bel hotel, con grandi foto e recensioni, che era così vicino alla spiaggia. Eravamo in un shock. L'unico parcheggio disponibile era a tre isolati. Dovevamo camminare, con il nostro bagaglio, attraverso l'inferno schizzoso. Poi siamo arrivati all'indirizzo, solo per trovare un negozio di T-shirt. Dopo aver fatto qualche telefonata, finalmente abbiamo trovato l'ingresso molto piccolo, oscuro. Abbiamo usato il nostro bagaglio sulle scale, cercando di essere speranti, solo per trovare un corridoio oscuro. (Le luci erano bruciate, immagino) apriamo la porta e quasi caderemo. Qualunque cosa li puliscano è la sostanza più timida. Anche dopo aver lasciato il giorno dopo, mi stava scorrendo in tutto il piano dell’aeroporto. La stanza guardava intorno!! (Vedere foto) Tutto era molto indosso e sporco. La zona fuori dall’hotel era schizzosa. Mi sentivo più sicuro camminare a New Orleans, a metà della notte, da sola. Anche la spiaggia in questa zona era piena di spazzatura e di spazzatura. Un uomo senzatetto si lavava il suo gioiello nel bagno della spiaggia.(Non gli hotel sono in colpa, ma sono ancora d'aiuto con il soggiorno) La zona di Coral Gables sarebbe molto meglio

Le strutture alberghiere esistono da alcuni anni. Avrebbe dovuto essere una decorazione molto avanzata, ma sembra ancora un po' vecchia, e quindi anche caricare il comodino è problematico. La nostra camera vista lago è al 4° piano. Posso solo stare in piedi e guardare. In futuro credo che questo tipo di camera non possa essere venduta come camera vista lago. mi sento ingannato. Per la prima volta, do a Kaiyuan una serie di valutazioni come questa. Spero che Kaiyuan possa rinnovare questo hotel e che la gestione debba essere migliorata. , Potrebbe essere la causa dell'epidemia. Qualche tempo fa, gli affari non andavano bene, ma l'igiene negli angoli non osava davvero fare i complimenti. L'igiene nell'area funzionale principale è buona, ma l'igiene e i fiori e le piante nell'area commerciale laterale sono pietose; I piatti del ristorante Kowloon sono molto golosi, il servizio non è male, anche la colazione dell'hotel è molto buona, un'ampia varietà.
