Great place to stay, and Karla is very attentive -check in process was smooth and quick as always! The room are super clean.i never have a problem with it.

Partita con molte perplessità dovute a recensioni negative che a mio avviso si sono rivelate tutte ingiustificate. leggendo attentamente i servizi della struttura è facile capire che si tratta di uno studios e non un albergo con reception e con i rispettivi servizi ma si deve aver cura della propria camera autonomamente come se si fosse a casa propria . Cambio asciugamani sempre disponibili giornalmente , struttura silenziosa e sicura ( di sicuro se non si ha il codice non entra chi non autorizzato ) . Io sono stata lì per circa 10giorni e ci ritornerò sicuramente ancora , cucina , letto comodo , buona la posizione comoda ai servizi pubblici e per qualche negozio di genere alimentare . Karla molto disponibile ed elastica alle richieste fatte . Ringrazio davvero molto e spero davvero di tornare presto .

It smelled so strongly of cleaning products and mold. Also there was no communication on how to get into the hotel and no one staffing the front desk.

The room had plates, wine opener, fridge and microwave available, things i didn‘t expect, so they were a helpful plus!

If I could tick worse than terrible I would. This place has to be investigated. The person at the front desk didn’t want to help what so ever. Offered a new room and no doubt the room would have been in the state that I checked into. Worst check in process I have ever experienced. The room smelt so bad I couldn’t breathe and couldn’t wait to get out. Any wonder they offer no refunds once you have check in. Absolute disgrace. There needs to be a check of this place to confirm it is safe for any living person to stay at. Worst experience of my life by far. ******* this needs to be removed off your suggest accommodation immediately!

It was a compete joke there is no way to walk inside too small compared with the fake photos shown in the advertisement for this hotel

All of the property smells like mold. They have a machine in the lobby that has this very strong smell to hide the mold one. The bedrooms smell even stronger of mold growth. My head hurt every night, I tried not to be in there for more that a couple of hours. Would not recommend staying here .

The cleaning of the room was awefull not because of the ladies but because of the cucarachas and little mosquitos! The humidity is terrible!!! Horrible bed mattres! Great location! Great employees but definitely needs a better supervision!!!

When we arrived in Miami from Atlanta at 3am our code to enter the door was incorrect. We had to reach out to someone at the property to get a working code. The building smelled of urine and mold. The photos on the website must have been taken years ago. The bed was uncomfortable and not accommodating for more than one person. No basic necessities were in the room. The towels were the quality of cleaning cloths. It was my husband and I second year Anniversary. We were utterly disappointed. Will not stay there again nor will I recommend.

The communication prior to check in was awful. It was to the point we weren’t sure if we’d be able to check in because we hadn’t received the check-in codes/instructions as we were flying out. We had to call ******* to assist. They did eventually come around 3:40pm, which is after check in time. Even an email before hand saying the info was forthcoming would have been a little comforting. As far as the room itself, the reviews mentioning the smell were accurate. There’s a pervasive dank smell throughout. It could definitely be a little cleaner, but we didn’t encounter anything horrific. We only stayed one night for a cruise layover, but personally, we’d find somewhere else to stay if we returned.
