The hire is low-key situated at a side street along Spencer Street/Southern-cross station with around 5 min's walk. I really like the design/decoration of the hotel - probably because I'm a wood lover. It's just quite classic yet a bit fashionable? Not quite sure what word to use cause I'm not a fashion chaser. The swimming pool feels relaxing and it's a bit dim (which makes me feel safe and private). The breakfast does not offer a huge range of selection - but everything is well prepared with good quality. I particularly like their salad which I could keep eating haha.

Great in sll details and near the station so you need nothing to go around the city

The location of hotel is easy to find - I took SkyBus from the airport. It took me 5 minutes after arriving southern cross station. The room was huge and clean. It’s spacious! There are gym and a swimming pool available too. The only thing that bothers me was the neighborhood especially at night. There were drunkies outside the hotel who made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable as a solo traveller.

Room was clean and comfortable. Early check in was given but it was a first floor room. We were tired from our flight hence we took it. Good location and close to everything. Service could have been better.

The location is very good and close to the southern cross train station. The concierge is very polite & helpful. The restaurant at 25/F offers good food and good service.

Nice hotel at the fringe of Melbourne's CBD. Room was clean and and nicely furnished.

Hidden gem! Luxury accomodation for a great price. Staff couldn’t do enough for us. Checkin was easy & they gave us a 2 for 1 cocktail voucher for the bar on the top floor which had great service & tasty cocktails - they make an excellent martini!

Amazing experience through a week stay in Hyatt Centric Melbourne. The hotel is located in CBD and easy access to anywhere in CBD but also to South Melbourne.
