Hotel in zona Duck Viewing Platform, Melbourne

L'appartamento era spazioso e aveva tutto quello che voleva, ma aveva un posto strano. Una stazione di caffè vicino alla cucina ma guardando in sala da pranzo, poi un discorso strano che è stato usato come un pozzo e un gabinetto più vicino al salone, anche. Un gran numero di pozzi e pani, ma non un coltello di ioni. Tga stretch è situato su è sorprendente. L'opposto della chiesa è speciale. Infatti ogni edificio era vecchio e architettonico bellissimo.. grande luogo per rimanere in autunno con le foglie di scarico per effetto.. Era tranquillo e bello, ma disgustoso, ucciso e stranamente lodato. Mi piace sentire un caldo e invitare energia quando entro in un hotel questo era proprio lì per darvi twhsy u bisogno di rimanere lontano da casa per una notte in un appartamento da 1 camera in una pittoresca strada in lidilda ....

My wife and I operate a small coach tour company, and have done so for the last 28 years. We offer residents of Sydney, the Central Coast, the Southern Highlands, Canberra and Queanbeyan, the opportunity to travel on a variety of tours, ranging from four days to ten days in length, to different areas in Eastern Australia. Last week, a group of our passengers from these areas travelled on a seven-day tour to Victoria. During the tour, our passengers stayed for four nights at the Novotel Melbourne Preston. We certainly have no complaints or regrets about using this Hotel for our group’s stay! When I first contacted the Hotel in September 2023, about the possibility of using it for my tour group’s accommodation for this tour, my enquiry was treated with genuine enthusiasm. I was put through to the Sales Manager, Ms Michele Kerrigan. Michele was amazing to deal with. After a steady stream of telephone conversations and emails during the next few days, the accommodation was booked, and the menus for all the dinners during this stay were locked in. At some hotels we’ve used over the years, this process can take weeks, and it can be quite a frustrating experience. At this Hotel, it was the exact opposite. So, a huge ‘thank you’ to Michele, for making this all so easy for us as tour organisers! After all the arrangements we finalised, and the booking was locked in, Michele passed on our booking to the Sales Coordinator, Annalise Dimase. Once again, Annalise was an absolute delight to work with! Between the finalisation of the booking, and the date of the group’s arrival, we spoke many, many times on the phone, and exchanged many, many emails. In all my dealings with Annalise, she was professional, personable, helpful, patient, and attentive. On a few occasions, when Annalise was unavailable, I was transferred to Nada, another member of the Sales Team. Again, Nada was wonderful to work with. When our tour group arrived at the hotel, Michele, Nada, and Annalise were all there to greet the passengers. They were very impressed by the warm and friendly welcome offered to them by this team! Once inside the Hotel, this level of service was experienced in all sections. The reception staff, the housekeeping staff, the restaurant staff, the chef and kitchen staff were all friendly, welcoming, obliging, and helpful. We would have no hesitation in recommending this Hotel to any tour groups requiring accommodation in Melbourne. Judging by our experience, it would be difficult to surpass the level of attentiveness and friendliness offered by the management team and staff, the quality of service, the degree of comfort, and the attention to detail our group received during their stay. La posizione è perfetta e il personale è bello. La stanza era completamente diversa dalle foto. Non c'è niente come cortine che bloccano l'acqua dal doccia e l'acqua che si spruzza intorno al bagno e all'intero pavimento. Se lo sapessimo, non avremmo prenotato questo hotel. La posizione è perfetta, quindi consiglio questo hotel a persone che non si preoccupano davvero di doccia.. Altre camere potrebbero essere diverse e meglio di noi...

Nice location. Easy access to any attractions in town. All within walking distance. Friendly staffs and good environment. Second time staying here after 2019. Still as good as before. Recommended if your are on a budget trip. Worth the price.

La stanza è molto bella e la posizione è buona. È il check-in da solo, quindi ho dovuto aspettare un po' di sotto, perché non c'era nessun personale e non ne ero a conoscenza. C'era un vero allarme rumoroso nell'edificio lungo la strada dalla mia stanza e ho chiesto di cambiare la stanza circa mezzanotte. Il personale non è molto acomodato e non potevo cambiare la stanza. Fortunatamente il rumore si è fermato dopo un po'. L'hotel è a posto, ma avevo appena fatto parte dell'Hotel Brady, a Central Melbourne, dove il prezzo e la posizione sono simili, ma con un servizio clienti molto migliore.

Very convenient, close to Victoria Market. Walkable to South cross station. Many shops nearby, 7/11 just down the street. There’s a Sarawak and Indonesia restaurant nearby within walking distance. Room was neat, but without any much necessities like toothbrush comb etc. Friendly staffs.. quiet place.

Stato qui il 3 e 4 giugno.. Nuovo hotel, così come previsto, pulito e ben mantenuto.. La camera era molto piccola, ma il letto era molto comodo ( due re singola si sono spinti insieme),la camera era una grande dimensione con una doccia grande, che aveva una mano con la testa, così come la testa piovana.Nessuna guardia,ma aveva una ferrovia con circa 6 vestiti.. Connie, che era al di fuori del dipartimento, era sorprendente, molto utile e niente era molto problematico.Molto facile.e senza saldatura check-in.. L'hotel era grande, una pietra gettata al Vic Market, e ristoranti. In futuro saremo di nuovo, e consigliamo questo hotel ... 2 pollice in alto ...👍👍

Deludente. Su 4 giorni per ben due volte la mia camera non è stata pulita. La prima volta me ne sono accorta nel pomeriggio e nonostante abbia avvisato subito la reception, quando sono rientrata la sera la mia camera era rimasta eattamente come prima, cioè non era stata pulita. La seconda volta me ne sono accorta al rientro di notte dopo un'intera giornata passata fuori: l'ultima cosa che vorretsi trovare dopo una giornata stancante! E al check-out hanno anche avuto il coraggio di chiedermi di pagare le due bottiglie d'acqua del mini-bar!

A new and charming hotel, in the district of Docklands in Melbourne. Excellent location, very calm and quiet, next to a Tram Station, free ride to several places in the city, including downtown, walking to the Docklands and the Marina. The room was comfortable and specially clean, great king bed, nice shower with good amenities. Amazing infinity pool with a great view, sauna and a equiped fitness center. The breakfast has great quality, excellent food and beverages. The highlight are the staff, very attentive and friendly, the general manager Mr. Christian, is always available and present. One of the best lounge in Marriott Hotels. The M Club has a super nice atmosphere, excellent options for food and drinks, excellent wines and a chef in the morning preparing a very good breakfast. Congratulations to Fazeel and his team, they are ALL spectacular. I recommend André I'll be back. Thanks to all the wonderful human being from this elegant Marriott Hotel.

It was a good experience, we stayed 2 nights in this hotel. The hotel is pretty new, located in Dockland ( last stop of the free tram zone), only take 20 minutes to city by free tram, great saving of transportation. We got 2 Queen bed room for 3 peoples, free water, free coffee. Also had swimming pool and gym located in level 6 Highly recommend place for people who want to travel around Melbourne cbd
