Exterior of the hotel is nice. Room is big. The staffs took note of my special request and made it happen. However, the location of this hotel is at Melaka Gateway project island which is empty but it is near to the Melaka town. The room is not soundproof enough as you can hear the outdoor unit aircond. The breakfast has limited choice, and it was just ok. Overall, this hotel is worth the price!

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The toilet was extremely dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The bedsheets smelled terrible and seemed unwashed. The room's couch had food spilled on it, adding to the unpleasant odor in the room. Overall, it was a very bad experience and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Cons: The rooms are outdated. The carpet smells. The beds are ok. Some parts of the rooms are really dirty even with cobwebs (see photos). The balcony floor is filthy and not maintained. Staff are ok, but other than one male reception, the rest are not friendly. They are not rude, just not welcoming and friendly as how someone facing customers should be. The housekeeping team: On two occasions, they just opened our room without knocking, and it was still before check-out time. This is a serious issue. The aircond was leaking, and no one came to fix it after reporting it. The pool is small, and no pool towel is provided. The hotel also charges Rm5 if you ask for an extra towel. Insane! Pros: The hotel looks nice from the outside, and so does the lobby. The 3 bedroom apartment is huge. The room service food is affordable compared to other hotels.

Great room with balcony. A European feel of the hotel. Indoor swimming pool. A mini mart opposite the hotel. A few good restaurants in the area. Spacious room. Nice to bring some food and drinks back to room to chill.

Cleanliness can be improve, the place quite edge byk traffic light, there's many shop lot down the hotel, but only few open would be more meriah if all the shop open. I take sea view n bilik got fridge, hotel cafe price okla xde mahal sgt and the fish n chips sedap sgt, n did try the deep fried chic chop which the flavor too powerful, hotel room okla but I found the review in youtube and trip a bit exaggerated. But decoration of the hotel mmg classic n retro. Which i like it jugak. I give 4/5 for my stay.

Took my family for melacca trip over the weekends. Lotsa family members and this hotel can accomodate my family members with good privacy. Location is great and nearby night market. parking is free and easy. Check in n check out is easy! Wifi is problem but can be easy dealt with. Gym and pool is superb. Hotel cleaniness can be improved. Overall all is great and great memories. Hotel is designed with such antique and great for photography!! Hotel exterior is great looking like eurasion countries! Super Awesome and memorable !!

Helpful staff. Great experience. My son enjoyed being there. Foodies stall at evening n night, we love it. Lots lots of parking space. Quite far from the tourist attraction, but it's okay, we could drive there. Looking forward to staying again.
