DO NOT STAY! What they don't tell you in the fine print is that they use level 1 & 2 as accommodation for outpatients from mental hospital, prison release, homeless etc. We were travelling with young children and didn't feel safe getting into the elevator or walking out of the hotel as we had to step over the drug affected people to leave the hotel, ask the group of men who looked to be doing a ********* to allow us to pass. When i asked the hotel if they used the hotel for any other purposes then paying guests they said yes, when i asked why this information wasn't disclosed to guests they said everyone is equal, on our second night we were evacuated for someone smoking in the shower from the lower levels, at one stage i was alone in the lift with other guests from these floors, somehow we missed the ground floor and ended up at the basement to be greeted by a person sitting on a motorbike as the doors opened, everyone else knew this person, i quickly pushed ground floor and we went up again, i ran out of the elevator. If you search the reviews you will see there is a petition to have the hotel stop this type of accommodation. They should at least disclose it to other guests and let us decide if that's the type of environment we wish to be subjected to! Not Happy
