Great location, perfect ski-in ski-out. The rooms were fantastic with lots of facilities. The staff were amazing, very helpful. Would have scored 5 in every category if the hotel had an onsen!

Absolutely beautiful and location is convenient. Just found it odd they don't provide bath robes 😅 Anyway, special shout-out to Yuri / concierge. She was extremely friendly and helpful!

This was my third stay at The Maples, and I couldn't have enjoyed it more. This time I came with just my boyfriend instead of with family, so handled most of the logistics myself. I really relied on help from the staff and The Maples, before, during and after my trip! Even a month before my trip, I got a lot of help with transportations, ski passes etc through emailing with the staff, who were always so prompt to reply and very friendly. During my stay, they also helped me a lot with dinner reservations etc. Every request or question I had was met with a friendly smile. Of course, I enjoyed the location again immensely. It was great to be able to walk to many of the stores and restaurants, and to also ski in and out. This time I also rented a car and parking at the Maples was always available and easy. The hotel was always bright and clean. My onlyyyy complaint if I had to mention was that my room did not have black out curtains... so I was woken up pretty early every morning by the natural sunlight!! But, this actually helped me to get up there on the slopes bright and early, so a perk after all!

大門靠hirafu的主街，另一側的門靠雪道，真正滑進滑出，剛到的時候會有工作人員開車接站，整體來説很方便，酒店裡還有兩個餐廳，可惜都還沒嘗試

非常完美的酒店

Great ski-in ski-out location especially since the opening of Ace gondola. Friendly professional service. Beautiful views of Mt Yotei (509). Plentiful amenities in bathroom and excellent water pressure in shower. Well-equipped kitchenette. Super comfy and supportive beds. Convenient to be able to do our laundry in the in-room washer-dryer machine. But… insufficient clothes storage. One hanging closet and no drawers in the bedroom meant we had to use the window ledge to store our clothes. No onsite coffee shop/bar for casual meet up. No onsite onsen (although can use onsen at The Vale for nominal fee). Biggest visual turn-off in this otherwise attractive building was regularly seeing the housekeeping laundry and rubbish trolleys in the lift foyer of our floor, which were usually present several hours each day. It could be overcome with some sort of screen.

The staff are beyond exceptional and nothing is a trouble or burden for them. I arrived with a knee issue and my brother in law left with one. The seen to us and made sure we were comfortable. When we booked they arranged the lift passes, put us on contact with the ski rental, made sure restaurants stayed open for us, drove us around in -10C weather. The staff are the happiest group of you people I’ve ever met. Special thanks to Tash, Alfred, Rio Our room 313 had a semi view of the slope and an amazing view of the mountain. The town itself is clean and filled with good restaurants. It’s a ski town so everything is priced accordingly. The resort is ski in with lockers in the basement where you can change and store the skies at night - just fantastic. Then before you leave you can drop your rental at the concierge and it gets returned for you. Just fantastic!!!! I will go back there. Oh! We got 20cm of powder every day…

Staff great Hotel frustration no drying cupboards!! Boot locker not heated Kitchen exists but really only expect to use the oven to heat stuff that’s it Was ok but will stay elsewhere next time No where to sit for a drink of any variety Limited seating pizza place

The maples offered a one of a kind experience. It was our first time experiencing winter and we loved what maples had to offer. All the comfort, luxury and all the services and amenities that we could ask for! Highly recommended for families!
