the hotel is centrally located in town which is very convenience for guest, food court and restaurants are easy to find, amber of car parking space located in 2nd floor of hotel. staff are friendly and check in process is fast and perfect. Hotel room is clean and big, air conditioner is cool. bathroom is also clean. The room we booked is without breakfast, so we do not know to quality of the food. facilities are not many in the hotel.

We had stayed in Hatten hotel a few years for the first time and liked it very much. So for our second visit it is a natural choice for us again. The staff was friendly and the household service was prompt in sending extra towels at night. We had used the swimming pool this time unlike our previous visit. It was clean and looked well maintained. Its location was excellent as it is next to two malls. Jonker walk is about 20 minutes away by foot. The only disappointment we had was the quality of the breakfast and Ramadan dinner. There is a wide selection of food items but it was quantity over quality.

Buona posizione con un sacco di spazio di parcheggio all'interno del complesso dell'hotel. La stanza è ok. Buona pressione dell'acqua. Mi piace questo hotel 👍🏼

Location wise is tip top nearby jonker street, service is really good and attentive especially breakfast, it was ala carte and delicious. Hotel beautifully decorated with babanyonya style. Room are little outdated, old tv, no socket beside bed, small hair dryer, non sensitive door handle. With the price we paid we could get better quality of facilities tho, narrow gym & swimming pool. However, TQ to everyone in the hotel, they’re very friendly and accommodating

This hotel is definitely better than a 3 star rating. IT SHOULD BE A 🌟🌟🌟🌟 instead. Hotel is clean! Cleanliness is key!! This hotel is only a 3min walk to Restoran Tong Sheng, a popular place for chinese cuisine due to the unique dishes that they offer! Overall, we enjoyed our stay here :)

3 camere 1 notte Fate due ore, ma qui è.. Ufficio frontale : Fatelo. Non invitate. Hanno sedie alti al lobby che limitano le comunicazioni. Camere : Non piace la doccia separata e il bagno. La stanza è accettabile. Ristoranteb: il 2° giorno di colazione era così pieno! La signora al conto così inamici! Il manager ha detto che tutti arrivano allo stesso tempo così super pieno. Beh, la folla avrebbe potuto essere meglio gestita. Come un paio di seduti a tavola per 4? E 8 di noi devono essere sgridati in una piccola zona? Era piuttosto lontano dal centro commerciale più vicino -- la parada mahkota o dataran pahlawan. Ho avuto il passaggio in negozi e nessuna luce di traffico, quindi non raccomandato se viaggiare con un bambino o un bambino. Non si può parcheggiare o lasciare il lobby perché un grande gruppo è arrivato. Quindi si', l'hotel ha la priorità di un grande gruppo.. noi il più piccolo non importa. Quindi alla fine, non possiamo tornare.
