Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in questo hotel. Vantaggi: vicinanza con la grande moschea, bisogna camminare per dieci minuti. Ci sono parcheggio gratuito. Le camere sono corrette. Il colazione è molto buono e c'è la scelta. Inconveniente: il personale della ricezione non parlava inglese, ma noi ci siamo capiti, la doccia non si chiudeva, meritava un rinfresco. Ma per 2 notti questo hotel fa in gran parte il caso. Molti piccoli negozi al di sotto dell'hotel.

We stayed there for 7 days. The location is very good. 3/4 mins walk to Masjid e Nabbi. Rooms are ok with basic amenities. Like other hotels in Mecca and Madina, service is average. They are not spontaneous with their services, you might have to request several times for a service. But that is the case with most of the hotels in Mecca and Madina so it is understandable. Overall good experience.

My parents stayed here as part of their Umrah Trip it was selected by our travel agency and it was the BEST choice. Super friendly and helpful staff they changed their room to have the view of the Harem. Amazing view. Clean tidy room. Masjid Nabawi literally opposite walking distance and great food/ shops nearby overall excellent choice

Abbiamo soggiornato a Saja Al Madinah durante il nostro soggiorno a Medina. Sembra ci sia una miscela di recensioni qui, quindi prego prendi il mio feedback come un po' di sale. Avevamo prenotato una stanza per 5 adulti e la stanza era spaziale e non era spazzatura. La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona e si trova a pochi passi dalla moschea del profeta.Abbiamo trovato le camere pulite e temperate, che mi piacevano intorno alla stanza erano le tende che bloccavano completamente la luce del sole. Non avrete la minima idea di quando sarà il tempo se le tende sono disegnate. In generale, mi sono divertito e non ho avuto problemi. Check-in è stato veloce. L'unico feedback negativo che ho è che l'hotel era un po' prezioso..

The hotel is not too far to the Haram, just 15-20 minutes by walking and 5 minutes by car. The hotel also provides free shuttle half an hour before each prayer, but we did not take them. The hotel was beautiful, from entrance to lobby to room. It was 14 mins walk from hotel to Masjid e Nabwi. The service was great. There was a bell captain Sezzat, especially he was very good in service even he arrange ziyarat for us with a good driver and help us to chose the room with better view. He was very active and energetic more than his job he was doing. If you'll find him take his hospitality you'll love it. Highly recommended!!!

AAbrar2483One of the best hotels near Masjid Al Nabawi! The staff are incredible! From the moment I arrived, Hassan from concierge assisted me with my bags and the staff at the reception were very friendly and they not only allowed me to check-in early but also upgraded my room with a partial Haram View! All the staff spoke English perfectly. The rooms are nice and spacious with modern furniture and the amenities provided in the room are perfect from bathrobes to multiple kits! The room was relatively clean however I’ve notice multiple finger prints on the refrigerator door as well as the bathroom door which shows those 2 areas weren’t wiped after the previous guests had left. The shower was perfect with nice hot water and the bathroom was spacious enough.
The hotel has 2 towers and we didn’t know which tower to go to so we ended up going to tower 1 were the receptionist informed us that our booking is in tower 2. I had an elderly guest with me and moving towers like this was very inconvenient. The hotel should inform the guests about the tower number and parking instructions before arriving at the hotel.
The hotel is very close to the Haram with just 6-7 minutes walk to both the men’s and the women’s entrance (door 11 and 12). Upon returning to the hotel, the staff were promptly situated outside the elevator doors assisting guests with the elevators.
About the breakfast. It was fantastic! The options available were great and included selections of
cold appetizers, bakery items, main courses including french toast and pancakes. The breakfast staff were very friendly and efficient and they never said no, especially Riaz he served us coffee and hot chocolate. The items were being refilled quickly. The 2 ladies welcomed us for breakfast with a huge smile.
Suggestions to improve breakfast:
1) there was no live cooking counter for omelette. The omlette was being cooked in the kitchen and was being stocked in the hot plate. It would be great if the hotel could consider introducing live counter for omelette as it really would help us guests to make the perfect omelette for ourselves and eating it warm and fresh. Other hotels do have a live counter.
2) Though all the breakfast items were great, the French toast wasn’t good at all! It didn’t taste like a French toast. The sambosas were undercooked and very chewy so wasn’t able to eat them. Improvements on this will make the breakfast experience perfect!
One more thing to add is that the staff not once said “No”. They always accommodated our requests whatsoever. I asked the reception for a plastic chair for my elderly mother to sit and take a shower, thought they didn’t have it, they offered us to switch to an accessible room with no additional costs!
The hotel is not very busy and crowded as I didn’t see any groups here. I hope the hotel can maintain this very same standard or else it’ll be very easy to be like the other hotels who don’t care about guests.
All in all, I’ll definitely choose Al Manakha Rotana again on my next trip to Madinah and wishing this hotel success!

Ottimo luogo, a pochi passi dal Masjid - il lato del Verde Dome.
Anche un breve passo verso il mercato alimentare.
Personale amichevole e spaziosa camera pulita - buono stato bagno e doccia (nessun orribile lavoro di grotta) - comodo mattone top - pulita Tea/Caffè.
La strada per la stanza è buona con un certo tipo di atomizzatore e gli ascensori sono veloci, su entrambi i lati della strada.
Il ricevitore mi ha dato un migliore servizio dalla stanza che avevo prenotato.
In tutto questo, questa era una esperienza piacevole e pacifica. Mi sono confortevolmente trasformata in Ihram, pronto per il mio viaggio verso Makkah via treno.

Etc and room charge is Sar 350 and when we showed booking then he accepts as ”I mean to say tat including tax it will he 145 to 150 Sar”. Anyways we checked in as we were getting late we want to go to Salah,. Now the worst part when we entered room No kitchen, Dirty floor, Very bad condition toilets No hot water at all the geyser never works, Water leaking from bathroom taps and the flushing out from bathroom to rooms. We had to complain the staff and waited till magrib Salah we reached at zuhur Salah time, boz of them we couldn't get fresh and we missed all Salah a d time was waste. Please don't ever take this hotel all fraud and coward staff management. And and finally plumber came to fix and nothing worked and many circus happened nothing CAN BE FIXED, so at last our room was changed was changed and we had to rush to nabawi masjid for Ishaan Salah. AGAIN NO HOT WATER IN ROOMS AND THEIR GEYSERS NVER GRT HEATED LUCKILY I HAD A KETTLE I USED THE KETTLE TO HEAT WATER AND USE HOT WATER FOR MY LITTLE TWINS INFANTS.
