Best hotel location ever for visiting Madinah, very convenient for pray for restaurants and taxi’s

Pros: Excellent location. Very near to Masjid Nabawi Cons: Staffs from concierge to reception and room service are not welcoming. Breakfast location at 12th floor needs cleaning with windows full of dusts. Concierge not reliable. Room service done below expectations. Reception guy was very cold snd unfriendly. During checking out, i was brought to another counter due to their error thinking i have nit my payment for the stay which i already paid to trip.com immediately when the booking was made. High price but low service etiquette.

10/10. Nothing more to be said. Every moment spent at this hotel was great. Be sure to check it out.

Breakfast had a very large variety. Staff were a pleasure to deal with. Very close to the mosque.

All Staff are excellent and accommodating Food awesome Room clean

Room is small, toilet is smelly. Bell & guest service are really helpful, yet the reception doesn’t feel like working. Too noisy and night like people next door is having party the whole night, banging the door, singing, shouting…etc, isn’t soundproof at all.

We really liked staying at Sofitel Hotel during our Umrah in Madinah, everything was really taken care of, very satisfied, hopefully we can come here again during our next Umrah... always successful Sofitel Hotel Madinah

A perfect hotel a few steps away from Haram . Has perfect staff, special thanks to Mohammed Sayed Husain, from housekeeping for his continuous help during our stay , Mr Mohammed Sayed Husain is the absolute BEST in this hotel and he is a great assets to any hotel chain . Breakfast was good with a good variety of dishes . Thanks to ALL who made our stay memorable.

The hotel was great 5-star hotel in the business district we look for a stay for conference. The hotel offers a variety of special services, appreciated. The room was in great condition, comfort and clean. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Daily breakfast is great.

I was early for check-in and was told to wait as check-in time is 4pm. But fRont office staff 30 min before 4pm she was seen giving room cards for guests who just arrived. A stretch of local food can be found nearby hotel and shopping area
