Walking distrance to train station wih plenty of food options. Snugged in between two 7-Eleven. Effortless check in process and staffs are very friendly. The place is very clean and spacious as compared to other 15m2 prooms. Will stay here again.

A pretty new hotel, real nice rooms the front portion near the door of the room is tatami, the size is really decent for Japanese chains. Theres an information map in the lobby that shows whats nearby and all the recommendations. The staff are really professional as well. Only drawback is that the hot spring is really tiny, but its better than not having one. The subway station is only a 2 min walk away from the hotel. Nagoya is one of the best places to get used luxury products and the 2nd hand brands like KOMEHYO had large buildings here.

One of the best hotel I ever stayed. Nice facility and has onsen in the hotel. Though room is small, but it is value for money due to the location, quality of the amenities and staff service. Room cleanliness is in tip top condition everyday. Bravo! Completely in love with Croom’s breakfast, feel everyday was pampered with nicely prepared meals during our stay.

Book at your own risk! Experience racism in this hotel! Better not to book here if your a foreigner. The lady on the breakfast restaurant was really rude to foreigners, they even made us clean up the floor when one slice of kiwi was stepped on by our toddler! I should have reveiwed google before booking here,a lot of guests experienced rude attitudes of employees here

The room is too small, I booked double bed room but there’s impossible for 2 luggages and even no any hangers and hanging hooks for towels. I would like to give compliments for the beddings it’s very comfortable

Great location near subway, room very clean. We had a pleasent stay there. I will be back next time. Enjoy the trip in Japan great food.

The location is just 3-5min away from the Sakae shopping district with lots of department stores, luxury brands, Donki, Muji, Uniqlo, etc. Dining and bar options are plentiful as it's a nightlife district which is 1-2min behind the hotel. They open till very late like 1am-4am. Just next to hotel has a 24-hr convenience store. Best part is the public bath / hot spring soak which is perfect after a long day of walking. Breakfast is typical japanese/western style with limited options but extremely tasty. The room and bathroom are spacious for a typical japanese hotel. On 3rd night, my Muji pyjamma dress gone missing and must have been mistaken as hotel's pyjamma for public bath because of the same color. The front desk team were so helpful and able to track it then sent to my next hotel. Because I didn't have any pjyamma to wear then offered another one for me to wear and keep too. My friend and I will definitely return to this hotel to stay.

The room is very small but complete with everything you need, include back massage and air purifier other than the basic, very interesting and the onsen pool is very clean love the stay

Not worth at this price. Only good thing may be the location The area around is not safe overnight Totally not recommend if you drive as there's no sufficient parking. You need to manage your own parking

All in all, nice hotel for what it worth. Good location and breakfast. Nice public bath (onsen they call it, but I'm not sure the water is from actual thermal springs), I went there every evening and was able to relax. Not a spacious room - we were barely able to fit two opened cases.

As a tourist travelling with my aged mum, I appreciated the accessibility/ location of the hotel. While exit 4 of Hisaya-odori station was difficult to find (when travelling via Meijo Line), it was still manageable (Note - it is much easier to locate exit 4 if you come by Sakura-dori line). I was also attended by professional service staff, who offered to change my room to a non-smoking room on 2nd night onwards, even though it seems I did not book the non-smoking room. I did not sign up for the breakfast. I did not try out the rest of the common facilities, as I guess our focus was more of touring around the city, and not holing ourselves in the hotel room. The room is clean and spacious (my reference was Tokyo). And most of all, it is value for money if you book early.
