Nice and new, though a bit of cold staff also some distance to walk from eg Parco, Mitsukoshi.

Walking distrance to train station wih plenty of food options. Snugged in between two 7-Eleven. Effortless check in process and staffs are very friendly. The place is very clean and spacious as compared to other 15m2 prooms. Will stay here again.

A pretty new hotel, real nice rooms the front portion near the door of the room is tatami, the size is really decent for Japanese chains. Theres an information map in the lobby that shows whats nearby and all the recommendations. The staff are really professional as well. Only drawback is that the hot spring is really tiny, but its better than not having one. The subway station is only a 2 min walk away from the hotel. Nagoya is one of the best places to get used luxury products and the 2nd hand brands like KOMEHYO had large buildings here.

One of the best hotel I ever stayed. Nice facility and has onsen in the hotel. Though room is small, but it is value for money due to the location, quality of the amenities and staff service. Room cleanliness is in tip top condition everyday. Bravo! Completely in love with Croom’s breakfast, feel everyday was pampered with nicely prepared meals during our stay.

Good and convenient location, closer to the metro , 7-11 by the hotel . I also love the hot spring inside the hotel.

The hotel is closed to Sakae area where is second central area other than Nagoya Station. The room is not big but enough for a solo traveller and better than other Japan chained business hotel. Breakfast is nice and I enjoyed the Japanese dishes a lot. The highlight is the Public Bath.

Book at your own risk! Experience racism in this hotel! Better not to book here if your a foreigner. The lady on the breakfast restaurant was really rude to foreigners, they even made us clean up the floor when one slice of kiwi was stepped on by our toddler! I should have reveiwed google before booking here,a lot of guests experienced rude attitudes of employees here

The room is too small, I booked double bed room but there’s impossible for 2 luggages and even no any hangers and hanging hooks for towels. I would like to give compliments for the beddings it’s very comfortable
