I booked this hotel three time. wish I could stay more but my family and I had to leave for Singapore and Thailand trip. I will surely visit again.

Easy check in and nice location safe and clean for business

The hotel website indicated they had a jacuzzi. However, that information was incorrect. The was no jacuzzi. That was one of the reasons for booking. We wanted to relax in a hot tub jacuzzi.

this hotel was one of our Machu Picchu highligts I wish we would have stayed longer. Beautiful scenery not far from the train station and the staff were wonderful.. They also had 2 Alpacas living on the grounds. Resteraunt was great nothing but great things to say about our experience. If you go when the moon is new it should be a wonderful place to stargaze. We had a almost full moon. 5 stars all the way.

Room a reasonable size Reception tried to charge us for early check in even though we were leaving early the following morning and wouldn't be having the breakfast. They did end up letting us in the room early, just wish they hadn't tried making a bit of extra cash The room was noisy, there was an intermittent loud noise, we thought it might be the lift but it wasn't, unless it was from the motor room above us? Anyway it stopped at night and didn't affect our sleep - There were some building works opposite but not sure that was where the noise was coming from Good location Preferred out other hotel in Lima, which was cheaper - This one was OK but not as good as some people have rated, in our opinion

Having had an all night flight, the Hotel receptionist checked us in as soon as possible. The lobby is beautiful, we felt safe leaving our luggage in a secured area to go and enjoy a delicious breakfast down the street, while our rooms were being prepared. All the staff members were very kind, helpful, professional and had informative suggestions on places to visit. Breakfast, was included in our package, the selections were delicious and if you wanted to order your eggs prepared differently, they took care of that too. The room service selections seemed good, we enjoyed eating at the many different restaurants so we never used the room service. Wifi, works well in the lobby and in the rooms. The pillows, linen, towels and bedroom decorations were great! We felt very safe going out in the evening for dinner or a late night snack.

Lovely hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. Before arriving in Lima, the hotel assisted in setting up a safe transfer from the airport to the hotel in Miraflores. Once we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly and helpful concierge, who toon our luggage and delivered it to our room. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable too. The location was central to all major sites within Miraflores, making walking to all the attraction a safe and simple task. The included breakfast far surpassed expectations as well. There was a great variety of freshly prepared fruits, cereal and pastries. I would highly recommended Del Pilar Miraflores to anyone visiting Miraflores, Lima, Peru.

First class Hotel in the centre of Miraflores. Clean and spacious room. Great breakfast. Polite and helpful staff. Id recommend this hotel to my friends right away. Lots of good restaurants nearby. John Kennedy Park nearby. Safe area to walk in at night.

The hotel offers all the essentials for a convenient trip in Lima. It's located approximately 200 meters from the airport bus stop,(in front of JFK park) and there is also a tourism office on-site provides valuable travel information. You can book your airport bus ticket in advance there. Naturally situated in the central part of Miraflores, the hotel allows for easy walks to nearby restaurants and major attractions in the area.

Very nice boutique hotel, convenient location for walking, with wonderful, helpful staff. Because we were leaving Peru late at night after a day of touring, they kindly let us use the gym and spa area to shower and change even though we had checked out. Delicious breakfasts. Only thing is to ask for rooms away from the elevator. It makes a very odd "mooing" sound as it stops on each floor which can be heard from close-by rooms.

Unser erstes Hotel auf unserer Südamerika-Rundtour. Nach unserer Ankunft in Lima waren wir 2 Nächte in diesem zentral gelegenen Haus mit guter Anbindung an die Innenstadt. Man sollte Zimmer zur Straßen abgewandten Seite wählen, da diese deutlich ruhiger sind. Unsere Zimmer waren geräumig mit 2 großen Betten, das Frühstück oben mit guter Aussicht auf die Stadt war ausreichend vielfältig und frisch serviert. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um Lima kennen zu lernen

Pontos POSITIVOS: boa localização, roupa de cama e banho satisfatórios. Ducha ótima. Recepção atenciosa. Pontos NEGATIVOS: café da manhã com pouca variedade, fraco. Carpete no quarto com cheiro muito desagradável. Ducha higiênica vazando.

La ubicación está muy bien, barrio Miraflores, a unas cuadras del Parque Kennedy. Atentos a la hora de recibirte, del guardado del equipaje y de las solicitudes. Camas muy cómodas, baño amplio. Las habitaciones en general son ruidosas (por la zona), las que dan a la calle se escuchan bocinas constantemente y las de adentro música.
