Hotel a 3 stelle a Mazatlan

I loved the view loved the service it was amazing their team is just awesome!! The girls Susan and Ana from reception saved me from certain starvation with that amazing breakfast they offer at the hotel’s restaurant I’m definitely making it my next year stop! That’s a fact

We've been staying here since this resort was a Holiday Inn 20 plus years ago. This was our first time back since 2019 and the resort is under new management. First impression was the resort was busy - although much of the crowds in the lobby were here for functions or the restaurant. The tennis court was gone - but I never saw it used. One other noticeable change was the complete absence of guests from the US or Canada - that wasn't a problem; we came to Mexico not to hang out with others from the US or Canada. The air conditioners worked better than previous visits, water pressure was good. Our last visit here in 2019 featured loud parties, drunk high school students, and the frequent smell of pot. We stayed here for a week and there was none of that. Wait staff at the pool never asked if we wanted anything to drink or eat. Two young women waitresses? walked around as if joined at the hip - never taking or bringing orders to others. Security was almost always present around the pool - I spoke to one who explained what he was looking for - keeping order. It was all good. The rooms are small. When I sat at the desk at my laptop my wife could barely squeeze by (and she's not a large woman). Still no room refrigerators but there was coffee and bottled water replacements every day - previously only the first night's water and coffee was provided. Ice machines were gone; a small amount could be found at the bar. The washer and dryer were gone too. Finally, all the staff was new. Over the years we had gotten to know some of the previous staff and it always nice seeing them again; many worked there for years.

Il check-in ha preso 45 minuti, l'A/C in camera era estremamente rumoroso, ingoiato rotto, senza accesso a WiFi, (WiFi è offerto dall'hotel), Ci sono stati 3 persone, asciugamani sufficienti per 2p ogni giorno, abbiamo bisogno di richiedere ciombo e asciugamani extra ogni giorno, solo 1 carta chiave per la stanza(nessuna seconda chiave disponibile), ascensore lento. Non è stata una buona esperienza, paga per 4 persone, siamo arrivati solo 3p. Hotel rifiuta di fornire credito di nuovo

Genaro from the pool bar gave us excellent service through our stay. Will recommend and definitely visit again.great time and lots of fun time. Food and drinks were good. Family had an awesome time and will come back again. Thank you for the great service.

Third time I have stayed here-this time for a month and one week visit of 2 of my son’s families. The entire hotel is freshly painted. I stay on 7th floor near elevator to help block street noise-Mazatlan is noisy. Excellent friendly staff-William -Jorge Front desk /Gema housekeeping/Christopher-Jose- Pool activities & yoga/Friendly Security/Life Guards alert/Pool Wait Staff-friendly & attentive/Restuarant Staff did excellent job making my Granddaughter’s 16th Birthday celebration memorable/Grounds keepers constantly cleaning and watering. My family had great vacation here. I get that it is an old hotel so things not perfect but Hotel trying to be at a good price point. Had weekend entertainment on outdoor stage that was nice too—-I will be back

Questo è un posto meraviglioso per stare. Infatti, molti uccelli di neve rimangono qui per l'inverno. Hubby e io abbiamo trascorso una bella settimana qui. La prossima volta rimarremmo più. Le suite erano super pulite, accoglienti e confortevoli. La cucina era dotata di basi per la cucina. La piscina era amata con i suoi caschi d’acqua, le sale da piscina e gli ombrelli, le zone di seggiolino coperte avevano sedie confortevoli, il complesso era molto sicuro, doveva essere infilato all’ingresso e all’uscita della porta anteriore da Marco, che era una vera gemma di un essere umano. Internet era veloce e affidabile. Non esitavamo a rimanere qui di nuovo.

Il server Jose Luis al bar e al ristorante della piscina mi ha dato un servizio fantastico dall'inizio alla fine! Era molto amichevole e aveva un servizio fantastico. Siete sempre sorridenti. Mi ha assicurato che ero felice e confortevole e è molto gentile. Grazie per questo servizio fantastico. Hai fatto divertente il mio soggiorno! Grazie per aver passato e andato oltre con la vostra ospite. Grazie per aver insegnato il mio spagnolo! Grazie per aver spostato l'ombra per coprire il sole. Grazie mille! Jose Luis è fantastico! La posizione è grande, la zona della piscina è molto bello e il ristorante ”condimento” è grande durante il buffet di colazione. Tuttavia, non consiglierei l'hotel per i seguenti motivi: -La mia camera era orribile, datata e in cattivo stato. - Le strade dell'hotel hanno un pessimo odore a causa della bagagli immagazzinati fuori sul piano inferiore (ho le foto) e la proprietà aperta vicino alla porta con una zona di smaltimento della bagagli proprio accanto all'hotel Emporio. - Il parcheggio dei valet è stato troppo lungo per portare i veicoli ai clienti. - Il bar è stato ascoltato da giovani che non erano consapevoli del servizio clienti, i camerieri e i barista dovevano essere addestrato. Alcuni camerieri vi pagherebbero per bere prima di consegnare, altri non, la maggior parte dei clienti doveva andare al bar perché non si avvicinavano a nessuno per ordinare o bere. Infine, i barista giocarebbero la musica casualmente e fermerebbero/interromperebbero le canzoni se non le piacessero, rendendola molto annoiata. - Era molto scomodo non essere in grado di portare caffè, acqua o cibo nella mia stanza hotel. Il buffet è un hotel a buon punto, il servizio durante il colazione è buono!

Siamo stati solo una notte e i ragazzi di accoglienza super buona onda, Molto attenti e gentili, la camera era buona per la notte che passiamo ha il basilare per passare alcune notti, la location è molto centrale e la vista sul mare è spettacolare!!!

We have been coming to the resorts for over 20 years and are confident your stay will be fabulous.
