È stata una buona camera d'albergo che ha un buon profumo, tutto è buono, il servizio è ok. Hanno un mini ref, un ufficio con aria condizionata molto fredda, un grande bagno triste che può avere un tappeto.. Pero maganda po xa

Hotel non era in una zona fantastica, enorme progetto di costruzione in corso dall'altra parte della strada. Non potevamo usare l'ingresso principale e dovevamo entrare dal parcheggio.

Dentro de los muros y zona histórica, para visitar los lugares históricos. El desayuno es razonable y se sirve en el último piso por lo que la vista es buena. Adicionalmente tiene restaurante y bar de noche en la azotea que es muy concurrido y buen ambiente. Los cuartos no tienen todos los detalles de mantenimiento y limpieza de un hotel 4 estrellas, pero es razonable. El personal fue muy amable y servicial.

Ho recentemente prenotato qui con i miei amici perché vogliamo passare il nostro tempo insieme. Siamo soddisfatti dei loro servizi, il loro personale è così vicino e amichevole. Mi piace il loro minibar, soprattutto le loro camere. Troppo spazio per giocare. Anche a me piace il loro giardino fuori dall'hotel, si può rilassarsi e avere un aria fresca. Ci piace davvero il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel. Grazie anche alla signora Christine, la manager dell'hotel per averci aiutato durante il nostro soggiorno.

Molto economico. Buon posto vicino al centro commerciale. Bello personale, buona aria condizionata, buon WiFi. Molto buono da consigliare

L'hotel è stupefacente al suo valore facciale. L'ingresso, la sicurezza e il buffet e la piscina non possono essere colpiti. L'atteggiamento del personale di servizio è grande. Le bevande di benvenuto nella Hyde sono un grande valore aggiunto. L'hotel non è lontano dal centro commerciale SM, che ha impianti di ristoranti e tutto quello che potresti avere durante il tempo a Manila. Rizal Park, un grande sito storico da esplorare, è anche a pochi passi. La nostra finestra era così sporca che non potevo nemmeno prendere una foto del bellissimo sollevamento del sole che era sfortunato. Un graduale aggiornamento delle stanze farà miracoli e così la modifica di lino e di tovaglioli vecchi e tinti che non dovrebbero mai essere messi in una stanza di un padrone di pagamento. La mia proposta è di essere flessibile e dare spazio per ospitare gli ospiti quando necessario e un po 'di aggiornamento delle camere per corrispondere l'ingresso.

Il nostro soggiorno è molto buono, il personale è sorprendente e molto utile, specialmente il tizio che sta pulendo la nostra stanza per quasi una settimana. E la cosa più importante è che il cibo è buono, non hanno molto da scegliere per gli ospiti stranieri, ma tutto è buono

I got to stay here because I'm ordered to follow protocol entering the country. I have to be quarantined for couple of days. However, I encountered couple of issues that I think I need to address with. 1. When my flight was cancelled I wasn't given the opportunity to reschedule my date of arrival. Imagine how exhausting it is after a long flight to call agency after agency to get another connecting flights. I had to call to reschedule/cancel swab testing coz of the cancelled flight. I had to call the hotel in manila (RedDoorz near Quiapo Church) to bypass and to consider rescheduling the date of my arrival because it was so hard to get connected with an agent over the phone but it wasn't granted. So I ended up paying a night of a room without even staying in there. 2. The front desk who checked me in was rude, not even helpful at all. I asked her when I checked in if there's a WIFI. She said its in the back of my key. When I got to my room. I checked the back of my key. It's a combination of number. I know I'm not blind but it never goes through. I called her and she said that's the only password she could give me. I called her again in an hour and she keeps saying the same thing so I gave up since its 2 in the morning and I just decided to fix everything tomorrow when I wake up. 3. I called the front desk about the same issue from the evening. They said the WIFI password is only located at the back of my room key. And they said they will try to look for something else and will call me back. 2 hours passed nobody called me. I had to go downstairs regardless I'm on 'quarantine' because no one seems to be helpful at all. Caught them laughing and chitchatting in the lobby when I'm struggling to get access to WIFI to settle some things to do with appointments etc. A nice lady came to my room and help me access the WIFI. It was quick. I asked her how she did it, She said there's a different WIFI password the management just happen to change it long ago and the password at the back of my key is so outdated. So I was speechless. From the night to the afternoon I was told the same thing that it was just at the back of the key. 4. I noticed 2 small cockroaches in my room which I don't really find it disturbing but for a business a running a hotel its a big NO NO NO. 5. My second night was horrifying. I woke up in the middle of the night and felt something was crawling in my back. I was too tired and sleepy to care for it. About a couple of minutes my oranges that was just sitting in the table fell out from the plastic bag. I find it strange but I was damn tired. Later this morning I found out that there's a rat bite in my orange, my cheez whiz and even the soap that I placed in the bathroom sink had a bite on it. I called the FD and someone came in to my room. I was shocked to be asked by a guard to check if there's a visible hole anywhere in my room. He told me that how would a rat came in to my room when its all closed. I'm assuming he is not think

OK, quindi niente acqua calda. I canali TV non funzionavano, l'aria condizionata era appena fredda, il materasso così sottile e logoro mi ha restituito il piacere. L'arredamento è ben oltre il suo meglio In breve, non sono rimasto molto soddisfatto, è un vecchio hotel che ha davvero bisogno di essere rinnovato. La scala principale bloccava anche la boccetta di acqua calda era addestrata e sembrava sporca. Anche per la prima notte sono rimasto deluso

The place was quite clean but we had some small cockroaches in our room... The toilet and shower were fine. The room has no windows. The futuristic design is fun. The crew is very friendly and fast when we needed help with the AC(which was working fine, we just didn't realize there was a switch in the room for it). The hotel is near the MRT station but the surroundings are poor and dirty on the streets. Especially at night. So it's fine if you just want to hope on the public transportation quickly.
