Hotel vicini a San Sebastian Church a Manila

È stata una buona camera d'albergo che ha un buon profumo, tutto è buono, il servizio è ok. Hanno un mini ref, un ufficio con aria condizionata molto fredda, un grande bagno triste che può avere un tappeto.. Pero maganda po xa

I got to stay here because I'm ordered to follow protocol entering the country. I have to be quarantined for couple of days. However, I encountered couple of issues that I think I need to address with. 1. When my flight was cancelled I wasn't given the opportunity to reschedule my date of arrival. Imagine how exhausting it is after a long flight to call agency after agency to get another connecting flights. I had to call to reschedule/cancel swab testing coz of the cancelled flight. I had to call the hotel in manila (RedDoorz near Quiapo Church) to bypass and to consider rescheduling the date of my arrival because it was so hard to get connected with an agent over the phone but it wasn't granted. So I ended up paying a night of a room without even staying in there. 2. The front desk who checked me in was rude, not even helpful at all. I asked her when I checked in if there's a WIFI. She said its in the back of my key. When I got to my room. I checked the back of my key. It's a combination of number. I know I'm not blind but it never goes through. I called her and she said that's the only password she could give me. I called her again in an hour and she keeps saying the same thing so I gave up since its 2 in the morning and I just decided to fix everything tomorrow when I wake up. 3. I called the front desk about the same issue from the evening. They said the WIFI password is only located at the back of my room key. And they said they will try to look for something else and will call me back. 2 hours passed nobody called me. I had to go downstairs regardless I'm on 'quarantine' because no one seems to be helpful at all. Caught them laughing and chitchatting in the lobby when I'm struggling to get access to WIFI to settle some things to do with appointments etc. A nice lady came to my room and help me access the WIFI. It was quick. I asked her how she did it, She said there's a different WIFI password the management just happen to change it long ago and the password at the back of my key is so outdated. So I was speechless. From the night to the afternoon I was told the same thing that it was just at the back of the key. 4. I noticed 2 small cockroaches in my room which I don't really find it disturbing but for a business a running a hotel its a big NO NO NO. 5. My second night was horrifying. I woke up in the middle of the night and felt something was crawling in my back. I was too tired and sleepy to care for it. About a couple of minutes my oranges that was just sitting in the table fell out from the plastic bag. I find it strange but I was damn tired. Later this morning I found out that there's a rat bite in my orange, my cheez whiz and even the soap that I placed in the bathroom sink had a bite on it. I called the FD and someone came in to my room. I was shocked to be asked by a guard to check if there's a visible hole anywhere in my room. He told me that how would a rat came in to my room when its all closed. I'm assuming he is not think

Valore per il prezzo. Pulizia, comoda e accessibile come è vicino all'autostrada. Anche se sono turbato dal rumore AC alto, è ancora tollerabile. There's also a convenience store at front, 24/7 (venerdì a domenica)

This is the second time we are staying in this hotel. The last time was last June and we exactly had the same problem still. The last time we went here, they mentioned that wifi is not working since there's something that needs to be fixed. Fast forward to 4 months later, the lady in the front desk presented the wifi username and password but when we tried to connect, no internet still. The last time we went here, they gave us a different remote to the TV. Now, we got the right remote but lady mentioned that it's not cable TV but we can watch something thru the net. Poof. It's also not connected. The beds are comfy tho but pillows' too thin. The faucet in the sink was damaged. They don't have other amenities. Location is okay if you want to explore UST, quiapo, or divisoria. Overall, value for money, we've stayed to other hotels with way better deals than here.

We stayed 2 nights last weekend..this is our 2nd time in sunstar grand hotel. The deluxe room is ok, clean and the wifi is strong. we enjoyed our stay and for sure we will go back. All the staff are accomodating.

Ho soggiornato nella suite Executive che era grande. Ha 2 bagni con doccia, bidet e bagno bagno, più una bella zona di soggiorno confortevole. Il letto è enorme di dimensioni re. Ha anche un piccolo frigorifero e strutture per la preparazione di tè/caffè. Ha grandi finestre con vista e molta luce. Il lato deludente è il bagno. Per questo tipo di stanza si aspetta una migliore selezione di bagni. Più lussuoso. Ho solo un piccolo bar di sapone e un piccolo contenitore di shampoo di condizionamento. Il colazione era un po' deludente, perché il primo giorno mi rivolgevo all'esterno del ristorante. Non c'era nessun cuoco. Ho dovuto chiedere cuoco, chiedere caffè, chiedere burro per il toast, come per un caffè, che era invecchiato. La tavola era usata prima di me e non era stata pulita finché non mi sono passato mezzo per il colazione. Il secondo giorno ero nel ristorante principale e era meglio lì, ma non avevano uova da ordinare perché non erano arrivati. In check-out nessuno mi ha aiutato con il mio bagaglio e ho avuto due valigie e un portafoglio.Grazie a Dio per la guardia di sicurezza. Lo lodo per avermi aiutato. A parte questo, rimarrei lì ancora.

La stanza e l'ostello sono molto puliti. Il personale è bello e molto utile soprattutto la signora Marivic. Ci sono acqua libera (calda e fredda) e anche caffè ogni giorno. Ci sono anche ref all'interno della stanza. Maggio 7 di sa labas ng edificio. E hanno una buona connessione Wi-Fi. 8 ostello è perfetto per chi cerca un posto economico per rimanere ancora sicuri, confortevoli e puliti. Molto bello anche per i viaggiatori musulmani, perché è solo a pochi passi dalla Mosca d'oro di Quiapo e ci sono molti ristoranti halal vicino.

Ottimo ubicazione! Chi ha voluto stare vicino a Manila, è la posizione perfetta.

La struttura è in buona posizione.Ci sono negozi e ristoranti all'interno.Clean room e il miglior posto per soggiornare se si sta facendo un esame di tavola.

Abbiamo fatto il check-in per il nostro ottavo anniversario e abbiamo avuto un'esperienza meravigliosa dato che era a pochi passi da tutte le migliori destinazioni di viaggio gastronomico a Binondo e nell'intera Chinatown. Il personale e l'equipaggio dell'hotel sono molto accoglienti e calorosi. Torneremo sicuramente.
